Great experience on Monday, April 8, 2024. I call Roland, Service Associate at Jaguar Central to inform him of my arrival to install rear wiper that was destroyed by a car wash. Upon my arrival he took care in my check in and my vehicle was ready within two hours to include a fresh car wash and vacuum. This was a great experience for me with professional and on time service of which I was Very Satisfied with time and experience.Thanks Roland.

A very positive experience from the beginning and Mr. Diaz assisted with the issue (exterior damage) concerning my vehicle. He was very helpful in providing information so that I could decide what to do. The process was very efficient and completed within the time frame that was initially given without any delay. Thank you for a positive experience.Another 5 star service received at JLR Houston Central. Very efficient drop and pick up process. Vehicle ready before initially scheduled and nice and clean at pick.Mr. Diaz is great and makes the entire process pleasant and easy. He is definitely an asset to the service department.

Really great service - my service advisor Roland was very helpful, arranged shuttle and loaner car service, they got the parts needed quickly and found warranty coverage, so the bill was easy too.

Excellent service from start to finish from Roland. He alerted me to coverage that I had forgotten about and saved me a significant sum. Provided regular updates and was quick to sort out a loaner when there was a delay in parts. Recommend him and the Jaguar team at Central

Although the service associate Michael was very helpful Land Rover/ Jaguar left me very disappointed. The company had my vehicle for 6 days for a servicing & a bad battery. I later added having the wheels painted. When the vehicle was returned to me the battery was still bad & had not been checked. The vehicle had to be returned after I picked it up for the battery to be addressed, which tells me that attention to detail was not paid. The job wash rushed & everything the technicians marked as complete may not have been done. They lied & marked the battery as good but once returned after I notified Michael that it wasn't done; he & a supervisor had to watch the technicians actually check the battery and it was found that a cell in it was bad. This makes me not trust this location. Although the situation was rectified, I will not return to this particular location in the future.

This is the 2nd time I have used this dealership for regular maintenance. I scheduled an appt online, they took my car in at the appointment time, and had everything done in a reasonable amount of time while I waited (including the car wash). They are all always very friendly, helpful and professional. Best part, no service surprises. I just wish they stocked more Jaguar swag/merch, too much Range Rover stuff. lolService: Auto maintenance

This feedback is based on the fact my key was lost. I came in to pick up my car and they could not find my key. I stood around for at least 15 mins, and NO one told me what was going on. I figured it out based on my observation and the question someone asked if I had a unique key chain. People were scurrying looking for my key.I finally asked to speak to a manager. He was very casual about it. I believe he apologized, but I ended up going back home to get my spare key. He promised me a new key, car detailed and a full tank of gas, which was fine. There was no sense of urgency or even disappointment of the lack of communication on their behalf.NO ONE even called after they kept my car over the weekend to program a new key after I picked up my car.The customer service SUCKS. This is the closest dealership to my house, so I have NO choice but to have my car serviced here. Urgh.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance

I purchased a F Coupe 2 weeks agoAustin was brilliant as was ZacI did have to bring it back for a software update and Ray was fantastic!Today I went basically for an in-service on the informatics system and Phillips was excellent easy to understand.All in all a very pleasant experience !The Service was stella

Car was towed to Dealership because of a flat using Jaguar Roadside Assistance. Service personnel were waiting for me on arrival and dealt very quickly with getting the car into the system. This was last few minutes of business time. Car was ready next morning with all four tires replaced.
