We own a Motorcoach and yesterday we a blowout on the front passenger tire. Thankfully no one was hurt. It caused significant damage to the fender. Wally Melia and his crew took excellent care of us. In less than 4 hours they did a temporary fix so we can safely continue our trip. They were simply amazing!! Great Job!! I highly recommend Houston Freightliner Bodyshop. Here are the before and after photos.

Boy, was I wrong for taking my truck here, thinking it s Freightliner I d figure they d be the best to work with. October 1st my truck will clock 8months in the shop. They did mention it ll take 2/3 months so i check in with them in JULY 12th I was told they forgot they even had my truck and no one had worked on it bc the person who was working on my truck had a family emergency and left the country for a month. OKAY i check back in SEPTEMBER 12th and that the truck is almost done but THEY FORGOT to add some stuff on the invoice and the insurance maxed out already so they can t pay anymore. This leaves me with an invoice, on a fault Freightliner made for not including it on the original estimate for the insurance. I mention the truck industry has been bad, which gave them the benefit of me not putting pressure on them to hurry with the truck. That being said I don t have the funds to pay for the mistake they did for not including repairs on the insurance estimate. I was told this will lead to a Mechanical Lean on the truck if the truck sits here longer. Not sure how to take all this in just know I m really disappointed. Didn t expect this from a Major brand to have mistakes like these and put it on the customers. I d suggest take your business else where, support small Body shops instead. #lessonlearned

I had to take the time to credit a business that went above and beyond to meet my needs. I have been searching all around Houston looking for a hood mount on a Freightliner and was unable to find one due to back order these guys took the time to ask everyone in the shop if they had an extra one and found it. Will continue to do business here ! Great guys !Service: Body & Trim

Terrible service. Truck stayed at their shop for 2 months for minor services that was less than 3000 dollars, cost of repairs. I will not recommend them to anyone. They are absolutely slow.

Trusted them to do good work, but my truck has to go back to freightliner. I wish they would work on it once and fix it right.

Trucker Lounge is above average. Disappointed there was no shower or washing machine. Employees are well-mannered.

Bad paint jobs. Skylar rep for them promise an lie about date an time continously. Either that or he doesn't know what he is doing.
