I purchased a ac compressor from them about 9 months ago that have warranty. The internal components is bad so I called and asked the lady to look me up in the system so I can change my compressor and she said she can't because they have a new system. She asked if I have my invoice and I said no. You guys told me to keep invoice to get my core refund and I will be in system for warranty. She said yes but now they are on new system and doesn't have customer warranty information. I explained that's not my fault, she said you are right and let het talk to her boss to see what can be done. She came back and said her boss said they need the invoice and without it they not going to do anything. Wow! I will never refer anyone else to them nor will I do any more business with them because it's bad business refusing your defective parts saying you have a new computer system with no customer info when originally being told that a invoice will not be needed because customers warranty are kept in the system.

Good place to get parts repaired. Needed a AC compressor repaired for a classic Porsche, they were able to find the parts and get it done quicker than expected!

EXELENTE SERVICIO Y LO PRINCIPAL MUY HONESTOS.BEN Y COMPRUEVALO.The super excellent service and the very professional technician. A mechanic told me that my compressor did not work and here they checked it and it was good .. VERY HONEST COME AND CHECK IT

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS I'VE BEEN IN AUTO REPAIR FOR 16YRS. PLUS AND I HAVE NEVER HAD SO MANY DEFECTIVE A/C COMPRESSORS. THESE GUYS SAY THE SAME THING FOR EVERY PROBLEM (TOO MUCH PRESSURE) LET ME REMIND EVERYBODY THAT THE VEHICLE OF TODAY HAS A HIGH PRESSURE SWITCH TO PREVENT COMPRESSOR FROM ENGAGING TO PREVENT DAMAGE, AS A SHOP OWNER I KNOW WHAT THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF REPAIRING THE AUTOMOBILE A/C SYSTEM CONSIST OF, REPLACING FILTERS,VALVES,FAN OPERATION,LEAKS AND TEMPERATURE CONTOL; I (HIGHLY) ADVISE NOT TO BUY UNLESS YOU OR YOUR CUSTOMER DONT MIND THE RECHECK AND THE COST OF FREE LABOR

I Will never buy from this guys again ,sold me a defective compressor ,cost me as much as a new one ,after i was done with all the hassle to mount and dismount the defective one ,and trust me mechanics wont do it for free ,if they have to do all the work again and reload the system with gas you will have to pay since its not their fault , plusgoing back to return to get another one in the hopes you'll get a good one ,and that's if this guys don't blame the mechanic for the failure , forget itNEVER AGAIN :"NO THANKS"

Called to see about getting a quote,a woman picked up. I asked if I could get a quote over the phone,she said oh this is a compressor shop. I said can I speak to someone who speaks English,she hung up and when I tried to call again she continued to pick up and hang up. Very professional!
