Exceptional service! Not only were the prices more than reasonable, but the staff went above and beyond to ensure a fast and efficient service. The shop has a beautiful lounge area, creating a comfortable atmosphere for customers.They also have a shuttle service, while your vehicle is being serviced, adds a thoughtful touch to the overall experience.Highly recommended!

I first want to say this was the most pleasant and professional experience I ve ever had with an auto repair shop.I needed to get my AC checked so I set up an appointment online to bring it in. Hadn t heard anything to confirm so I called the shop. They informed me that they didn t want to have the vehicle brought in too late in the day because they wanted to be able to diagnose the issue same day instead of just holding the vehicle. (I respect this because I ve always believed that if you see an auto shop with a ton of cars in the lot, it means they aren t fixing them!)Brought the truck in the morning, I received a very detailed explanation for how the AC issue would be diagnosed. In the middle of the day I received a text with a link to the diagnosis with images to verify. After that I received another message with an itemized list of parts and labor costs and the option to approve or deny different stages of the work to be done.After that, I received a message letting me know how long the job would take. Picked up my truck the next day and everything works fine.Finally, I ve run into a group of people who take just as much pride in their work as I do. I highly respect the dedication to providing top notch work and excellent customer service. This should be your FIRST and only stop for auto repair!

J&T automotive is a quality business that has earned my loyalty and trust. I have peace of mind in knowing that their work (mechanical and electrical) is performed reliability at the highest standards and a fair price. My service advisor, Nick, is outstanding and always keeps me apprised of the status of ongoing work and prompt turnaround of my vehicle to get me back on the road. Nick along with Zack, Bryan and the rest of the J&T team work tirelessly to deliver extraordinary service.

These guys over here at J&T are extremely helpful at what they do! Instead of giving me a run around they guided me and showed me what exactly was wrong with my vehicle and helped me get it fixed very quickly at a more than reasonable price! Super professional and will definitely recommend them to others!

Top Tier Customer Service, Quality Work, Timeliness, Communication, etc. Certainly gives the mom & pop warm vibes, with the modern day service that we look for in our local auto shop. We have used J&T multiple times over the past two years and would highly recommend.

Best garage ever. Most business no matter what they do would learn a lot from them, from their professionalism and the quality of their customer service. I loved the detailed explanations with photos and videos about my car s issue. Also they were the only one who fixed my A/C problem after I ve seen 2 other places before. I hope they will keep their reasonable prices in the future.

After dealership tried to basically condemn my 2019 luxury car last week, I decided to get a 2nd opinion at J&T Automotive and boy am I glad I did!!! Bryan and the team took amazing care of me and my car and I am back on the road saving literally thousands of dollars. I am thrilled to have found a reputable mechanic nearby, who will shoot straight and only recommend actual repairs that are needed. Thank you, J&T Automotive!!!

Took my 2017 Mercedes GLC 300 to J&T after getting quoted too much money at the Mercedes dealership for replacing my A/C condenser and Freon. Got a few quotes from some non-Mercedes service shops and J&T provided a reasonable quote, were very transparent about what was needed and had the best customer service. Other places were quoting me for other things they said I needed when I knew exactly what was wrong and needed to be fixed. None of that with J&T. I was able to easily contact Bryan by phone or text if I had any questions. Picked up my car and there were no surprises. Paid exactly what was originally quoted (less than half what Mercedes quoted). My A/C has been working great ready for Houston summer! Plus, I was told I have a 3 year warranty. Will definitely be giving them a call for future car needs.

I was really impressed with the service at J&T. Their hours are very convenient for working professionals. I was able to drop my car off at 7:00 a.m. in the morning and go to work. They replaced my battery very quickly. Communication was very good. They called me and sent me a text message with the total amount of the service prior to starting the work which I really appreciated. The office staff were very professional and friendly. Offered coffee and tea to guest. Also followed up with me about my car. Great customer service!

Experience in this place was absolutely amazing. They fixed my car's A/C, sent me a professional report of my car status and literally they checked everything. Also the couldn't find the part on time, so they offered me a leasing car while my car was ready and no extra fee charge! They were so professional and the place was so clean and cute, their customer service answering my questions were so nice and explained me everything.

Update: They reached out and explained their position on my case. I m giving them a benefit of doubt and changing my review to 4 stars because of their willingness to address my dissatisfaction.Went in for a MPI, and found out rear struts is leaking fluid. They quoted me $1200 to replace the struts and said wheel alignment was necessary. The struts replacement labor itself was $590. I went to another shop that specializes in struts and turns out wheel alignment was not necessary, and their labor was about a quarter of J&T s. Needless to say I m very disappointed with J&T s service as they tried to trick me into paying more for something that s not needed and its outrageous labor cost.

Bryan and the entire team are wonderful!! I had an issue with my mini cooper, but needed to travel out of town the next day for an important appointment. They not only repaired the problem, but they made sure I had my car back that evening so I didn't miss my appointment. I highly recommend J&T automotive for all your car care needs!! Great service, fabulous customer care, and reasonable prices.

Brought my car here for a quick service. The service guy I dealt with was great. Very thorough and made sure all of my questions were answered. Plus, the service was quick! Will definitely be back. It's nice to find a place you can feel confident in.

I have been using j&t for many years and they go out of their way to treat their customers like family. They are a true honest business who at the end of the day cares about their customers. When I take my vehicles in to get fixed from oil changes to major repairs, I know I ll be taken care of right. I recommend them to all of my friends and family!

My car warranty has been up and I have been looking for a reliable and trustworthy auto repair shop. J&T Automotive is just that. They are conveniently located, have convenient business hours, and have good reviews. They just repaired an axle on my car and the process was about a smooth as it could be. Bryan set a clear expectation on timing and cost and my car was ready within a day at the amount they estimated. No surprises and no upcharges. I will absolutely take my car back here for future repair needs. A+ service.

I took my 2018 Land Rover Discovery here a few months after purchasing it because the reviews were impressive and they far exceeded my expectations. Bryan Sullivan was AMAZING from the time I walked in until after I picked up my car. He did everything he could to get the claim approved from the extended warranty and provided them with all they asked for while keeping me updated during the entire process. He was responsive throughout, answered all my questions and made sure to ask for my permission first before moving forward with any repairs. He even gave me a complimentary loaner for a couple of days. In the end the claim was approved and I only paid a few hundred dollars out of pocket. My experience with J&T automotive was top notch and I have recommended them to my friends and sister who drives a luxury car. These guys are honest and truly care about their customers. Thanks again Bryan and J&T Auto!

I have gone to J&T automotive a couple times and have been impressed with the professionalism and quick attention and turnaround time on my needs. Yesterday, I went for a tail light that needed replacing, and Nick took care of me quickly on the spot and had me back on my way! Thanks very much Nick! Great service and very helpful!

Been using J&T for a while now, and had to take in my 2019 Tahoe for struts /shocks on the front end, plus a transmission flush. Fortunately, was able to take care of some 3rd party warranty for the shocks courtesy of J&T. Brought my Tahoe in the morning and out that afternoon.

Bryan promptly squeezed in VW Atlas for battery testing, replacement, and adaptation/programming on a Saturday morning! I'm excited to find my new neighborhood mechanic. They're friendly, professional, and technologically advanced providing personalized electronic records, receipts, and communication. Looking forward to seeing them for my next oil change and future maintenence.

I came in with the bar set so low by Houston's automotive repair industry. There are so many cliche distrustful car repair shops it's rare to find a gem like J&T Automotive. Not only was the professionalism by there staff and mechanics par excellence, they turned my 8-year-old truck back into the truck I had 8 years ago. Unexplainably, some parts we're not made anymore, yet this didn't stop their perseverance to excavate what they had to have to rebuild the rear end. I cannot recommend J&T Automotive Repair highly enough.

Nick is truly heaven sent! The transmission in our 2019 Tahoe went out and we were looking for a place that worked with our extended warranty company. My boss takes all of our company cars here and let me tell you, I understand why now. I was so well taken care of, Nick got my claim approved for my extended warranty (who was trying to hard ball them) and got me in a rental all within a week. I am now back in my sweet baby Tahoe and couldn t be happier! I will never go to another mechanic shop, the communication, skill, and care really shows and is so appreciated! We love J&T!

I dropped off my SUV for oil change, multi inspection, tire rotation and alignment - normal maintenance, nothing crazy. Since then, my car has been making an awful squeaking noise that was not an existence until they handled my car. I took it back and they recognized the problem yet to be able to fix it. I've gone to multiple auto shops for maintenance for my SUV and never had the problem such this. And they kept trying to convince me that everything is functionally correct - meanwhile I am driving my car that is making so much squeaking noise ever since they handled the maintenance. Very upsetting experience. Stay away.
