Very fast and efficient. I did my state vehicle inspection here and it was a breeze. First come basis so there s no need for appointments. There s a little waiting room with TV and water. Highly recommend.

A friend recommended this Jiffy Lube location to me for a state inspection. She talked extensively about how nice/courteous all the employees are. Her compliments were confirmed when I took my vehicle in - they had many customers, and there was a bit of a wait, but ALL the employees were working hard/continuously and they were getting things done efficiently. They thanked me for waiting and for my business. It's a great neighborhood place for vehicle service, and I will return and recommend to friends.

Great service! The tech that greeted me upon arrival was warm and friendly, and checked in with me a few times to update me on the progress of my service. Marcus, the manager was also very knowledgeable and friendly when going over the recommendations with me. At no point did I feel like I was being upsold on anything. I ll definitely be returning to this location!

Manager very knowledgeable and friendly. It would have been almost excellent service if the mechanic would have been more careful not dropping oil all over the engine when filing it up orc raking filter out. It was throwing smoke afterwards. But overall great customer service.

Great service! Everyone is so friendly there and got my inspection done quickly. They don t push additional charges or services on you either which is appreciated. Will definitely be coming back.

Save your money and time and go somewhere else! The guys working at the S Shepherd location are very rude! On 2 separate occasions I experienced bad customer service.(1) I took my vehicle in for what they call a top off that they provide for free, the guy didn't want to check everything that was on a list plus check the tire pressure!(2) I pulled up to the location where when you drive in bell's ring alerting them that someone has arrived for service. No one came out so I went in and the only thing the guy at the desk could say was "YOU CAN'T PARK THERE!!" I responded back by asking for a vehicle inspection and was told that the guy is on break. I didn't feel like they wanted to help me so I left . I went to Take 5. Fast and courteous service there!P.S. it wasn't always like this at that location. poor management I guess.DG

Got an oil change today, and they got us in and out within 15 min. Jermaine helped us out, and was great! 10/10 would recommend

I had a terrible time!! Go to take 5 or any other place BUT DO NOT GO HERE!!! The guy at the front desk was extremely rude and condescending. He didn't even greet me and had a rude tone throughout the whole conversation. I said I only needed an oil change and he insisted on upselling a service I didn't need. Taking full advantage. I also had an emotional support dog with me and I was told I needed to wait outside because of the dog. This was the most unwelcoming, inconvenient, and rude experience I've had at Jiffy Lube. Never going there again. I won t deal with rude people with a lack of empathy and eagerness to take advantage of people. Shame on your employees!!!!!!!

I've had vehicles serviced at this location for years. They are personable, communicative, and efficient. The manager Jermaine has always welcomed customers with a smile and a pleasant attitude. I appreciate their service and wish them continued success!

I love the team at this Jiffy Lube!! Been going there for 5 years and always had a great experience. I go there for Oil changes, inspections and overall maintenance for my Nissan Sentra 2017 and had an excellent experience each time. I highly recommend

The BEST car shop around. I just moved to Houston and was weary of finding a new place where I felt respected as a woman and who did a fast job, and this was it! Great group of friendly guys, quick service, and didn t try to con me because I was female!! Highly recommend!

The manager is rude and short with both customers and staff. We almost left, but one service tech stood out.Lee R was so helpful that we decided to stay. Good thing we did because the service and price turned put to be good

Lee was fantastic. He was quick, efficient and professional but kind. I knew I would have to wait because it was a super busy time. I just needed a reprint of my inspection and after waiting for other inspections to be don t, he helped me and we printed my inspection within 5-10 min so I could be in my way. Thank you Lee! Marcus is great too at the front desk. Friendly and helpful staff. Appreciate ya ll.

Great location, my first time there. The owner was awesome and I felt like there was no pressure to do anything I didn't ask for. But I appreciated them letting me know. Great and will definitely be going back.

I've been visiting this Jiffy Lube for quite some time now. My CSA, Mr. Marcus B., is one of the employees who has been at this location for several years. He has always made my visit a pleasant experience. I appreciate the time he takes out to go over certain maintenance that my car needs. There's a man by the name of Gregory or Greg. He is a very respectful and fast mechanic. He's the man down stairs doing all the dirty work. He knows what it takes to gets the job done. Cool guy. Keep up the good work Greg! You guys should give him a raise.

I just wanted to say thanks to all this guys. Cause I get there for oil change right a minute before they close, I know they were ready to leave work , but they were very professional and very nice , i got my oil changed , thanks again and you all guys are the best.

I have been using them for my State inspection for over 10 years. I always find them quick and efficient. They never try to over price things when small pieces need to be fixed to pass.

Surly guy behind the desk. Inattentive employees. Said they had filled fluids and windshield fluid (which is a lie) and this is after I d paid $127. For a synthetic oil change. He got even more surly when I refused to let them overcharge me for air filters saying I d do it myself. Put a sticker on saying I should return in 3,000 miles, even though synthetic oil change lasts anywhere from 15,000-30,000 miles. Dishonest and a ripoff. Beware!

Went to a 5 minute spot and they quoted me a 45 minute wait so I stopped by here. Was in and out in about 15 minutes and the guys were friendly. No complaints!

I never really leave reviews, but the experience I had at this Jiffy Lube location is worth putting out there. Very great team here, that go out of their way to make sure to take care of the customer. I ll continue going back to this location due to this alone.

I've changed my review of this place. I'll never go back. I'm happy I'm in the top 10% of Google reviewers after going here. First of all, the mechanic guy was nice and friendly until I questioned him charging me 1.6 hours of labor when it was only one hour. The man working the register, who obviously hates his job, brought the mechanic in there to ask him if the bill was correct, and the mechanic straight up lied and said it took longer than 1.6 hours. I literally held onto my keys so I could time it. He took my keys at 2:45 and gave them back at 3:45. In what universe is that more than 1.6 hours??? If they had the same experience, they'd question it too as a responsible adult, but they were straight up rude to me for bringing it up! I got screwed over! The guy with the limp, and the guy claiming to be the manager were nice though, which is the only reason it's 2 stars.

Quick oil change and friendly-ish service. My biggest complaint is that I asked them to top off my antifreeze because it was below recommended level. I even reminded the gentleman when I was leaving if they did it and he said it didn t need it. So I had to go buy the antifreeze and fill it myself. Also they checked other fluids and tire pressure for other clients and they did not do that for me.

Jermaine the ast manager took care of me. THE BEST SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE I ve had at Jiffy. I deliver vehicles for a living and I m and out of Jiffy s across the country and hands down this is the best Jiffy

I ve been coming to this Jiffy Lube for several years now. Some of the staff who was there when I initially started coming are no longer there with the exception of one employee. Every time I visit this location I m greeted before I exit my car. The service is excellent and the staff always make you feel comfortable and welcome.
