To those who she has done right good on you, to those of you who she as wronged you should probably speak up. Please do not fall for an over the phone only office manager that you never put a face to. These google reviews promise the moon but she ll take your money and leave you in the dark for months as you pedal more money to her pocket. And when you get your car back? It has more damage than when you dropped it off because your windows were up when you dropped it off, and then it was left down full of water once it s back. And when you speak to the workers they tell you they ve been shorted just as much as you! She s got $4300 worth of Zelle payments she can t lie about. There was communication over those 6 months. None from her tho.

I am so happy I decided to get a 2nd quote and found Houston Auto Body Repair. I was able to obtain a quote quickly after sending pictures and a video of the damage. Wendy is definitely an angel. Her and the guys at the shop came to pick up my car from my home. When speaking with Wendy I let her know that I really did not want my car to be totaled out by insurance. Once they had my car Wendy worked her magic and spoke with the insurance agents making sure everything was covered including something that was missed from the original insurance estimate. I literally did not have to do anything. Wendy kept me informed and my car was delivered back to me within 7 days!!! I did not have to get a rental car at all. I cannot thank Wendy and the guys at Houston Auto Body Repair enough! I am beyond happy and pleased with the care and quality work. If I ever need any other services I will always contact Houston Auto Body Repair first!!! Wendy again thank for going above and beyond. You guys are the BEST!!!!Service: Body & Trim

Great great people ! Very reliable and great quality work I was so happy with the results of my vehicle! Quick turn around from when I gave them the car to work on it. I saved so much money it s not even funny ! They Picked up vehicle, got it repair fast and delivered looking like new, definitely recommend. I m very happy with the way they repaired my car at a super affordable price, you guys are awesome!! Thank you!

I needed work done on my car, rust, door dents, and a complete paint job. Houston Auto Body picked the car up did the work and brought it back, I hardly recognized it,it looked like a new car. What a service.
