It s Monday evening, gas tank filled up, pizza waiting in the back seat. Tummy rumbling as I began to start my car and .. it s dead. But have no fear! AAA is on the way. Swiftly came Pedro to the rescue.Lemme tell you about Pedro. This man made it his MISSION to make sure my friend and I made it home safely. I ve never imagine being stranded and starving could end in a night filled with laughter. From professionalism to being an awesome guy, this, THIS is top quality service. Pedro had my battery changed in no time, along with thoroughly triple checking everything was good.Whenever you re in trouble, hit up Pedro and I promise you won t be disappointed!

Dispatcher (Marsha) had excellent customer service. I was so angry that I was crying about the break down of my vehicle. I didn't know where I was neither did I have a exact location. All I knew I was on I10. She asked me did I see certain exits. Also asked me about businesses that I could see from the freeway. She didn't get off the phone until I had a exact location for the driver. Once driver was on his way she called me back to let me know he was near my location. Driver seems to not have a problem finding me. She is great... 5 stars for her excellences.

The drive was contracted out to AAA..Worst experience I ever had with a tow driver. The guy pull into my driwith an attitude. Placed his oily glove on my"classic" car to support himself while hooking the tow cables and when I called him out on it he went into a rage!!! I felt extremely threaten so I went to get my protection. He suggested another towing company and I agreed. Before leaving be back his truck up and stated to me " I will handle this outside of AAA"! Feeling threatened I immediately went to file an HPD report to justify any actions that may occur. Who hires people like that?

Someone from this company is scamming credit cards. Got a charge on my account in Canada from this Houston business. It was a small amount $1.26 so clearly someone is testing the water before to see if the card would work before using it for a bigger purchase.

*FRAUD ALERT*This company charged my credit card - I have no idea how they got my details. I live in Canada and have never been to Texas, let alone Houston.I've reported the fraud to my bank, but also wanted y'all to beware. If I were you, I would never trust these folks with my car.

So i called my insurance for a tow and they sent these guys out. the driver was 3 hrs late because he had to change a tire before come getting me. When he comes hooks up one of my broken down vehicle and the car runs off the truck bed into my brand new 2020 GMC front end.... Their insurance suppose to cover both my vehicles but seems like they not been over a week waitin for them but they about to see my lawyer soon

I called for a flat tire to be changed and the guy broke the bolts on my tire. I've been calling for a week and they still have not done anything. This company should be out of business. It is ridiculous that a spare tire turned into me not being able to drive my car at all.

Another fraud alert! This company somehow got my credit card info all the way from Ohio. I'll be taking action to figure out how best to deal with this company, as well as any legal action.

AAA sent me these people when I asked for roadside assistance. The technician (guy named Jose) connected the jumper cables incorrectly (reverse polarity jump) and caused ~$900 of damage to my vehicle. I literally saw sparks, smoke, and a flame flying in my engine bay. They denied the damage claim adding insult to injury.I didn't necessarily choose to do business with this place and neither should you. They're negligence caused damage to my vehicle and nearly set it on fire inside of a crowded parking garage in the middle of Houston and they don't to own up to it.If I could give zero stars I would, they're incompetent and will damage your vehicle and they won't show any accountability or responsibility. They'll be smug about it too......

Very quick to respond and very friendly folk's to come and help when your stuck on the side of the road. So helpful when we called for updates on status of the driver and never made us feel like we was a bother. There customers are top priority.

***Ladies Beware*** this company is unreliable and jeopardizes your safety and vehicle. Their driver Zaben Mohamed is rude, unprofessional, misogynistic, and an overall danger to the industry. He abandoned me in a dark, deserted parking lot of an empty building. The temperatures were in the low 50s and it was raining. Upon his arrival, he did not greet me nor offer for me to get out of the cold rain and warm up (bare minimum customer service). I continued to stand in the cold rain as he made a personal call from inside his truck. Several times I had to knock on his window to ask for updates re: what was taking so long to load my vehicle onto the truck (mind you I m standing outside-my car is completely dead). His demeanor was as if I was beneath him and I did not deserve any response from him. My inquiries were met with statements such as stop talking to me , I don t have to help you . After nearly 20 minutes Zaben got in his truck and pulled off with urgency- leaving me and my vehicle stranded for several more hours - but not before disassembling compartments under my hood and on my dashboard. As a contractor of AAA, I am highly disappointed. I felt discriminated against based on my gender and race. I made serval calls to H.E.A.R.T to speak with a supervisor and seek a resolution. I was continuously dismissed and hung up on. At one point Zaben even impersonated a supervisor. This place is dangerous and does not care about the safety of the customer or the female community in Houston. H.E.A.R.T and AAA failed me. AAA should never associate themselves with such a disgraceful establishment.

This place is horrible!! Wish I could have given zero stars because that s how they feel about customers.I have AAA and this was the company they contracted to tow a vehicle for me. This was the worst experience I ve had with AAA and I ve been with them 18 years in August. Houston Emergency Auto Rescue is ridiculous. I contacted AAA at 06:40 am and they did not come out until 11:00 am. No updates, extended holds, even when AAA called to get an update. Their dispatch was extremely rude.

Fraudulently charged my card too. Just like the other people this company did it to. I live in NJ and the charge was done without the card.

If AAA calls these people to unlock your car, call someone else because it took them 2 separate drivers attempts for someone to arrive 1.5 hours later.I was at the vet and I called AAA at 9:30am since I had accidently locked my keys and phone and my dog in the car. I was told 20-25 minute wait which didn't sound unreasonable for me. I gave the number to the vet that I was at as well as the details above. I waited outside with my car till about 9:47 and had yet to see anyone so I went back inside and called AAA for an ETA which said another 12-13 minutes so I went back out again. I waited (no phone) till I went back inside around 10:20 (time on the vet's phone) and asked AAA what happened and they said this company was sent out and didn't see me and left saying I was not there. At this point my pet had been in the car almost an hour and so I broke my window to get my pet out. In the aftermath, they still sent a second person and that person showed up at 11:02 while I was in my car sorting out the aftermath.I find it interesting that the 2nd person could find me sitting in my car but the 1st person couldn't find me while I was outside my car in the heat dressed in pink keeping an eye out. Given that my belongs were all in my car and other shoppers in the parking lot noticed me, there shouldn't be an excuse for the 1st driver (lazy and blind as far as I'm concerned for the 1st driver). There was only one row to drive down the front of the vet and two rows to drive down the back side, and half of the back side was empty (I was parked on the empty side) it shouldn't have been difficult to see and find me.I don't care who his friends are at the office who want to defend him saying he did his job (incorrectly) when the 2nd guy managed to do the job correctly. When I went to make a complaint in person, the man I spoke to started out apologetic and said they have cameras on their vehicles and said he was going to get more info and how there would be consequences for the 1st driver and I was fine with whatever they would do and move on with my day. When he came back, he was clear in that he came back ready to defend the 1st driver as he said their policies (the first two were about making sure that they had the correct vehicle and their owner and the last one of which was they are obligated to spend 15 minutes to look for the person they are called for). When he showed me the records, it said the 1st driver arrived at 10am and left at 10:09 (not 15 minutes) and proceed to say it isn't a perfect world (and that 9 minutes is enough 'looking' they have to do) and kept wanting me to agree that having a picture of the front of the building meant the driver showed up and in turn he did his job.Keep in mind, I never said I didn't believe the 1st driver didn't show, my point is the driver didn't actually look for me or follow their 15 minute time to find me (since they wanted me to know that they follow policy).Given that the driver had a 15 minute window, if he wanted to do his job, he could've asked the vet's office (who knew how important it was) as both front desk people knew as well as the practice manager knew that I was waiting for AAA to come unlock my car. Instead the 1st driver said I wasn't there (I was since the 2nd driver found me).

Young lady on the phone was super helpful when trying to find where we were located. Rental car broke down, no road signs. Gave her landmarks I could see. She was very nice, patient, and professional. Full disclosure, their driver never found us, he DID try to call me , but I was outside of the car getting help from the free towing guy. He changed my tire and got me on my way.

Surprised at the reviews on here. My Volvo died as I was exiting I-45 and I barely made it into a convenience store parking lot. I called AAA and the dispatcher sent Houston Emergency Auto Rescue and Trucking, LLC. After I called I realized the car could not be taken out of park and called back to let them know in case another type of wrecker was necessary. Their dispatcher said they would likely need a different vehicle to pick up the car but said she would call the driver. He called me and said it would be easy for him to come check first as he was a few miles away.He got there, figured out the problem and had the car out of neutral in one minute. Then he knew everything about towing this car onto the flatbed and had it done in maybe 4 - 5 minutes.Throughout the whole process he was a professional. His name is Augustine and he is really sharp and a very pleasant man. He took the car to my auto service center in the Heights and made everything simple for me. I would easily recommend these guys to anyone! Also, I would say one of the best things you can ever own is AAA service. One of those things I would rather have and not need than ever need it and not have it!

AAA contracted their services to tow our vehicle to a repair shop. NO contact was provided of the driver arrival, he just showed up at the location. He received the full remote car key to take with the car and stole the entire key from the remote. When contacting them, the dispatcher - Kaveli stated she will leave the paperwork on the managers desk and he will get back with you the next day. She was rude, disrespectful and no sense of customer service to problem solve for a stolen key by their tow truck driver. What kind of company do not feel that customer service is a priority? THIS ONE...

I callled to have my car towed to my shop made my request through my insurance got all the information that I needed driver name phone eta etc. waited for an hour after their eta because nobody showed up to pick up my car. So I called for the person on this towing service to tell me that the request had been sent back because they dint have any town trucks available but yet I have all the information from the person that was supposedly to pick up my vehicle. This is frustrating never requesting service from this place again I Guaranteed you that so unreliable.
