What a great experience we had Jeff Haas Mazda. Kenneth page has always been very helpful and great to work with. He helped us figure about what we needed. Jackie was very helpful when it came to the options that we could add. Danielle was also very helpful when it came with the finance options available to us. Younghi was very thorough with the options of the care and answered any questions that we had about the car as well as the setting up of the Mazda App. Last but no least, Frank has always been great when we go get our vehicle serviced. We have always had a great experience when we visit there. Great job to the Jeff Haas Mazda team.

Overall, an amazing experience for the whole family! Nick went above and beyond during the whole process. This is our first Mazda, so, we had a lot of questions, and all of them were answer patiently and thoroughly. Loved how finance people offered us, but did NOT push additional insurance like they usually do at another dealerships. We even got a demonstration on all the features that the new car has. I never experienced that in any other dealership. Thank you Jeff Mazda for taking care of us. We had the best experience so far.

I had a great experience with Jeff Haas Mazda. I purchased a 2023 Mazda CX-30 Carbon Edition. The representative that helped me was Nicholas Gibson. I told him what I wanted and the process went smoothly. Little issues were handled right away. I most definitely would recommend him to anyone coming to purchase a vehicle. The finance department was great and I had a demonstration of how to use the different features that the car had to offer. Even though there is another Mazda dealership near me, I would definitely make the drive to Katy for all of my car services.

We had such a great experience at Jeff Haas Mazda. We initially went to the dealership just to look around, and Kenneth Page warmly greeted us and invited us inside to check out a certain vehicle on display, the CX-50. He was very detailed in his explanation about purchasing options. Jackie was straightforward in her discussion with us of necessary accessories for the vehicle. Danyel was also thoroughly helpful when she was talking to us about different service packages.

Andrea at Jeff Haas Mazda gave me an incredibly pleasant experience through my buying process for my CX-5 carbon edition. He was extremely patient with us and helped us to the best of his ability in making the deal. It was our first approach to Mazda, we never owned any vehicle from this make before, but since the moment we walked into Jeff Haas Mazda, we felt at home. Juana, made us feel extremely welcome; her dedication, knowledge and kindness were outstanding. She defenity offered a lot of insight and had a response for all our questions that made our decision very easy. The whole process was very friendly at every moment. Jeff Haas Mazda has a great staff ready to help and offer you the best possible and we left driving a Mazda3 2.5 CE AWD, which is really comfortable, with a great technology system and breathtaking design.If any potential client happens to be reading this review, let me tell you, Jeff Haas Mazda is where your next vehicle is at! I bought my very first new car from Jeff Haas on Saturday (3/23), I had made an appointment online as was greeted by Britton. He was very kind and knowledgeable about the Mazda I was looking at, he was able to answer all my questions and more. At the time I was only interested in testing driving the vehicle. I ended up coming back to the dealership a couple of hours later and was assisted by Britton again, who made the who experience as painless as possible. Not only was I able to leave in the car of my dreams, but it was also the colour I have been wanting for years. I would like to note that this was my very first dealership experience ever, and wasn t sure what to expect based on other people s experiences that I ve heard, but it was by far a great experience and I will definitely be back in the future when it s time to by a new car.

I am excited to share my experience from today at Jeff Haas Mazda that might help anyone from choosing Mazda in general but also going to this particular location.I never purchased Mazda cars before as I was more into BMW, etc. However, today s experience completely has changed future direction of my choices.I have to say that Mazda is making absolutely beautiful cars with all perks, however what made a huge impact on my decision are people at this location that truly work with you as they are sitting on the same side of the table.From scheduling, organization, professionalism to, humanity, care, honesty, team at this location I have to say is absolutely the best.I would like to especially thank to Cesar Gonzales, sales consultant, who I would give 10 times 10/10 for professionalism and most of all kindness and humanity. My experience at Jeff Haas was exceptional. I was helped by my online sales representative Sutoyo and I will definitely be recommending friends who are looking for a Mazda to pay him a visit. He was patient, helped me find everything I was looking for and wasn t trying to oversell me. Everyone needs a sales rep like him and not someone who s only looking out for their best interest. I found a manufacturing defect on my car two days later and Mazda took care of me no questions asked. If I could give 10 stars I would. Super happy with my purchase

I been trying to buy my new car and been to many other dealerships, but stepping into this Mazda Dealership felt like walking onto a red carpet. They didn't just treat me well; they made me feel like a star, offering exceptional service that truly stood out. And then there was Britton my salesperson who went above and beyond. Came in one late Saturday night to test drive a BMW that had just become available. Couldn't purchase that night as they were about to close, but said I was coming in first thing Monday morning to purchase. Got there an hour after opening and was told someone else was already filling out paperwork for the car I wanted. Never received a call or text of this happening before getting there, and essentially was told I had to offer $5k more than listing price if I wanted it. Is this a dealership or an auction? I test drove the car and made an offer first on Saturday night, I even called the dealership as soon as they opened Monday morning, spoke to Wendy and let them know I was on my way to buy the car (specifically said I'd be there in an hour). She said "great! I'll make sure its here ready for you!" The least they could've done was hold it for me and not sell it to someone else while on my way there. Wasted trip and missed out on a car that I really loved all for greed. No customer service, and no consideration for ones time at all. 0 stars.

Britton Smith is a fantastic client advisor! My wife and I first met him back in July when we first started searching for a new car; once we resumed our search 8 months later, he was the first person we contacted. He went above and beyond to answer our questions, send us personalized information ahead of our in-person visits, and ultimately secure a very competitive deal for our new Mazda CX-5 which we love. As a first time car buyer, I could not have asked for a better experience. I went in nervous about making such a large purchase and finding the right fit for me, but Kenneth was extremely helpful along the way; he was very patient and informative throughout the entire process. I walked away with a 2024 CX-50 and could not be happier with this decision and experience. I highly recommend Jeff Haas Mazda and Kenneth if you are in the market for a new car!

Absolutely wonderful experience. I initially went in asking for Charles Simon but was greeted with Kenneth Page and he made my first car buying experience the best. Charles even found me in the building to make sure I was taken care of. From the time I walked in I was met with professionalism and care. Will definitely be back!

If you are looking to buy a Mazda, look elsewhere!This was the worst car buying experience I've ever had. They claim they will keep you updated throughout the process but they must be too busy to care. The dealership is unable to track in-transit vehicles. So if you have a specific model/trim that you want, it's impossible to know if they will ever get it at the dealership even though they claim they have one coming in days. One was damaged, one was stuck at port. And the headache doesn't just end with trying to get a car. After you get the car you need to review all your financial paperwork. They had the wrong VIN on all of mine. They told me they corrected it the day I called and would email me over new copies - it's been over a week and I've reached out multiple times and still have not received the new paperwork. And forget trying to talk to a Sales Manager, they refuse to get on the phone with you to resolve any issues.

The guys at Jeff Haas were SO amazing! I got into a 2024 CX-5, and they went above and beyond for me. Charles was so nice and treated me like family! Kortney worked to help me get into the vehicle I wanted and explained everything to me as I m not the most knowledgeable on the whole process. They re the best! I definitely recommend Jeff Haas. I would like to take this opportunity to recognize, and highly recommend, our salesperson, Memphis Jiron. My wife and I were in no rush whatsoever to purchase a vehicle and really just wanted to take the afternoon to evaluate the MX-5 Miata since we were looking at a couple of other makes / models. Memphis was very patient with us while we took our time looking the car over, as well as on the test drive answering all of our questions. We ultimately decided on purchasing the MX-5 Miata 1) because it is an awesome car and 2) because of Memphis and how he treated us during the process. I would also like to mention that after the sale, Memphis was just as responsive to our questions and follow-up activity with the car. Thanks Memphis and Jeff Haas Mazda for a great experience! Bought a 2024 CX-5 Turbo Premium from Gilbert Gaitan after months of back and forth. He was always very responsive and answered any questions I had. He never pushed me to make a purchase and was very supportive every step of the way. Gilbert is patient, personal, and overall the best person to work with.Jeff Haas is hands down the best dealership in Houston. They have the nicest appeal, the best amenities, and their service department is top of the line (especially Yajaira.) This is our fourth Mazda and we know they're in good hands at Jeff Haas.

I leased a CX-50 from Jeff Haas. Juana was so helpful as a salesperson to help me find the car that I really wanted with the features I enjoy in a car. And then YoungHi did a great job delivering the car to me whilst showing me all the features and details to setup the way I like the radio stations and she also explained very well about the service needed for oil changes. She was able to set up the door locks and let me understand things about the car that I never knew. I am happy with the staff at Jeff Haas Mazda. I would definitely recommend that you go see Juana to get you started.

So I don t normally feel the need to leave reviews but this dealership did an outstanding job, very welcoming and provided a very positive experience. Gabriel was our sales person and Isabella helped us with the finances, very kind people who were very helpful from the very beginning. I actually live five hours away but they made me confident in making the trip and getting into my beautiful MX-5, helping me with estimates on my trade in and getting an idea on what my payments would look like to make sure I had all the details before making my drive. If you re in the Houston area, or willing to make the trip for amazing service and people who are truly willing to assist you, then I d definitely recommend!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND going here and having Charles help you! I was involved in a bad car accident that totaled my car out. So I was on a mission to find a car as soon as possible. Now I ll be honest this was not the first dealership I stopped at. We went to Hyundai and had another idea on a different SUV. But the customer service at Hyundai West was extremely horrible. Their sales manager Mario belittled my mother and spoke to her very rudely which did not go very well with me at all. They even told us that we would never find a car under the price that they were trying to sell an SUV to us which was $11,000 over priced!! We got to Jeff Haas Mazda and within minutes were greeted by Charles who was beyond honest and willing to hear us out on what we needed and my budget. He went above & beyond to helping me stay in budget. I left that day with a new car. In the market is definitely not the best market to buy for a new car but if you have someone like Charles who goes the extra mile to help you feel secure in your purchase, speaks to you with respect and kindness it speaks volumes. I m so glad to have done business with them and highly recommend for anyone to shop at this dealership!!

Jeff Haas Mazda Certified Pre Owned Program is a JOKE. The check boxes on a form and charge you 2500 extra. We have defective paint on our 2023 that was a demo car and the USED car manager said too bad. Nick said the attach photo meets their standards. Nick was very rude to us . We brought the car back 3 ties to be corrected. The second time we brought the car back the paint was worse. This was a car that was always in their possession. They completely do not take care of their cars on the lot and I would never buy another CPO car from them unless you want to be treated rude by Nick and cheated and over charged big time. STAY away from this dealership. I would think that all Jeff Haas Dealerships have the same low standards. Nick said he would not do what it take to correct the paint.We reached out to Jeff Mazda per their Google response and we were COMPLETELY IGNORGED. Actually not a surprise to us. We contacted Manager Crabtree and 2 others. multiple times with NO response. Stay away from this dealership.
