Horrible they rushed to do my oil change because I came out in at 5 pm they close at 6pm, it was done at an n five minutes. Didn t inform me about me about my oil filter or if it needed changing. They didn t ask if I would like to use the full synthetic like normal. To top it off they forgot to put my oil cap back on . I didn t notice till 4 hours later and oil was spilled all over my engine after I was driving my car for 4 hours. By then they were closed I would not recommend these company every again to anybody please go somewhere more professional.

Great service. A very professional and courteous team. I came for an inspection and my car didn't pass due to oxygen sensors. The inspector clearly explained it and guided me on my next steps to replace the oxygen sensors. Also we had a friendly yet engaging conversation about the future of car inspections. Great employees.

I just had a fantastic experience getting my oil changed. They not only provided me a fast oil change, they vacuumed my vehicle interior, washed my windows, changed my air filter, and provided some helpful information. The technicians were are super friendly and helpful. Great customer service compared to their competitor.

Horrific experience... Do not go here or you will literally get scammed. I just had my second poor experience and after this one there is no way I will ever go back.I also went last year for a state inspection. When I got there, they stopped me and asked what I needed and told me to pull in to the garage. As I started pulling in they screamed at me to stop. Apparently they just wanted me to pull the car up to the garage while they drive it in. Just ask me to get out of the car as I pull up then and do it yourself? They were just very rude and it made no sense to me. I then went to wait in their waiting room and they came and told me I couldn't pass unless I replace my wiper blades. I don't remember the price but I do remember them being insanely expensive and they are absolute trash. It was a waste of money. But, I thought, it's really the states fault for making us do these inspections and they are just getting me on convivence so it is what it is. I need to pass the state inspection right? Didn't really have a choice.Now fast forward to this year and how I was scammed. I was in a pinch so I went here again for my state inspection. Anything with cars stresses me out because I don't know anything about them. And I go to shops like these to take care of it for me and you go in with an almost blind trust. They are mechanics and this is what they get paid to do. This year, in order to pass my state inspection apparently I needed my brake fluid changed and the fuel cleaner. When they told me the price for those my eyes almost popped out of my head - it was over $200. When the guy saw my face he told me he'd do it for $150 if I cashApp him. Immediate red flag but her was older and extremely nice so I thought he was just doing me a favor and using some sort of discount he gets. So I stupidly did it. But, as I watch them they literally did nothing to my car. He tried to ensure me that the work was done by showing me the fuel cleaner he used, showing me my dirty brake fluid and the new clean one. It clearly is a scam they have all worked out because they did nothing. I walked away feeling so stupid and like it was my fault for falling for it, because it partly is, but you go to these places trusting them to do the work they are paid to do. Shame on them.I will NEVER go to this location again.

Went there for a simple state inspection. Was told wipers were skipping so couldn't pass. Quoted $16 per blade. Time to pay bill. Was told I was getting a break on wipers and total bill was $80.43. Never again. Would leave a zero if possible. Avoid this place.

This was my first time visiting this location , and I m so thankful it was such a great experience because it s really close to my house. Emmanuel was awesome! Super quick and friendly service. Will be going back for all of my vehicle needs, for sure!

The service was decent outside of the first guy telling me it would be a 45 min wait... then the next swiftly correcting him and telling me to pull up and he'd have me taken care of. The wait didn't bother me as much as the pricing here. For an oil change and new filter it was nearly $150... yall are charging WAY to much. I won't be back due to how you are price gouging the hell out of your clients.

I came In to have my car inspected and it wouldn't pass because I had a bad tire. I went to have the tire replaced and came back. When I returned there was only one car in front of me. They pulled 2 other cars in front of me. All they had to do was update the information in the system. The car has already passed emissions. I'm guessing they did that because I didn't buy their $10 top off for my engine coolant. I'll NEVER use you people for ANYTHING EVER AGAIN !!

Went to get oil change and inspection. They didn t have the oil filter for my car so they sent me to pick it up at Auto Zone, which I stupidly did. Once i went back, they said they told me I needed to pick up the oil and filter! I had another person in car with me that had heard the same thing, to pick up filter, that they had the oil. They then told me to go across the street to the Mobile. Needless to say, I finally got the message that they didn t want to help me. Don t fall for what I did!

Went in for an inspection. I was told to pull up to the first bay. I was looked at multiple times and ignored. When I got out the closest employee to me was sitting down on his phone and ignored me twice when I tried to get his attention. The second employee I interacted with told me that I needed to park and he d get to me. He also told me that my car probably wouldn t pass inspection due to the tint on my windows. The car is stock and the window tint is well below the legal limit. Sounds like the employees at this location don t really know what they re talking about which is mad even more clear when I he tested my tint and saw that it was clearly legal. Left and had a much better experience at a different shop.

I attempted to get the oil changed on my Volkswagen Touareg, Monday morning and when I first arrived, I was the only customer present. I was promptly greeted and invited into the waiting room, where I remained for roughly ten minutes, before I was informed the shop was out of my oil filter. I was given directions to the nearest AutoZone, about two miles away, and told I should be able to get one there and they'll be able to proceed once I did.I ventured to AutoZone, purchased an oil filter and returned. This time, there were two customer vehicles being serviced in the bays. I was again greeted and invited to the waiting room and shortly thereafter, I was informed the shop was now out of the motor oil that's needed for my vehicle. I was not told when they could expect to receive more, so I would know when to attempt to come back, merely that this was the case.At this point, I began to feel as though the techs didn't want to work on my car. Being out of a filter, I understand. Telling me to go to a store to obtain one, is a first; while unorthodox, I thought we were working toward a solution. Now, after I've essentially run an errand for the shop, telling me that you're also out of the oil that's needed? This made me feel as though the first issue was given with the expectation that I wouldn't return. That I wasn't welcome, nor my vehicle.I've had this car for only a couple years. The first time I took it to get an oil change was at a Take 5 in New Braunfels. The staff were all quite friendly, and very polite,�even though�I happened to arrive at the end of the day, just before closing. This trip is when I overheard something about how the filter on my car is a bit tricky to get to; making the removal or installation a bit difficult, and even leading to one of the techs being burned.I'm not sure if this is actually the case, but I can certainly tell you my experience with your competitor was a ten out of ten compared with the series of events from Monday. In the future, I recommend the techs check to see if they have ALL of the supplies on hand before inviting a customer to have a seat (especially if there's a chance they might be short); OR if they send them on an errand, perhaps give them a complete list so they are able to still get their oil changed and not be forced to leave out the drive entrance with services having not been rendered.I attempted to get this handled in the morning, before temperatures began to climb, as my A/C was also out. After running around more than I expected, I was heated and feeling truly insulted.I visited this shop because it's the one my spouse has used religiously. Frankly, I'll be happy if I never return.After leaving my rating without review, the owner commented requesting detail. I followed up with the email address provided and never received a response. Doesn't seem like they care at all about the customer's experience or earning their loyalty - they know in a city this big there will always be another patron. I don't usually leave negative reviews; a company has to really leave a bad taste in my mouth to warrant the time and energy expenditure.Driver beware, and steer clear of this place.

Jiffy Lube is already expensive, to add other services is ridiculously. Labor charges are 3-4 times more than your product. They NEVER checked my wind shield wiper nor the fluids. I had to go to Auto Zone and purchase wind shield wiper fluids. They only wanted what will cost me MORE money, that made it sound fearful and must get it done ASAP! This is ridiculous!

Came in for an inspection and they would not pass it unless we bought new wiper blades. I replaced them recently so they were not needing to be changed yet. And they cost $60!!! Definitely trying to upsell at this location. We won t be back!

Really it is a 2.5. Below average but not the worst I have experienced.I have come to this location for the past 5 years for inspections and every year the service seems to get worse. The wait times increase, no updates on progress, indifferent to rude behavior toward customers, and confusing charges when checking out. It feels like you have to tip toe around the staff, so as to not set them off in anger, to receive any service. If you do set them off it feels like there is retaliation in the form of longer wait time. This is not all of the staff, many are wonderful people, but the general vibe I get from the management. The inspection itself seems fine but there are many places you can go that offer better service. Just down the alley from this location is another inspection provider that only does inspections "AA inspections". Family operated, fast, excellent value, and great service.My suggestion is to be clear and transparent with your customers. We understand it gets busy and we don't mind waiting. Just update us and let us know we are still a priority. Hope to see improvements.

yes, please stop trying to upsell filters. Every time I go in, they pull my filters and tell me they need to be replaced. I just replaced one of the filters six months ago. the guy pulled it out, it was still very white. Told me it needed to be replaced. It is so obviously a con to make more money. JUST STOP.

I ve had problems with this location before (Ella 77018 Houston TX) but went back because of construction at the Take 5 I like. I got an oil change, state inspection and wiper blades. I get this every year. I know wiper blades are cheaper elsewhere but I ve always done it. I was shocked they charged me $40 per blade. The blades were more than the oil change and inspection put together. On Amazon I could have bought 2 for the price of one from Jiffy. A BIG RIP OFF. I paid $158 for this all. Won t go back no matter what.Service: Oil change

The service was quick no wait time. Ive been going to this location for over 5 yrs. the technicians always find something I need to have done. So although I appreciate that, I leavespending more than I planned. Discounts and coupons help some. But overal the service for is great. The techs greet me with much respect. Bathrooms clean too.Services: Transmission, Oil change

Beware. I replaced my wife s wiper blades 2 months ago and they charged her $80 to replace them again to pass state inspection. I reiterate: $80!!! I drive through a storm last week and there was no streaking. I used to go here all the time but never again.

These men here are not only true gentlemen but also super helpful. I came in at 5:50pm today, they were closing at 6pm. They weren't rude or had an attitude, all of them were helpful and helped me fill my coolant. It came to $10 bucks but there was an issue with payment and they told me jokingly, "don't worry about it. Just make sure you come back to us for your next oil change." Mr. Brandon, Emmanuel, Charles, Paul, and Thomas I'm so happy to have stopped in and been assisted by you guys! Thank you for helping a gal out!
