11/10 experience.Jersey village automotive is my 1 stop shop. They provide endless amount of services with the best customer service, great competitive pricing, and quick turn around time.Sal and his team have helped me and my vehicle for the past couple years. The most dependable automotive shop around!!

I just went to this shop for a state inspection. Very nice people. They got me in and out quick with no issues. I will definitely be going back if I need anything for my 22 year old truck in the future. I've been looking for a auto shop that I felt good about going to and I have found it!

As someone who prefers going to the dealership for everything having to do with our vehicles, these days of "high costs", had me sourcing for a good, reasonable automotive place. Christian, Sal and staff at Jersey Village Automotive are awesome! At intake, Christian listened patiently to our issue (noisey hub bearing), was thorough with information, set reasonable expectations on work to be performed and the estimate. When our vehicle was ready for pick up, Sal thoroughly explained all work performed, warranties and charges. He answered any and all questions I had. Reasonably priced, quick service, professional staff.

I always enjoy my car repair service experience from Jersey Village Automotive. The owner and the service technicians are always courteous, friendly and professional. They are very knowledgeable, experienced and caring when it comes to my automotive repair services. They service just about all vehicle makes and models. I highly recommend Jersey Village Automotive without reservation.

I set up an appointment for 9:00 am Monday morning. I told the Chrisatian behind the counter that I needed brakes and that every time I stepped on the brakes the car would jerk, they investigated my concern and came back and told me I didn t need brakes. I a said what is causing the problem? They investigated and came back and told me what the problem was, even after, the were still very honest with further repairs that were needed. Great find for me for car repair! Honest, great quality of service, and workmanship, polite they listen and explain we for understanding.i would highly recommend them for all car, truck repair needs.

We had bought a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica from a used auto deal June 2023. The day we drove it off the lot, 2 hours later the Rearview Camera quit working. Dealt with the dealer ever since saying he was going to replace it...never happened.Walked into Jersey Village Automotive Repair yesterday about 11:30 to inquire about how much it would cost to replace. They quoted a ball park figure. Thinking it would take a week or two to get it scheduled. No, had the van back to them by 1:30 same afternoon, had it repaired by 4:00 pm for less than they ball parked figured to me.Awesome place! So very clean throughout the building. Everyone was super nice. Very honest and reliable.They are going to be our go to place from now on for EVERYTHING!Wish I could give them a higher rating than 5. They deserve it.Thanks,Sharon & Roger

Visited today for the first time for a state inspection and Christian was awesome! Got my car in and out fairly quickly and he was super friendly! Will definitely be a repeat customer!

Great place! I d say they have a fair price for their inspection and they have amazing 2 year warranty on the latch they fixed for me. Wayne did a great job fixing it though!

I was thinking of getting my air bag sensor fixed but I changed my mind later. Still, I wanted to know if the shop gave me a good deal or not. So I did some research and compared their quote with other places. Turns out they were pretty reasonable and fair with their price.

This is my 2nd time using the service and I was impressed and happy both times. The work was done adequately and in a timely manner. They even assisted me in getting the necessary approval two days before I dropped it off to ensure the parts would be in and that I could get it serviced in one day without delays

Sal made a good faith effort to resolve a re-keying issue and I appreciate him for that however I was still charged a fee for an initial service that was less than satisfactory. Granted it was a service thru an unreliable third-party.

I ve taken my car here for a while now. Can t say enough about this place. Exceptional work, always fairly priced and the best part is they don t and try to sell me things that my vehicle doesn t need. Easy to do business with. Today weather was horrible for Houston. I call the shop and the were open made appointment for 2pm.. I am a repeatedly client.. Christian (employee) call back about hour later, stated they will have to close the shop early - ice build up on the roads - and ask if I could reschedule - my engine light had been on for four days and because of unexpected illness I could not bring my car in earlier then Christian said Ms.Stovall if you can bring the car in now I will wait for you and then said please to drive safe because of the weather.. When I got there 35 mins later him and Wayne (employee) were patiently waiting on me.. Christian retrieve my keys and Wayne stated please Mrs. Stovall sit down he ask was I ok.. I was still recovering from being sick. He ask did I need water very concern even cut the TV down because the noise was bothering me. Then he went to help Christian with my car. My car got fixed no more than 20mins I wrote all of this to state to you ALL Sal and his team are truly the BEST!!!! Trustworthy and actually care about there clients not just there car BUT there WELL-BEING .., I truly want to thank Christian and Wayne for today. I wish there were 10

We have used this shop for many years on several vehicles. The team is very professional and courteous. They don't price gauge and will source parts for you at an affordable cost. Will give you a courtesy ride home if you live close by the shop while waiting on your car to be fixed. Very pleased with their work and a very happy customer.

This auto repair shop has great service and friendly staff. I don't live near by. But when you find a good mechanic that explains what going on, it is worth the drive.

Just want to say this is the best place to get your car fixed in the area hands down, prices quality of craftsmanship is impeccable. Honestly great mechanic shop!! I ve been to many mechanic shops; shop actually paid close attention to every task! It s great to have a place like this that still exists.
