Went there only because my usual spot that does inspections wasn't open. Was poorly greeted by a worker (no mustache), asked for my keys and insurance. I didn't have a copy so I left ran a few errands and eventually came back with a copy.This time I was greeted by owner (with mustache), he asked for the same thing; keys and insurance. I had a copy of my insurance in my email, as I was pulling it up in my email he quickly said "let me know when you find it" and quickly left.I literally found it a second after, he could have waited. Felt like I was bothering them being there, anyways poor service. Whatever happened to service with a smile.When he was done the guy with mustache was ringing me up as the other guys was parking my car outside the garage plus left my key in the car. Would have appreciated it if they would have handed it to me back to me.Why leave keys in the car?On top of that when I got home I realized my 10 count Mini Diet Coke box was open and I only 8 were left. I checked under the seats in case they rolled back but I saw nothing. I am pretty sure one of them helped themselves. If they were thirsty I would have given them one or two.Pathetic.

Worst customer service, I don t recommend this place at all, no wonder all the time is empty with no customers. Owner/manager even cursed me. When I got there I explained to one of the workers that I needed a short valve steam, when I got home realized they installed the longest, I went back and told them what the problem was, the owner/manager so arrogant told me that if wanted a short one I had to pay again. Over prized, $20 for a valve steam rim off the truck, down the street on Bingle did the job for half a prize. Don t take your business to this place. Owner/manager so arrogant.

My Elantra started making a noise under the hood and ofcourse I started pre-stressing because whyyyyy is this happening .I did a little google search for the area and I m glad I did.Customer service is Bar none! 10/10.Service was quick.Pricing is fair.I am now a forever customer.

If I could give less stars I would...I took my car for an antifreeze flush to be safe since I dont know much so I thought to my self better take it to the pros. I took it there and they told me to wait inside the office..well that's the service I needed doesn't take that long to do. It took the 1:30 mins and nothing so I wen th to check on them and they said it was leaking and that the cap was broken , mind you they never went to tell me there was a problem. They asked me to pay for the cap that was broken that by the way was fine when I took it there so I total I paid around 140dollars..so ok I'm fine..I go home the car is leaking g water from what now is a broken radiator I am frustrated the radiator is costing me now $289 out of my pocket not counting the work that they will charge me obviously I'm not going with them ...I'm just warning you be careful with this guys and be safe ..I will end up paying more than $600 because I will need an antifreeze flush again.

Best place for alignments. Customer service was awesome and met every expectation. I hope you guys enjoy the lunch. I'm big on customer service and would rate them a 10 star.

Mr. Javier Martinez and his crew are really nice cool friendly people and is very patient when you have questions concerning your vehicle. Each time I go to them, i always leave with confidence knowing that the work on my car is genuine and well worked on. I highly recommend them.Thanks Guys,RPaz

Thank goodness for the good guys at J Martinez tire shop!! They really helped me out! I will always come here and always recommend them! They were super friendly, fast, and way more than fair on pricing! Good and honest people! I wish I could give them 10 stars! Thank you so much!

This mechanic will never do a bad job. He is the most reliable source for car repairs. He is a very honest man, who has wrecker service available if you need it. You will never find another mechanic of this caliber in Houston. I wish I could give him ten stars.

I can call Mr. Martinez on any day and he will fix my car!! Just called him this morning to see if he can accept my car from Triple A and he said yes! Good honest and respectful owner and employees!!!

Had my car inspection done here. The guy was really nice and we had a good conversation!!!! I will be going back next year!!!

seemed like nice guys but charged me $25 to mount and balance a tire. Discount Tire charges me $10. would have liked to be able to use them in the future but cant afford it.

I went to the J Martinez Tire shop as I needed to put some air in the tires for my baby's stroller. The mechanic who greeted me said that I would have to do it myself since the air pressure was high. So without overthinking what I was told, I began inflating the 3 tires in my stroller that took less than 2 minutes. I said thank you and as I was walking to my car the mechanic says, Sir it will be $2. I was a little annoyed that they are about to charge me $2 for them not doing an ounce of work. But I used their air pressure machine so handed him a $10 bill and when he brought me my change, he gave me $7 and said "my manager said it's $3".You cannot put a price on Integrity but the J Martinez Tire Shop initially priced theirs at $2, and then within a matter of seconds decided it was too high, and lowered it to $1. Well played. I will never return here again and I would advise anyone who reads this post to also find alternatives unless you wish to do business with folks that take advantage of you.

They always give me great service with fair prices.I trust the owner here and does the work in a timely manner. I recommeded this shop to my family and warned them of the one on Hammerly & Wirt.

I was there for flat tyre. 15 mins 15$ bam! Tyre fixed and mounted with friendly staff.Highly recommended.
