I went today thinking I wasn t are may not be approve for a vehicle ,but icon auto had other plans for me .now I can get my kids and grandkids to where they need to go and I can be able to pick up my insulin on time . Thank you so much for blessing me and my family I will highly recommend anyone to y all . Very respectful business and they care .

Mr.Tony and his staff are amazing I bought my vehicle from him and paid it off. He is very kind and professional. He has nice cars. He even worked with me on repairs and he s very understanding. Some car dealerships be out to get you for what they Can. They re all about the money. Not Mr.Tony. A trusting friend referred me, I then referred others. We all are satisfied customers. I totally recommend him for a nice reliable vehicle and great, not break the bank repairs.

I paid off two cars there and they work with you through Finance and paying your note they have good cars that you can count on and they work with you on your down payment all you got to do is get full coverage before you leave off that lot but this dealership gets

Second time coming here. Car was lagging a lot, shut off a few times. Went to autozone and another place that gave me a wrong diagnostic and wrong advice on purchasing parts to fix my car. I went to HoustonIcon and they checked the car and in about 20 minutes the problem was solved. Tony explained everything in detail, let me see his diagnostic screen, and gave me advice on returning the other bad parts I had bought. Definitely going back. They are honest, explain everything (including what you have to pay), and really want to get you taken care of.

Best car dealership in Houston .sold me a 2011 Impala starts and sounds like a brand new vehicle the customer service was very professional .didn't take too long to get my tags either . honestly I will recommend this place to anybody I will most definitely come here to purchase my next vehicle thank you God bless

DO NOT GO HERE!! Bought a car from here about 6 months ago from Rogelio and they put us through complete hell!! First of all two days after we bought the car we noticed something was wrong with the transmission. Brought it back in and he told us to bring it in so they could look at it. Ending up telling us it maybe just needed a fluid change so he charged us about 150 for that!! Then when i knew something bigger was wrong he scammed us even more into a car insurance deal. We were without a car for about 3 weeks while it was getting fixed then the air conditoner went out and he basically told us to go screw ourselves because he wasnt fixing anything. So we have two young children now in a car with no ac that we put about 5 thousand dollars for in cash. Im warning anyone to NOT go here Mr. Rogelio is a conartist and this is a disgusting way to run a business!

My overall experience with the car company, was great. I got 2012 BMW for a great price and the financing was easy and my payments are within my budget. I referred 2 cousins and a friend.

Great mechanic work done.Had problems with Yukon for 2 years.Took it everywhere and no one could find the problem. Owner here found and fixed problem at affordable prices. Definitely using mechanic again.

THE owner was very helpful in every way I didn't have money for my vehicle problem but he allowed me to pay him a whole week later and he didn't have to ..and he charged me a decent price under budget. ...# GOOD DUDE .

My first time ever to pay for a vehicle, Rojelio and his team explained everything to me and how things work for a better understanding. At one point my truck needed a couple things to be changed and I was to eager to get the truck I called Rojelio and told him about my truck and what was going and sure enough him and his team got everything fixed. If I would have listened to him when he said the truck wasn't ready I wouldn't have got myself in a bind, If you ever fall behind on payments especially around tough time they are always willing to find a way to make things happen. They are always finding a way to help you out more. I would recommend Houston Icon to anyone. Thank you Houston Icon for all the help you all provide

I went to get my car inspected today the staff was so nice! They went above and changed license plate light that was out. And did my inspection Fast! I got in and out would definitely go back!

Went to get my car inspected for my registration and the staff was so nice! Was my first time taking my car to a shop on my own to get inspected and it was so easy! Was in and out of the shop in 15 minutes. Will go to this shop again.
