Everything has been pleasant up until having to bring my car to get serviced at Mazda. Got a fat tire and was covered under warranty which was good but I had to wait over 3 hours(wait time might of looked different had I made an appointment but you can t really plan when you get a flat) and then had to bring it back for alignment issues.Good luck if Mark at the service counter is helping you, he made passive remarks and was not helpful what so ever when it came to getting the issue resolved. The rest of the team was super pleasant to work with, with the exception of Mark.

Excellent customer service. Frank was awesome. And we always like to say hello to Ken who helped us get into our Mazda CX5 in Dec of 2022. It s always great to see him when we get our car serviced. Thanks Mazda team for a job well done.

Do not buy a used car from Jeff Haas Mazda, they will do a sham inspection and sell you a lemon.I bought a used CPO from Jeff Haas Mazda and it had a transmission problem and leaky shocks in the first 100 miles. I didn't even get the warranty information in the mail before I had to return the car. Now Frank from the service department refuses to fix the shocks saying its not under warranty.There is a specific line item on the CPO inspection for leaky shocks which they marked passing, an obvious lie. There is no way the shocks started leaking in the first 100 miles of my owning the car. Now they want to profit off their scam of a inspection by making me pay for the shock replacements.I'm filing a Texas DMV complaint against the dealership and calling Mazda corporate because they are also running a racket against Mazda making them pay out for a new torque converter on a car they just approved as a CPO.

I originally wasted 2 hours in August waiting for the service advisor to verify my Mazda maintenance coverage. The dealership seems to know nothing about the service contracts. Returned again this week after calling Mazda warranty people and they said I was covered. We re talking about an oil change, not rebuilding the transmission. Next advisor ordered the oil change without verifying my coverage and then wanted to charge me for it after. Spent 45 minutes trying to get through to Mazda but it would be easier to reach the Governor. Finally, frustrated, stood in the middle of the advisor s desks with Mazda elevator music blasting on my phone. Service manager was obviously annoyed but instead of helping me, he just closed his door. I won t be back and I know they don t want me back either.

Took my 2010 Mazda CX9 to the service department for 2 recalls. 13 days before this I had a new paint job on the passenger side of my car. I washed my car with water only with a soft cloth night before I took it in for recall. Person checking me in said I would get a free carwash. I said it doesn't need a wash, I just washed it. She said she would tell them not to wash it. 2.5 hours later she called me (I was sitting outside in my own chair social distancing) to tell me my car was ready. It was just coming out of the carwash. I asked why was it washed?? She told me she didn't catch them in time to tell them not to wash it. They use a drive thru cash wash. I complained. She said she was sorry. I was offered a free detail. I detail my own car. My car went in 100% clean. After going thru their carwash (against my instructions) it was returned to me dirtier than when it came in. Hoping my new paint job is not damaged. It probably isn't, but I really think my request should have been honored. I am assuming the recalls were handled satisfactorily. I also want to add everyone was very friendly and polite and their waiting room looked clean and had ample space for social distancing even though I chose to sit outside.

Everyone we encountered was exceptionally nice to us. The lady at the front desk is wonderful. Jerry who helped us buy a car was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Kourtney our financial guy helped us make the right decisions, and very fun to talk with. And every other staff member we interacted with was eager to lend a hand or point you in the right direction.Just an overall fantastic car buying experience. My wife is so happy with her purchase and feels she got a great car at a great price. Thank you all!

Ubered into town, got there and they didn t have the car I was set on, then was offered the top trim package.. drove it, loved it and purchased it. let s be honest.. financing a lofty purchase is never easy on your nervous system.Jeff haas provided such awesome customer service and was not pushy nor manipulative when it came down to buying a car.Some places can play games, definitely not them.Nothing but good vibes from everyone I worked with throughout the dealership.Huge thanks to specifically Choung, Jerry, and Danyle. Excellent experience! We went to every Mazda Dealership in Houston and surrounding area.Charles treated us as if we were family, and that's good customer service. The team that helped us are the best, ask for,Charles,Kourtney,Julie,The wonderful lady for accessories,They gave us the best customer service for purchasing our new vehicle.We are very selective when purchasing a vehicle or any large items. Jeff Haas Mazda gave us an excellent deal on our new CX-30.If you want to purchase a new Mazda, go to the dealership off Katy Freeway.We went to every Mazda Dealership in Houston TX and surrounding areas, we got excuses for this accessory does not come with the vehicle or we were told Sirius Radio and Navigation are $500 extra, and the cost of the "rare tan color seats, are highly sought after " is certified used cost more than a new Mazda CX and it was 4 years old, so save yourself some time and go to Jeff Haas Mazda, no bulls#!+ honest dealership. Charles Silmon will make take care of you.

I bought a preowned certified 2019 cx5 in 2021 from jeff haas mazda. On my second oil change (around 20,000) they told me i needed a brake fluid flush. I have read owners manual. Their sevice departments recommendations varies significantly from mazdas recommendations (per owners manual). Be prepared to be over sold.

I am very disappointed with Mazda / Jeff Haaz. 2 things that I feel the Service Department of Jeff Haaz Mazda could have done a better job -- Provide an accurate diagnosis with certainty (or FREE)- Provide a better car when the car leave the shop (don't damage the car more)I know and I understand that your team at Jeff Haaz Mazda have tried hard to diagnose the issue and they came with several possible causes for the Miata. Having spent 2 weeks at the shop, with multiple incorrect diagnosis, and $312.50, with still a dead car.Also, related to second bullet point above about better care, I got my car back with a bent hood. The other shop found out that the Stabilizer bar was installed incorrectly (the other direction) - right for left, left for right. It made the stabilizer positioned higher and held the hood up - see pictures.Those pictures were taken while the car was still in the tow truck from Jeff Haaz to the other shop, as I wanted to make sure that you have the most accurate and authentic picture. You can see that the hood was bend up as that stabilizer rod is holding it up. This must have happened when your mechanic put all the pieces together after the diagnostic, as I saw at the time that the stabilizer rod was uninstalled.Spending $312.50 for nothing fixed and a bent hood, this shows the type quality that I have received. Having to trust an official dealership with the actual results that I got, I have certainly nothing good to believe in, but to be disappointed.

Paige Kuebler, she was refreshingly informative, knowledgeable, and very courteous.Very detailed information was given, in a very professional manner. Jeff Haas Mazda service has always been my place to go to get my Mazda worked on! All the service technicians are super knowledgeable and honest! You may pay a little more here than an independent mechanic but I definitely think it is worth it! Been coming here since 2016.

Great service department. Very transparent and honest. I really love the videos they send explaining what's going on with your vehicle. I went to Christian Brother's in Katy first for air conditioner repair and I was quoted $2200 to fix it. That price didn't sit well with me so I took my vehicle to Mazda on Katy Fwy and they fixed it for $323! I also got a loaner car which was super convenient. I highly recommend this location.

Nice new location. Plenty of phone chargers, snacks, coffee, water, etc.The techs video themselves inspecting parts of your car and showing you the actual issues. I'm glad they did because the service employee helping me that day told me the tech's recommendation was not correct.I'm editing this review to knock it down a couple of stars for one big reason: spam calling. They will call multiple times a day which can be considered spam or harassment. I had told them once to quit calling me constantly just because they think my car needs service. If you business continues I will just quit going there for anything since my car is no longer covered by warranty. That and I won't bother buying a car there again.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Wiper blade installation, Oil change

Well... What can I say... I'm a regular at Jeff Haas Mazda. Since purchasing my Mazda 3 in 2019, it's been a nice partnership. I even brought my mom to purchase a car there too last year. It was the least stressful experience she had. When I forget to schedule service, they call me, and they always have time for me after work or on Saturday all day, and the coffee is great. I'm thinking of getting another vehicle soon, and this is where I'll will be going to get it.

Best car buying experience we've ever had. Came in from Louisiana just to work with this dealership. Everything and everyone was top notch from the salesperson to financing. Mohamad R. worked with us to get the vehicle that we wanted and he was awesome. Never any pressure, make sure that you ask for him! Ms. Caring in the finance department was wonderful also and had us out quick as possible. (Even though we were pre-approved, she found us a better rate without us asking!) We will do the 4.5 hour drive for our next vehicle. Thank you Jeff Haas Mazda!

Even with the 1 major issue I've had here a few months, they've always given me great customer service. They were right on top of making things right! Brandy and Todd took care of everything for me right away! I bought my car from them back in 2015, and they are the only ones who service my car to this day. Knock on wood, but so far my car has not failed me and is still rolling...lol.

Years ago purchased a Mazda from Jeff Haas, and it recently had a transmission service light and wouldn't shift. They quickly diagnosed a TCM failure, and happened to have the part in stock. They even sent me video showing some of the other things they found during their inspection. Drives well now, and they only had the vehicle for a day.Prices are not cheap, but fair for a dealership.Service was fantastic, everybody I interacted with was very polite and professional, and the work was done very quickly.Building was clean, and service department is easy to find (obvious) and has covered pickup and drop-off.Some dealerships are difficult to deal with. This place is not one of those places. Will continue to come to this dealership when I need dealership level service.

Service advisors are helpful and patient here and the dealership is new and clean. As usual, getting your car serviced here is very expensive vs. If you took it to a regular mechanic shop. Oil changes are way too expensive, search elsewhere for routine maintenance services. However, I would lease or buy another Mazda from Jeff Haas, the sales team was very professional and got me a good deal.

Great service and good people. They aired my tires and rotated them while I was there for an oil change. It was a good deal and not a long wait. They were taking proper safety precautions during COVID-19. (Sanitizing station, social distancing, masks required, etc.) This is my 3rd vehicle from Jeff Haas. My family has purchased vehicles from here as well. Sutoyo is great if you need a vehicle and Todd is great at the service center.

Worst car service I have ever received!!! DO NOT BUY A MAZDA! My brand new car has had computer issues since the day I bought it. I ve brought it in for the SAME issue 4 times and they refuse to do anything other than an update . Meanwhile I have photos of purple static screens and video of the car computer just pinwheeling nonstop. They say they do not believe and and cannot prove it. Apparently photos and videos are not proof.
