They were really professional and Knowledgeable and they did a great job on my car and they don t overcharge and their prices is very very good and above all, They are honest people, That s the most important thing for me. I recommend Integrity Auto to everybody that I know.

DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE, THEY ARE THE BEST, from my engine rebuild on one vehicle to some simple services on the my wife's they have done nothing but earn my trust and got my family and I back on the road for as reasonable as possible for the excellent work they do, and I beat on my cars hard......it's Houston dont we all?

I brought my car to this service place and to be honest I left the place with my car even more damaged.The car wasn t fixed correctly and that even caused more problem. Initially we were told that the will be fixed the next day when we brought it in only for us to get the place and we were told to wait till 5:30pm . Came back at 5:30pm and we were told the car part needed for the service wasn t in and is not the right part so we had to wait till tomorrow. Got the car the next day and it was even worse. Please please don t go to this location if you really need your car fixedService: Engine repair

In the last month I have spent over 5k taking my care for repairs as they told me it needed this and that. Once again I picked my car up today and it overheated leaving me stranded in a parking lot. This was the reason I took it because it was doing this last week. RJ said bring it in and checked and said one fan wasn t working so I needed to replace both. I picked the car up day and now I m again without a car. I m so upset! I feel like I ve been bamboozled because I m a lady. This is so unfair. Integrity Auto care owes me a refund.I m literally crying. Smh

Ignition Misfiring - Quick Fix:Went there first thing. I figured it was misfiring. They called me later that it was spark plugs and told me price of repair. I have always done this work myself, so when he told me about the misfiring and their fix, I knew they were right. Their price was on target for this job. I took the old plugs home to exam. One was really bad. I always replace every plug even if I think only one is very bad. Don't want to deal with the engine anytime soon. He thought the fuel could be part of the base problem and that I should fill up with premium gas. I did and the engine is running really smooth. I've been using Integrity for about a decade. I do trust their integrityI recommend them to family and friends.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

I have been taking my car to Integrity s auto service for the past months after a friend of mine recommended them. The staff are extremely competent and very friendly. Their repair service and their routine service are impeccable. What is the best thing about their work is that their honest, they will repair what is needed to be repaired and always advise me what needs to be done now and what can be postponed to a future time.I will always take my car to them, places like theirs are hard to find now-a-days. I recommend them to all my friends and relatives. They rock!

RG and the team at Integrity are the kind of folks you want when you need work done on your vehicle. Good mechanics are like good lawyers. Hard to find and harder to trust. But the guys at Integrity have been nothing but open, honest and professional every time I deal with them. They stand behind their name, Integrity. Joe, Rg, and their team are some of the best mechanics in town I know. There is never a time that I take my car and they can t fix the issue. The craftsmanship and work is impeccable. I ve taken all my cars to them for the past 4 years and every time they get my issues resolved and at a great price. I trust no other mechanic in town besides Joe and his team. 10/10 I would recommend every time.

I had the best experience with Joe and his team at Integrity Auto Care. My work done was simple, a realignment after putting some new tires on my car. I walked away from the experience much more knowledgeable about the process then when I walked in. very fortunate to have found this place, I look forward to using them again in the future for all my automotive needs.Edit: 6 months after my initial review I have more to share. Since my first experience with Integrity Auto Care I have had them install a hitch on our 2017 Pilot, replace the front grill on my 4Runner, change the oil twice on our vehicles and just recently had them align our tires before a long road trip to Colorado. Great service again!

I received excellent, prompt service from Integrity. Joe and the staff are customer service oriented and you'll get that personal approach lacking in the dealerships. And yes, the cost was very reasonable. I will return to Integrity for all my automotive maintenance/repair needs.

They're honest because I had already taken my car to the mechanic who does all of my repairs except alignments and they said the same thing that he said. They gave me a comfortable place to wait and they sanitized everything that both of us touched. The price was extremely fair.

Horrible. Took my car in for a noise. They totally misdiagnosed it as the differential when the noise was actually coming from the transmission. When they decided I needed to completely overhaul my rear end and could not even find the parts for my car I decided to take it elsewhere. The labor alone was more than a well-known local differential specialist would charge.When it came to the bill, I was told I would be charged for the inspection, the fluid and the gasket, which I was fine with. Upon picking up the car, they charged me an extra $70 in labor just to seal up the differential, which I was never told about. I even spoke with the owner who told me it would be the inspection charge plus the cost of parts and that was it. I also asked that they use a cheaper fluid, but they decided to go with a $25/bottle fluid and also charge me for 3 bottles when my differential holds less than 2. They did refund me one bottle when I brought it to their attention.On top of all this, I had to run them down to get a quote. They were also supposed to send me pictures of the differential as I was unable to go look at it in person. It was actually their suggestion to send pictures and I had to ask multiple times and never received any. Joe, the manager, is a nice guy, but it seems like they need to slow down a little and get organized.

They do great work (specifically Raul), however, integrity may be in error. I dropped my vehicle off on a Monday. I was told that it would likely be ready on Tuesday, but absolutely no later than Wednesday. When I called late Tuesday, I was given a story about a car being stolen from their property, causing delays with the other repairs, but still no later than Wednesday for pickup. I called late Wednesday after not hearing anything back. I was given the same story about a stolen vehicle, and then told that I needed additional repairs. I went from about $700 to roughly $1000 in repairs at that point, which I approved. However, I specifically said, if there is anything else needed, don't worry about it at this time. (I'm trying to keep my costs down). Finally (after me having to call them, again, ) the car is ready on Friday. When I am about to pay, I am charged $1200 instead of what I originally agreed to, due to them making additional unauthorized repairs. When I said that I was willing to pay what I originally agreed to, Joe menacingly asked how the remaining balance would be handled. It wasn't worth it to get into an altercation in a situation where I felt threatened and they would not release my car otherwise. Needless to say, I paid and got my car, but if it is up to me, will not be having further repairs at this facility.

I was very happy with my experience with Integrity. I am a recent widow and my husband always took care of the cars. I did not know where to start when a light came on in my car to indicate there was something wrong. I took it to the closest shop and it was Integrity. I was treated with the most respect and was able to fix my car that day. I checked with my brother and he said the charge was about right. I will return to Integrity in the future with any car problems. I would highly recommendthem.

My first visit there was a tire alignment. I was very impressed with the service I received. The mechanic was very knowledgeable and helpful. When I started experiences problems with a delayed start with my vehicle, I didn't think twice about taking my car back there. They performed a diagnostic test on the car to identify the problem. I was given a list of things that would fix the delayed start. I allowed them to do the work. I picked the car the next day. Within a day I was experiencing the same problem. I brought the car back to them - they told me they'd have to keep it overnight to figure out the problem. The next day after waiting for hours to hear from them I had to call to get a status update on my car. They told me they hadn't been able to identify the problem. (They had the car all morning.) Til this day, I'm still having that same problem that I brought the car to them for. I'm out of a lot of money and my car still isn't working as it should. I normally don't take time to write bad reviews but this is the kind of report I'd want to read if I were looking for an auto mechanic. If you need basic service, they're fine, but for anything major, take your car somewhere else.
