I was out-of-state and broken down. They were so helpful and willing to work with my schedule. They did excellent work and saved me a lot of cash by working with my warrenty company. Their prices were reasonable. The most impressive thing was the consistent culture of excellent customer service skills practised by ALL employees. Jonathan, Michael, and Montana were especially polite, kind, thorough, and professional. I highly recommend these fine people!

After experiencing a blown out tire on the freeway our travel trailer suffered some damage, we wanted to be sure it was safe to continue our journey, the great folks at Houston RV Repair took us immediately and the Technician did a thorough assessment of the damage and ascertained there was no serious damage. He then quickly got some material to install a temporary patch until we could return to Canada. Thank you sooo much for your quick & thorough efforts to ensure our safety.

I had my roof repaired and Houston Rv repair came and fixed it very fast. The customer service was outstanding. I will definitely be recommending them to other rv owners.

Had an Accident in my RV coach, in July, I was assured this would be a top Priority since I am a full timer, the RV sat on the lot for two months and was never touched, and is still there, supposedly finished on December 24, but the awning was never ordered, so another month there, Awning on , But Paint Job was and is Horrific, I have been lied too so many times about too many things to list, and because Job is below sub par,( insurance Job) i have no idea what will happen, never have spoken to owner never there when I call and ask for him. Had to leave this review now because I caution people to stir clear, I understand it has been a trying time, and I have seen the positive review, that were for years, but something has happened since that time . A very unsatisfied customer still waiting for her rv for 6 months now. Service: Body & Trim

We have a vintage 1979 Scamp 16 that had been partially restored but needed help. Houston RV repair gave it a top to bottom inspection, repaired the electrical system, window seals and A/C unit plus added a power converter unit. We were on a tight schedule, preparing for a family trip to the Grand Canyon. They made our repairs a priority, communicated well every step of the way, and completed the work ahead of schedule and on budget. Scott, Melyssa and the whole team were great to work with. We will definitely be going back and would highly recommend them to anyone!

EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!Honest, fair, friendly and fast would be the first words that come to mind when I think of Houston RV Repair. From the moment the phone is answered, or you leave a voice mail message, you can feel confident that your needs will be promptly addressed. When you arrive on their lot, one of their employees will assist you with any personal needs you may have to take care of before placing the vehicle with them. Then, they take extra time listening to you and fully understanding what the problems are before they even begin. Houston RV Repair will take the time to not only repair problems well, but also investigate the possible cause and assist with future preventions of the same problem reoccurring. Their rates are extremely reasonable. While you can ask for an estimate before proceeding with work, RV owners understand that the remedy can often be addressed during discovery. They maximize their time in service which minimizes the impact in your pocketbook. I m so happy to have found Houston RV Repair! They are the only place in Houston I trust my RV with.

The good - Friendly folks, they realized a week later they had overcharged for something, called me back and gave me a refund for the error. The bad- I arranged to drop my coach off for 3 weeks. Had a long list of items I wanted done and they committed to having it done in time. They started calling me a day or 2 before pick up and it was clear they had just started on it. I arrived to pick it up, they had done less than half of the items I asked to have done and I had to spend 3 hours waiting while they finished the last job. Even had the nerve to tell me how they had 2 people working on it to get it done for me, after it sat for 3 weeks with no one touching it. Found no oil in the generator after an oil change, (good thing I checked) greasy finger prints everywhere, they had not changed fuel filters, not added a transmission temp gauge, I believe most of the work done to the coach was done in a rush and likely while I waited after it sat in their yard for 3 weeks. They were honest and only billed me for the work they did. I don t think I would go back unless it was an emergency. Then it would be for simple work only that I can easily check.

We highly recommend Houston RV Repair. Scott and his crew are honest, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. We were traveling from Weatherford, Texas to Houston when we had RV issues. We called them and they gave us directions to get there and fixed the problems. They got us in and out quickly so we could get back on the road. Houston RV Repair exceeded our expectations.

Great experience at Houston RV Repair.After searching for nearby RV repair places and reading reviews online, I chose to take my Class A unit to Houston RV Repair on I45 North between Richey Rd and 1960.Co-located is their RV rental business, American Dream Vacations. They have quite a few units available for rental.� Upon arrival I met with Scott. He explained to me about their rental business and how comprehensively they go through each rental unit before it goes out to make sure the renter has a problem free trip.�I got to see their inspection checklist and it is quite thorough.Scott walked through my unit with me and we discussed the items I needed done and some wishlist items I would like to complete but not necessary.� He was very candid about the man-hours it would take to complete some of my wishlist items and helped me make a decision to postpone a few things.� We agreed to have a little body work done, annual inspection of all systems, oil changes on the engine and generator, and some internal coach repairs.I went into the office and gave Kimberley all my information and she got back to me in a few days with prices on all the work. Prices seemed reasonable and I approved the work to be done.I picked up my RV this week and all the work had been performed as specified.� Scott went through each item with me to make sure I was satisfied.� I went into the office to pay and was on my way.I will definitely be back.� They all seem to be conscientious about their work and customer satisfaction. Their rental business looks bustling as well. Now we are ready to hit the road!� Cheers!

Nice guys. Took too long to get repaired and after 5 weeks still did not sevice 1 of the 2 things requested. If they had done the work in 2 weeks as advertised, they would have scored higher.

I took my baby (our 40ft diesel pusher) here after I had a disagreement with a gas pump on the right side. There was quite a bit of damage and it was all the way through the colors on our bus. I took it here and they were able to fix it back to original in no time. My coach looks great and very happy with the work.

Traveling through Houston and our motorhome broke down. Auxillary switch shorted out and we couldn't put gas in our motorhome.It was hard finding a place that was willing to get us in quickly. Also, they were the only ones confident about fixing both issues. Other repair places were referring us to diesel mechanics for the gas problem.It took a couple of days but they got everything fixed and changed the oil. I'm satisfied with their repair services.

I was in and out with new keys in less than 45 min. Needed keys for a new toy hauler/camper I brought in. They fixed me right up and the mechanic guys even showed me a few things about my new trailer I was unsure of. Seemed very knowledgeable about trailers in general.

I dropped off our RV to get the wheel bearings replaced. The work was done on the same day and I was able to discuss the condition of the used parts for future service planning. I would recommend this business based on my experience today.

Great staff was able to get my unit in quicker then any other shop. They are all certified technicians. Prices for repair were also reasonable.. I will not take my unit anywhere else.

Waiting on reply from real owner Monday for stolen items and work not done and broken places where there weren't and filthy!!! no respect for property earned from years of hard work I cant believe we paid 1300 to be lied too stole from and most of all my grandkids things really !!!!!!wow I hope they have cameras so they can find out who there thief is we already know the liars !!!just who gives these stars out wow !!!!--
