Jammers was the best body shop I have ever worked with! Ricardo helped me out and was very responsive. He called me often to update me about the status of my car and was happy to accommodate me with anything I needed. Very professional and did the work in a timely manner. When I received my car, it was washed up and looked amazing!

My review is long overdue, but Ryan and the rest of the Jammers team did an excellent job with the repairs to my Jeep Grand Cherokee in May 2023. Jammers went the extra mile to minimize the amount of time my Jeep spent in the shop by pre-painting some of the new parts prior to me dropping off my vehicle. The estimate process was easy and I received a fair final price (with no surprises) in-line with estimates I received from other shops. Overall excellent quality of work and excellent customer service.

Jammers did a great job! After the accident we were sad, but when the car was done it looked like new. The colors matched perfectly, the way the job was done was great, and the customer service was great, and when we looked inside the car had been vacuumed. I think that the car was done more than great, thank you Jammers!

As a college student, I am very unfamiliar with the ins and outs of car repair and how that effects my insurance. The feeling of having to deal with all this was a close second to the frustration to damaging my car but Jammers relieved so much of that weight. Frankly, they checked all the boxes being extremely clear on the front end and throughout the repair, being forthright on delays because of part shipments, fair rates and making concerted efforts to update me along the way.Upon completion, I was blown away when I saw that my 4Runner wasn t just repaired but completely detailed truly looking better than when I bought it. The repair was mostly for hail damage which is, at this point, unrecognizable after their careful dent removal and repainting. I cannot recommend this location enough. I m based out of Austin and spend most of my time in College Station for school so Houston was a bit out of the way but after seeing the level of care put in to my Melissa, I would be sure to use their services again.Service: Painting

My previous visit was exceptional (years ago). However, as a returning customer, I have to admit that the service has declined severely. I picked up my car today from a repair due to an accident. My paint on my hood is literally worse than how I left the car 2 months ago. I brought it to Ryan s attention. Also, I drove off the lot at within 1 minute, I was hearing the same noises due to the damage. Ryan and Al admitted no one completed a diagnostic for damages other than cosmetic. (Wow) He also admitted no one test drove the car to check for any other issues.The communication was not transparent and I had to bring this to Ryan s attention. Ryan is very good at apologizing, but I d rather the work be done thoroughly. I know they heard the sound pulling the car around. I literally heard it immediately as I drove off. Disappointed and now have to see if the insurance will approve additional repairs due to their negligence.

These folks the best of the BEST! Myself and my family have had a few repairs done here, and I can honestly say this is the best body shop you will ever work with. Their work is meticulous and your vehicle will look better than it did when you bought it. Their prices are reasonable. They are honest, trustworthy and reliable. Most importantly, their service is INCREDIBLE! I had issues with my rental and some timing around a vacation (not their fault), and Ron and Kim spent tons of their time working it out on my behalf. They bend over backward to make sure the process is as easy on you as possible. They are kind, solicitous, and they ensure they keep you updated every step along the way. I cannot recommend them more highly.

Went to Jammers on a friend s recommendation and omg I m so glad I did! Al and Kim and Ron are amazing people. I ve honestly never received better service from a body shop before! I must clarify I didn t pay out of pocket bc someone hit my front fender and their insurance was footing the bill. However, Jammers did a phenomenal job on advocating for me and Ron personally kept in touch with me by updating me with the progress of the repair. They also washed and detailed my car as well, which they didn t have to do at all! I was really impressed and glad I went with them. The work is first rate and flawless. I couldn t be happier. Thank you Jammers for being such awesome blossoms, I really appreciate it.P.S. - when the rental car picked me up from Jammers they also vouched for them too. Good reputation travels far!

Recently had to take my car in after and accident. Staff at Jammers were amazing. The work done on my vehicle was perfect, when I picked up looked as if I never was involved in an accident. They keeped me updated on the progess of the repairs.And just made me fell welcome and less stressed over the whole incident.Big thanks to the team and to David Cabrera for a great job on my car.Although I never plan to need a body shop ever again. If the unfortunate happens again..I know where I'm taking my vehicle to.

I really want to recommend their shop! Jammers Auto Body is a very honest shop, explains everything and has the highest integrity! Ask for Al and you will not be disappointed!

Ron has been helping our family for years. He matches unbelievable service with excellent quality in all his work. I ve used Jammers for a few years now and will not be going anywhere else. They do a wonderful job fixing your vehicle and will fight your insurance to make sure the car is done properly.I originally found them after a random person backed into me and wanted to pay for the repairs out of pocket to have it repaired at Jammers. I was skeptical since they knew each other, but my worry faded as soon as I got to the shop.Not only are they very nice, you can tell they love cars. There s tons of cool customer projects and nice cars. Air cooled 911s, LR Defenders, and some off road rigs.I ve never been more satisfied, and as odd as this sounds, if/when I get hit I m no longer worried because I know the car will come back looking even better than before the accident.

I ve taken my mini copper to Jammers for a few years and without fail they have not only given the best customer service, but the best quality of work! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! My entire family has taken their cars and we cannot say enough about the staff at Jammers

Very friendly staff, clean, nice and professional at the shop... I m sure they do an outstanding job on all of their work. I want to give a special shoutout to Les, (who took care of my new car, that had a minor dent but was major to me. Got me right in took care of the problem in a timely manner and made it flawless! Def give this man a call if you need dent repair done. Very reasonable price!

Friendly, fair and fast - and they did a great job making a dinged-up 2008 Honda look almost new. It's never fun to need a body shop, but you'll appreciate these guys.

Incredibly disappointed with the service we received. My automobile spent over 8 months at this supposedly high-end paint shop. Disappointed with the work we received and then the vehicle was held for 6 additional months while they tried to figure out how to fix the debris in the clear coat and the spots that never got covered with clear coat. Everyone thinks this place is so great but it's not. I would never recommend that anyone use this location for their clear coat needs. I can not speak to their ability for regular paint job, but after our experience there I wouldn't recommend anyone use this facility The owner was incredibly rude and I just don't know how he gets away with that attitude.

I d been meaning to write this review for a long time now, glad I could give them 5 STARS for their amazing staff. Even during that week of freezing weather they managed to properly finish the work on my car by the date they estimated. By far the best service i ve had in general.

Once again the crew of Kim Ron and Al Came through with flying colors on the repairs of my 2016 Ford Edge. This is the best body shop in Houston. you want your repairs done right and on time? Call Kim and set up an estimate with Ron or Al.

Was sent here by a carwash, where damaged occurred to the passenger side mirror. Ron and the lady in the front office were very helpful in getting me in and out in a timely manner. I plan to visit them the next time I'm in need of body repair.

Wonderful experience at this body shop! Caring employees from start to finish, and I was kept updated regularly. The crew did its best to keep costs low. Super impressed. Highly recommend!

Old School Customer Service Experience :Nowadays, almost any mechanic ship you visit, seems shady. For instance, the mechanics never look you in the eye when talking to you. Which gives you the impression that you're being ripped off. Not so, at Jammers however. Everyone there is on top of their game! Ron, breaks down everything so that anyone could understand. Which my mechanically- challenged ass truly appreciates.Thanks so much, Jammers!
