Drove an hour to test drive a Tahoe LT that was listed at $16,995. Loved the vehicle and applied for financing through the dealership the same day. I left with a print out from the lender with $16,995 for the sales price, $3,399 for the down payment and $450 for the monthly payment. I received a call from Bobby the next morning that financing went through and I just needed to come sign. When I got there, the description of the vehicle on the finance contract was inaccurate. It had Z71 package, sunroof and other things listed that the car didn't actually have. He said he had to add features to make its value higher so the bank would finance it. He then flips past the page with the money breakdown and asks me to sign. I asked him to flip back and explain it to me. He said we were in a hurry to sign because the approval was only good for so long. I made him flip back anyway. The sales price is now $20,500, down payment is $4,000 and monthly payment is $596. He raised it all and was trying to get me to sign without telling me. I called him out on it and he said "The price of the vehicle doesn't matter as long as the check I get is what it's supposed to be." Um... raising my total price DOES MATTER. $3,500 difference on the sale price, $600 on the downpayment and $146 on the monthly. This place is a complete joke that will screw you over. Don't buy here. I reported to the BBB as well.

I would recommend to people with great customer service, very knowledgeable in insisting what tire size needed.

I liked Bobby. He seemed like a cool salesman. Everybody is brother to him. However, I have no idea what happened when I went to inquire about a vehicle. I was called and spoke to Bobby about a test drive after contacting them over CarGurus. It was a good test drive. I liked the vehicle and Bobby. He gave me the website to apply for a loan with my credit. Which is 796 btw. Someone called me about 2 days later to confirm my application was "real" however they never followed up. No one including Bobby called me back after that for like 2 weeks. I called again several days later to ask if there was a problem with my application or if the car was sold to someone else. And the lady in charge said they would look into it and get back with me. But there was no follow up whatsoever. I am no longer interested in doing business with this dealer due to the lack of communication. I gave them my private information and I feel the least they could do is let me know whether they intended to run my credit application. BTW CarGurus refused to publish my review.Update: thanks Bobby for your response. I appreciate being called brother btw. That why i said I don t know what happened. Anyway thanks for your response. I think your a good man and God Bless You Too.

This car dealership is great wow !!!! i just purchase 2012 bmw x5 with low miles the sale person is awesome Anthony Denman is a great saleman he will work with you please have your paper work together and down payment and good references in and out .

Thank you Bobby for a great deal on the wheel and tire package; Before I stumbled on hotridewheels on ebay I looking everywhere but couldn't find the right style for the right price. By the way really digging the minimalistic design of the wheels! Also I really appreciate the fast communication. Bobby kept me updated on the status of my package and answered any questions in a timely manner. Overall, highly recommend hotridewheels if you need wheels or tires.

Drove over an hour to purchase a 335/25/20 Michelin Pilot Super Sport tire advertised as "New (Barely used)" on Craigslist. Upon initial contact, I asked if there was any damage or issues, representative verified tire was damage free. Arrived to find a huge hole in the middle of the tire within 5 seconds of inspection. False advertising of products, completely disrespectful of people's time and money.I simply asked for the ad to be updated so people are aware of the actual condition and won't waste their time as I did. The representative agreed to update. As of the writing of this post, it has not been done. Buyer beware.

Huge awesome selection , Bobby (guy who I made interaction with ) even took me accross town to catch a vehicle that had left to their wholesale department knowing it would sale the same day, he put a stop sale on it ,hoped on a truck and drove to a what you would call candy story for adults (their whole sale department), asowme asowme experience Bibby wss awsome , even went out his way to get me a deal with a bank that I knew no one would, working with 2 repos is a mirracle lol, all thanks to Bobby .Recommend this place 10000% they got it all wheels tires ,a one stop shopThanks Cowboys Automotive

It was a very easy purchase. Bobby helped us with the financing all by phone and text. Then we just went to sign and lift the Car. THANK YOU COWBOYS. Bobby's car was very clean.Fue una compra bien f�cil. Bobby nos ayudo con el financiamiento todo por tel�fono y texto. Ya luego solo fuimos a firmar y levantar el Carro . GRACIAS COWBOYS.
