This place was great. All of the employees were fantastic. Very professional and kind. I went in to get my elderly mothers cars oil changed and inspection completed. They were efficient kind and professional. I would recommend this site on 6446 Gulfton to anyone that cares about quality and customer serviceExcellent job gentlemen

Needed my oil changed so I went to this jiffy lube. I was greeted in the parking lot while getting out of my car. The gentleman said the wait wasn't long so I pulled around and got in line. There were 3 customers ahead of me but as he said the wait was not long at all. This place is run like a well oiled machine (pun intended) My car was done in a jiffy (pun intended again) The tech noticed one of my brake lights was out so they replaced it as well. Great service and great staff...I was on the road again ( Willie Nelson song-pun intended) in no time. 5

I went to this place on my way to work. I thought I would be running late for work. But, jiffy lube staffs took care of my vehicle's oil change and recommended services with in 25 minutes. So I was able make it to work on time. I had an excellent service. I will definitely be back. Thankyou !

Went to jiffy lube on Gulfton and hillcroft @ 3:15 pm, to complete my vwhicle inspection. The employees there were friendly and knowledgeable as well as recommended services withing guidelines. Was out by 4pm.

Employee Gustavo was more than helpful. He was detailed, informative, and friendly. I couldn t have asked for a better experience. Also, the services provided; oil change with the works and inspection, were super fast. I was out of there before I knew it. I had been to this jiffy lube before in the past, with different employees and the experience was totally different & not in a good way. So thank you for the 180 change in customer servic. Much appreciated.

They are amazing here. I had a situation where I was being double billed for my registration. They gave me solid advice and helped me so much. Calmed my nerves and spoke highly of TX and the reasoning for the state rules. It was a pleasant experience. Other Jiffy Lubes should be on notice. This is how you take care of your customers. Would give them a 10 if I could.

Every time I have come to this location, I have had a pleasant experience. Some car places do not treat women with respect, and this place is different. I feel comfortable going and don t have to be worried about being talked down to.

Went to get an oil change on a 2015 Acura Mdx the guy tried to offer a lot of service which I wasn t there for so he comes back and tell me it s a $114.00 since we checked your filters and you refused to get them replaced! What a joke of a location doesn t not have prices for anything anywhere in the shop they make it up as they go!! Rip off!!

The workers at this location are exceptionally courteous and polite. The caring attitude I experienced that morning was up building. Their attitude matches their work quality, GREAT! Whatever training the company provides for these employees is excellent

All the gentlemen were so respectful and attentive. Sometimes as a woman, I don t feel safe getting car maintenance done. This location is always friendly and helpful.

Today I went there for my vehicle inspection. There was a man as I think he is manager over there. His behavior was too bad with us he is very impolite man that I have ever seen in jiffy lube. He is a black man that he is very foolish. I asked them how long it will take. He responded do you want me to send you in the jail. the real he was very foolish man.

These guys are honest mechanics who aren t out to con you. My car was overheating, rather than taking me for a ride they told me what the problem was, where to go and how to fix it. I really hope corporate recognizes this store for their customer service and knowledge!

I ve never had a more pleasant customer service experience. Every person I came in contact with was so friendly and respectful. I don t live in Houston, but if I did, I would go back to this location regularly. Great job!

I needed an inspection before leaving town. I arrived at 4:45pm on a Friday. I was out the door and on the road by 5:15pm. Everyone was friendly and professional. Highly recommend and actually did recommend them to my sister in law on the way home.
