Kevin has been my service advisor since I got my car. Kevin is great at keeping me updated on the service of my car. He only offers me what I need. Kevin is like a dad to me. He ll get on me when he needs to, because sometimes I don t pay attention to my car. I love Kevin and I ll be a customer as long as he s there. I would 100% refer anyone to get a car from Jaguar SW. they have a variety of the best snacks, coffee, water, and they even have two massage chairs that you can use for free. I have yet to have a bad experience. And you can t beat a free car wash after your service.

My car had to be serviced and my experience at Land Rover Southwest was my best experience ever going to a car dealership. My service advisor Natalie P was amazing from start to finish. Great customer service and very polite! Not to mention the other service reps asking me did I need assistance soon as I got there. Because of (Natalie P) I never wanna go to another dealership ever! Wish I could give her 10 stars!!!!

Steven worked with us to find the right car. He went out his way to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Steven took care of of a warranty issue to ensure the car was perfect upon pick up. We will only buys vehicles from Steven. We are a repeat customer and will recommend Steven and your dealership.Finance person was very helpful and had a lot of information to share.

Sales experience was great and Hayden is a great guy. However, the dealership suggested I let them do the registration and still, today, I have no idea where it is at. This is 45 days and counting since I sent the car to you. Also, I paid to have the car shipped covered so it looked new when it got off the truck. The car was filthy and NOT at all worth what I paid you. Lastly, I have tried to call your general manager to discuss numerous time and I haven't even gotten the courtesy of a response ... whether by phone or email. The customer service experience, after the sale, has been AWFUL

Maaz was an exceptional brand ambassador for LRSW and was agnostic as to which car I liked. He patiently explained features and pros/cons of the different vehicles I test drove. When someone's buying a $100K+ vehicle, it does take a little more research and test driving before we make a decision. Most sales reps are transactional and rush through the process (which is human nature due to their commission structure). LRSW really went above and beyond my expectations. Finance dept was also easy and helpful. The Porsche was immaculate when delivered. Highly recommend this team. Great job in hiring quality people, Mai. After all, a car is a commodity- so it's the people that make the difference. Maaz is future Manager material. I would hire him tomorrow. You guys rock!Jorge PuigFounderFlatbay Capital

Amazing facility and staff that will always go above and beyond. I came in with high expectations and Jesse Banda still surpassed them all. This is a very customer friendly dealership that knows how to earn customer business. I bought a car from here. Ray, the manager, was very kind and very flexible with the price. Steven, the sales person, is perhaps one of the best in the business. All the way from setting up the meeting, to test drive to closing the deal. He even dropped the car at my house. I m buying my next car from here.

It was a very disappointing experience. The salesman was very high pressure and on several occasions had told me that someone else was about to buy the vehicle I was interested in. Completely unacceptable and I will be very vocal about how we were treated with the vehicles false information, price, pressure and lack of helpful service. I asked on multiple occasions for the floor manager to contact me and on multiple days I have still yet to receive a call. Unfortunately , this was the only vehicle that I was interested in so that is the ONLY REASON I PURCHASED. I will not be recommending this dealership for any business with friends, family, social media or websites.

Excellent experience at the dealership. Saw a vehicle on-line and quickly set up a date and time for the test drive. I arrived at the dealership and was greeted warmly and quickly met with the salesman. From arrival at the dealership to completion of the purchase was just over 2 hours. That is definitely the fastest I have ever financed and finalized the purchase of a vehicle....even when paying cash, it didn't go this quickly at another dealership.

I cross the city of Houston to have my family of Jags serviced at Momentum on 59 and beltway 8. I visit this location because Kevin Sturgess works here. I followed him from the old location on Kirby Dr. He is dependable, honest and sincere. I don t like that Car service costs $$s. However, Kevin keeps it simple, he tells me what s needed in repairs, gives me the cost and gets it cranked out of the shop reasonably fast. This service advisor makes me feel comfortable that I m getting good service at a fair price from Momentum Jaguar. Lucky for me that s what I like.Again in 2020 I m a satisfied Momentum Jaguar customer. The valet that greeted me in the drive-up lane, the mechanics that do the back-breaking work, the attractive cashiers that take payments and even the service advisers like Kevin Sturgess,who have the easiest job at the dealership, are all great.Best of all they work as a team. To my great delight they have eliminated a whinnying noise emanating from the engine compartment of my XJ.I don t know if this is the best dealership in the country but I m certain that Kevin is the best service advisor. Thanks!

I bought my new F-Pace with Richard a couple of weeks ago and could not be happier. I had some changes done by them the following week (blackout of all chrome) and Richard and Tom went above and beyond to be sure I was well taken care of and completely happy with all aspects. Richard was in constant communication with me to be sure I was kept informed of the progress and afterwards he made sure I was fully satisfied with the changes. Definitely recommend them !

After searching for a year I finally drove away in my new 2022 F-Pace! Many thanks to Dave Thompson for being so knowledgeable about the car and transparent during the sales process, it helped tremendously in my decision to buy the car. Ask for Michael Johnson when you arrive, incredible experience unlike sitting at a dealer for hours and waiting. We arrived in the evening to see a used vehicle and the had to wait the next day due to the hours but our sales rep, held the car and wrapped up the financing and called us in when it was time to sign & drive. And that's just what we did. Appreciate the team effort from the management, to finance, vehicle was cleaned up nice, key ordered before we were out of finance and the snacks were on point. Easiest business transaction we've done in years! Very positive experience

Reading all of these other reviews online on Jaguar Southwest Houston seems to have much negativity since most others only write reviews out of spite rather than content. I would like to share my experience because at least I know and have had an unparalleled experience with Jay Robles being my salesman. It first began when I happened to be driving on the road and passed by this dealership seeing a vehicle that caught my eye in the front lot. I then proceeded inside to meet Jay, and he treated me with greatest respect even though I am only 20 years old, and most other salesmen would just pass me by. I test drove the car and instantly fell in love with it and knew I had to own it somehow. We talked numbers on the car, and even though it was priced lower than the market value, Jay somehow talked to the GM and helped to reduce the invoice on the car even more! I still had not even confirmed I could purchase the car until I consulted with my parents, but Jay reassured to me I could call him in the evening on his own personal phone and that he would hold the vehicle for me even though I had not even placed a deposit down yet even with another prospect buyer. The following day I had planned to purchase the vehicle but I had some issues with financing; nevertheless Jay worked me though the process and worked with my mom to help cosign too. We then had a dilemma with pulling up credit scores due to my mom's own accident of having it locked so we could not proceed until Monday when the credit agency was open. Throughout this time Jay kept in contact with us through text and calls to fill out other necessary information for the bank to loan me the rest of the amount. After all of that occurrence, we cleared all the necessary finances and it was finally my car I always dreamed of having! When the car was fully detailed and was for my visual inspection I noticed some minor curb rash, some tar material on one of the wheels, and some small paint chips. Since it was raining that day Jay guaranteed I could come back at my convenience and he would personally have all of those imperfections taken care of despite of my car being a used vehicle. A week later as he promised, he called me up to ask if I would like to have all the flaws fixed which then I came in that day. Even though he was busy with another client, he took no time to take my car back to the detail shop where they professionally fixed the wheel, paint chips and also polished the wheels too. Overall I am exceptionally impressed with the show of character Jay Robles has even with me being a 20 year old kid, and to keep his promise of taking care of what he would get repaired. New cars or used vehicles, I highly advocate to have Jay Robles as your salesman.

This particular location had fail in service time after time , due to the convenience of the location, today I give them a chance again and for the third time very disappointed at the level of service and competency. The receptionist Chantelle, carelessness speak tone , careless attitude and actually told me that I can go to another dealership if i want earlier appointment and even told me that if I just go in no one will serve me immediately and I would probably need to wait for hours . While I just want to go in and get a service advisor to take a look at the engine light because is on and just to make sure it s safe to drive until THEY CAN SERVICE MY CAR !

My Sales person was professional and help me to secure the car before I even arrived to take a look and pick it up. the finance person was helpful and polite. No one was pushy and/or overbearing and I left with the vehicle I wanted. A great experience!

As an out of town customer Adam took care of me initially from their guest express team. He provided all of the info that I needed. I was soon contacted by Salesman Hayden and he took over from there. From the second I walked in the door Hayden made me feel right at home. He's a cool, down to earth guy. I grabbed some coffee and we went on a test drive. I got a fair offer on my trade-in then I filled out my credit app. It was a smooth financing process and I was headed home after a couple hours! Thanks again to Hayden and the team!

I went to look at a used car at Southwest Range Rover. I met Michael Johnson he informed me of some other options they have. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Gave me the best deal so I bought 2 cars instead of 1. Thanks Michael for your professionalism and genuine personal attention. Found a car on AutoTrader, inquired from your dealership. Heard back promptly, and Donyell was our salesman who helped us make a decision and answered all our questions, followed through on paperwork, everything. We were amazed at how fast he responded to every query. There was virtually no waiting time. We were happy with the price, the service, and Donyell. Even though it wasn't a car you have in your showroom, we would definitely consider doing business with you again someday as it was such a seamless, trouble free experience.

Since I ve started coming to this particular dealership several years ago, the service has always been 5 star. Scheduling an appointment is pretty easy and once there, they take time to explain everything needed once they examine the car, plus I never have to worry about them trying to upsale unnecessary services. Their new facilities are beautiful and comfortable for waiting while your car is serviced. Bonus-The complementary wash and vacuum is also a wonderful perk after getting your car serviced.Services: Wheel alignment, Oil change

The new location facility is spacious with easy drive-in to air conditioned service area. I was met immediately by Kevin who did an initial engine area check and found a leaking coolant hose. Main purpose of visit was to replace tire pressure monitoring unit. Car was thoroughly washed and ready to go in under 2hours. Excellent service!Service: Auto maintenance
