We reached out to Houston Mobile Mechanic for assistance, and Brock went above and beyond. Despite the lengthy process, he persevered and ensured the vehicle was in top-notch condition. I highly recommend his services!

When my truck died Brock was extremely responsive. He quickly diagnosed the problem (dead battery) and was able to get a replacement installed in no time. Only 2 hours passed between my first call to Brock and my truck being back up and running. I will be sure to reach out to him in the future with any automotive issues.

Brock provided efficient and amazing service for me today! I unexpectedly needed a boost and after contacting 5 mobile mechanics, Brock was the only one that quickly jumped into action with an affordable price! He also provided great customer service and updated me on his whereabouts within his commute! I will definitely lock him in as a reliable mobile mechanic! Thanks Brock!

Very helpful and professional. I had the slightest idea what was wrong with my car but he was patient and helped me figure out the problem and made sure I had the right parts to fix it.. I m forever greatful and will Recommend him to anyone I know.. most def the best mobile mechanic by far

I would easily give Brock 10 stars if I could. My car had broke down when I was in Memorial City on yesterday, so I had to have my car towed and come to find out my starter went out (Brock discovered that). So I called Brock today because of the previous reviews he received from others and I'm glad I did. Not only did he discover the problem at hand, he fixed it the same day. He's literally a lifesaver. I was so worried about being without my car for a while, but thanks to him I'm back on track. Also he can fix any issue you have and has very fair pricing. I'll most definitely stick with him for all my future car needs. I would suggest him to anyone with car repair needs.

I arrived at work with a sudden radiator issue leaking fluid. I was not in position to look at it myself. Brock came out and immediately diagnosed the issue to be a cracked pressure cap. He was honest, knowledgeable and didn't try to upsell me anything else. He went to a local automotive store and purchased fluid and a new cap. After replacing the fluid and cap, my vehicle was back to normal. Thanks Brock & Houston Mobile Mechanic for saving the day.

Had my brakes replaced, although it was a whirlwind of trying to get the right ones. Brock showed professional and was very courteous. Even went above and beyond by going to three different auto supply places to get the right ones. Although he didn t get to change them on the day that I called, he did the next day. Communicating from the time he picked up the right brakes until he got to my location. I would recommend Brock to all my family and friends due to great service and professionalism.Service: Brake service & repair

Great attitude and great service from Brock. He came to us on the outskirts of town on the same day we contacted him and figured out the problem immediately. Great prices as well, definitely save his number if you need a mechanic in Houston!

I live in Western NY and purchased a vehicle through a dealership in Houston, TX. I called upon Brock to look the vehicle over and run a diagnostic test. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and very quick to check this vehicle out. There was an issue with the test and he was called upon to return and did so promptly without hesitation. I would definitely recommend using his services above others. I called a couple of other mechanics first and they never returned my call. He is a great guy. I was about to head for a road trip, and my rear shocks were making noise. He came and, in no time, helped find and fix the problem. He did a great job, and I would recommend him any time of the day.

Brock was amazing! My starter went out and I called him on a Friday (9/2/22) afternoon (around 3:30pm) and he was extremely accommodating and knowledgeable!Brock could of put me off till next week but he went out of his way and picked up the the part and even paid for it and was under my vehicle within an hour of my call!After he installed the starter, the vehicle still didn t start, after checking out all the fuses and some other stuff on my vehicle, he drove back to the store to test the new part and then came back and did a full diagnostic and found out there was some electrical damage as well. Brock made sure he fixed everything and never tried to charge me for more than he quoted me, even though he went way above and beyond! Also, his prices beat out all of his competitors!!!My Vehicle is running great and I was able to take my kids out last weekend and not have our plans ruined.If you re looking for a mobile mechanic that s fast, knowledgeable and honest, then Brock is your forever mechanic!!

Brock was professional and friendly. My car wouldn't start and he diagnosed the fuel pump the first day and didn't charge for the diagnosis. When I got the part in he fixed the fuel pump and later that day the car had a rough idle. I reached out to him and he promptly came out again and cleaned out my air intake system without charging anything and even reached out later that day to make sure I didn't have any issues. Highly recommend Brock for any repairs that you need, he is very knowledgeable mechanic and genuine nice guy, even offering to source parts from multiple nearby part shops if necessary.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Brock saved my behind today! He was on time (I was the one running behind sorry about that) but he had all the tools he needed to get my battery out my car as sometimes the foreign cars are a little more challenging to take the battery out , I had corrosion and it was almost to the point where the screws didn t want to loosen but he made it happen and was professional and super polite and much easier on the pockets versus going to a car repair place I would definitely call him again if I need anything else done with my car! I was in a bind and needed service fast on a battery clamp that had rusted/hardened up (it was the negative terminal hardwired to the car) and could not be removed (or at least I could not), and needed to be in town Monday (and all mechanics are usually closed on Sunday). I called up Mobile mechanic and they told me they would try to make Sunday work for me to help me out. Lo and behold, Sunday morning at 9am they were calling me to let me know they were on the way. He helped me out of a bind, and performed great service! Would highly recommend any time!Service: Battery

I'm not from this area @ all & was @ Walmart when the linkage on my truck broke & it left me stranded in the parking lot on this very hot day. I called several mobile mechanics listed & not 1 of them was willing 2 come & fix my truck except 4 Brock. Brock is very professional & friendly & demonstrated excellent customer oriented skills. I had a very pleasant experience with this young man & Brock did a fantastic job fixing my truck. Brock went above & beyond 2 check out why my check engine light was on @ no extra charge. I truly appreciate ya & thank ya so so much 4 coming 2 my rescue when no one else would. I would definitely highly recommend this young man 2 fix your vehicle & Brock kept I touch with me by texting 2 reassure me he was on his way & when he was 5 minutes away 2 when he arrived @ my truck. Brock was a hero! Had a blown tire on a Tesla with no spare in the middle of rush hour in the Galleria. Tesla roadside said they would have to tow the car to a service center for repair. Brock had the wheel off in 20 min and replaced the tire and had it back on in another 30 min. In all cheaper than what 1 tire cost from the dealership.Service: Tires

He one of the best, he came in a short period of time. I had to be to work, and he came immediately, and fix both of my rear brakes; even took me back to AutoZone to get the correct ones. I used this service yesterday. So professional, personable and detailed. In addition, it was very affordable. There aren't too many, if any, mechanics open on Sunday. This gentleman was a blessing to my daughter and myself. He effectively communicated throughout the whole process and I was able to drive my car to work without incident this morning. I even learned a thing or two about vehicle maintenance. i will be using this service again. No complaints for this guys business. Showed up at the time he said he would. Had all the tools necessary to complete the job. Went with me to get the right starter I needed for my car. Installed it correctly, clearly explained what was going on and why. Much cheaper then taking it to a car shop. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND

Brock seems like a nice guy, I just really needed him to be on time. I had to be back to work at 12 so I scheduled our appointment for 8am. That day he called me later to say he would be there in about an hour (so 9:30am) The next thing I knew it was 10:30am and I didn t hear from him. I went ahead and canceled the appointment.

Leaving this review because I truly felt bad about how this business treated me. I called to see what was wrong with my car and to get it fixed. They came out, did the diagnostic and then told me after I get the part they would be back. I texted them, called them, tried to reach out multiple times to get my car fixed and they ignored me and never responded. So i had bought a $400 alternator for no reason and was basically ghosted by this company. I had to end up reaching out to another mechanic to come.

Mr. Brock is a true professional and respectable family man with vaule morals and quality skill. He will be my and my families go-to man for any vehicle service. Highly recommend.
