Rare to find a tire shop that genuinely takes care of there customers but this shop is the one. I have been a loyal customer going on 3 years, never had a problem, always in and out, and reasonable prices! I d recommend to everyone!

Went in for shocks 400 a piece for the pair driver side is leaning no name brand shocks for 900 dollars .Came back and ask him to replace them but he wouldn't..and this was the day after not even 24 hours with the shocks. Better customer service is really needed here ..You just can't take people's money!! Bad Shocks here!

I stopped here because my check tire pressure light came on at the beginning of a road trip. I suspected nothing wrong with the tires but rather low pressure due to thermal contraction. Francisco was friendly, quickly helped me out and sent me on my way!

Went here on 10/7/23. To buy used tires they lied to me and said they don't have any. Then another customer came and bought the same size tires i needed. Guess this place are only for Mexicans customers. Hope this place burn to the Ground! Been coming here for 2 years and never been treated unfair.

All of our four vehicles have been brought here for new tires and wheels. And each and every time we leave more than satisfied. The guys are very helpful when it comes to helping out with picking out what you like and they don t put any pressure into trying to sell you anything that you don t want or need. Highly recommend to come and shop with them they offer good service

I just had a tire patched here a little less than a week ago, my tire is still running good. The customer service was quick and yet personal. I felt taken care of. I recommend this place of business to anyone whenever the conversation of wheels and tires comes up. Love the business and how they handle business

Went about a week ago after my tire blew out. First i asked for a yokohama tire for my sti and they ended up putting an off brand chinese tire way overpriced, and now when i tried taking my nuts off, i noticed that TWO were cross threaded and they both broke clean off. Owner said hes not responsible for it. Just be aware that they dont put your lugnuts on w the air gun because they WILL cross thread them.BTW: responding to your reviewWe are not talking for a 2020 car we are talking of a 2021 sti that is new .I went tonthis place because it was close to me when it happend .Great way to respond !

Update; wasnt 27 minutes, I have time stamped photos of how long I was there, there wasnt a wait, u had no other customers when u took my tire off. But it's all good , no worries..Over 45 minutes to do a patch? I was on my phone for the first 10 minutes after tire was off and tire was still on the rim, no customers here so idk why he was taking so long, could have went to Holland tire shop and been finished already.. smh

Would not recommend this tire company went in on a Saturday to get a quote advise them that I was looking and didn t want to get messed over because I was a woman. On Monday I decided to go let them replace all 4 tires. Not only did they striped one if the lugs they broke all 4 locks without my consent, the owner was very rude and yelling telling me its my fault they broke the locks. I left very unsatisfied and missing locks on all 4. Then after driving off I realized they bent a rim as well. I end up at discount tire where they had to balance and put locks costing me more money.

Came in for a tire rotation and balanced. Fast service but they deeply scratched one of my rims and still got charged full price

Very unpleasant experience. Guy told me the lock for my tires was wrong and he couldn t fix my flat tire. Went to my Mercedes-Benz dealership and they told me that was a lie, I have the correct lock ..I guess he couldn t be bothered to fix my flat tire.

Got new tires and rims and steps. They kept my old rims and tires (had to call and drive back to get them). They didn t want to put the steps on when they came in and I had to stand around for hours until someone reluctantly did it because they swore they had no staff but were clearly open for business putting tires and rims on for more customers. They didn t give me the key to wheel locks. Now want to charge $100 to break locks and replace them and keys. Was very accusatory and denied being at fault for anything, told me I probably didn t even buy them from there. When I showed my receipt, he just looked like more of the special kind of person he is and was speechless. If you re not a hispanic male or close to it, don t waste your time here. Seems that they only provide great customer service for their kind and not all kinds.

Great shop and service ... Open on a Sunday super extra plus!!! Bought 4 tires and had them installed fast. Rosalio was very polite and has great customer service skills. We were out in less then a hour..... Prices are good but the customer service exceptional.... Will bring our other vehicles here again...

Charge me $35 for tire plug. I have never paid more than $15. I could ve got a new tire for $35. they out of line

We tried to get our tire fixed at this location but had a screw in the tire and we were not from the area. We evacuated from New Orleans to Houston. All we wanted is to plug up our tire before heading back to New Orleans which is 6 hours away. The guy told us we needed a appointment really. wow! It probably would have been a few minutes to repair. Shame on you and I wanted to share my experience. Poor everything!

I was quoted an out the door price of 940.00. Then once tires were on, the amount he told me to pay was completely different from price by almost 80 dollars. Then they changed it to cash price vs debit. I told the guy who helped me,ok i will pay the cash price so we agreed to go get the cash since my bank was an exit away. Then he said he couldn't go and then i couldn't use my vehicle either. The manager wasn't on site when these prices were discussed. When he arrived I told him i would not pay the different price. Then i asked to put my original tires back on he said ok but it would be 150 dollars. Either way they did not meet my expectations as trying to help the customer when the employees made the mistake. Then before we come to an agreement he locks a chain to keep my truck in the shop. In the end i paid the over price negotiated cause I felt unsafe when he locked my truck in. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. THEY ARE DISHONEST AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I went in earlier in the week because one of my tires was losing air. They were so quick and helpful here! They let me know that two of my tires were worn out. It was so much faster than where I used to go. This is now my go to shop.

Per my personal experience today, all I can say is that I am glad I found this place when and where i did. They really saved the day with fixing my flat tire. Being open on a Sunday is a huge plus because you can't get that with Discount Tire. Another thing i really like is that their service prices are printed out right on the wall in the office so there is no guesswork or confusion. The staff was very friendly and quick to respond to my needs. I was shown clearly the extent of the damage to my tire and what could be performed and what couldn't as well as their recommendation for repair. They also have a selection of wheels and tires in various sizes and from what another customer in the lobby said, he got a great deal on 2 tires for his Chevy Suburban (large tires). I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Right off the I-10 so if you have a blowout before Federal Rd. going eastbound, no worries, just exit Mercury Dr and it's on the right. Oh and they do take credit cards, because it's hard to find tire repair shops open on Sundays that take something other than cash.

I am a firm believer that treating people right and doing good business will keep people coming back. I have made the mistake of spending alot of money at this place. I have replaced all 4 tires twice and replaced another 2 recently. I had ran over a nail and had to go to a place on the side of the road to fix my flat. Lorenzo's broke my sensor. I called JC's to ask if I could bring it by so they could check out the sensor because since Lorenzo's put my tire back on it was reading 0. I was told they would not check it without me paying 25.00. I had recommended JC's to my mom who also bought 4 tires, my son bought rims and spend 1800.00. I guess we have given them close to 4000.00 in business in one year. My mom had also called about them rotating her tires as they said this was part of the purchase. The man told her if she did not have her receipt, she would be charged. They do not keep up with their customers with computers, have not clue who has or has not been there before and honestly could care less if you have given them past business. I know there are alot of tire shops out there. I promise I will not go back to JC. It takes one second to put something next to my stim on the tire to check the sensor. RIDICULOUS. POOR BUSINESS STANDARDS. JUST OUT FOR A QUICK BUCK. NO WORRIED ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE OR SATISFACTION.

Ruben and Francisco were very helpful and answered all my questions! Great prices and excellent customer service. Definitely recommend JC Tire & Wheel.Edit.11/06/2020 Not willing to help or understand after purchase with purchased merchandise.

Was recommended by a coworker and had a pleasant visit. Prices are fair and the job was done excellent. I would recommend talking to Rosalio, he hooked me up with a good price and got me out in no time.
