Great customer service here....they really do all to give you what you want. I've been here B4 like 5/6 years ago and had great service here even then. The people were really great then. But it's just new workers and They are AWESOME...the receptionist/ cashier name (Stephanie)She was cool as heck. She went above and beyond to help my boyfriend to really find him some really good tires for his truck. We both bought rims and tires for each of our automobiles and we got a great great deal for both his truck and my Sequoia. It's a good place to come check out. If you don't like it, hey it didn't hurt anything. . But worth coming to , no joke. Stephanie, we want to really Thank You for your help . You were really a great help and very friendly as heck. Thank all the guys too for their help.

Fast and Speed Service, great communication and very friendly. I was welcomed in upon arrival and the price was exactly what they told me on the phone long as that was the only damage. Will most definitely be coming back if I have any other problems.

I've been here several times now. Yesterday I got a new set of tires. Every time I come to this place, I get quick, courteous, excellent service. I've had rotations, balancing, flat repairs, and now a new set of tires. Every person who works here is kind and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

I DONT RECOMMEND! I had hit a pot hole in my husbands car and I looked up tire shops. Came across this place. So I thought I should give them a try. They changed my tire seem pleasant enough right. NO wrong! Come to find out my husband had two brand new tires on his car one was still new the other one I messed up and had to replace. They took an awful long time to change my one tire that I messed up. come to find out they switched out the other new tire (that wasn't messed up) and put on a used tire instead. I am furious and disappointed in this company. How can you take something that's not yours and be ok with it? Smh y'all need to be shut down. Please be aware everyone they are thieves and don't care about you at all what so ever.

Pulled up and got right in !! Staff immediately took tire off and fixed it !! Office staff came out to check and make everything was ok and was in and out without any issues !! Prices were very reasonable!! No wait and no problems !! Highly recommended!!

I came into Holland Tire Shop and was treated with great customer service. I came in and my car was attended to immediately. The staff is great, the service is affordable and I will be coming back again for more service in the future and I advise anybody to come to Holland Tire Shop for there needs!

Driving through Texas, noticed a small leak in my left front tire. They brought the car right in, quoted a VERY reasonable price for a patch, and I was out of there in 30 minutes. They were all super nice, and very professional. The young man who fixed our tire was especially great. Thanks so much for being awesome, it saved our trip !

PATHETIC.was just trying to get the car ready for them. I couldn't find a good parking spot. The guy That was there got frustrated with me and spoke to me all condescending, GET OFF MY BAY!!!DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE Go somewhere else For your tire Service and alignment

My son had a flat by I-10. Luckily, this place is by the feeder. Guy, who helped us, was very nice and attentive. We had to buy a tire which almost looked brand new and was very low cost. Highly recommend them.

I asked them to repair my bent rim.Was told it's not going to be 100% as original which I understand but what I was returned is very poorly done.I will not be returning for any services or recommending them to anyone.

I've been to several tire shops this on by far is hands down One of my top 2 ,Gilbert is hardworking patient and helped me profecionaly, very respectful ,and hard working and most importantly they're very honest . I called at least 3 tires shops including Walmart tire center and they did not have my size. To come here was just my luck

I pulled up and even though they seemed really busy, I was met at the door immediately. In no time he figured out my issue and gave me options to resolve the problem. Did I mention their lobby and bathroom was cleaner than most restaurants? Great place and customer service.

Great experience! Went from having a rough day (flat tire) in an unfamiliar area to being welcomed into the shop and assisted with getting a new tire. Price of the tire and labor was very fair. Nice waiting area, but it only took 5 minutes so I didn t really need to wait.

Beware! They tried to charge me $65 for a patch after the job was done. I said here's $20 Put my tire back on...Never has a patch been that much.Beware

Bought a used tire for $75 that was slowly losing air from day 1. Brought it back they filled it with air and said nothing was wrong with it but I wound up having to take it to get patched. Found out it was already patched before I bought it and that old patch was slowing leaking air. Would not replace the tire. They sold me the worst quality used tire in existence for $75. There's a much better place 2 minutes down the road.

Very Nice gentleman. I went to DPS office close-by this shop for driving license and realized that I am not having one of my documents. I tried a couple of shops in the surrounding but only this guy helped me out by using his printer. He saved my day otherwise I was supposed to reschedule another appointment which was available after 30 days. God bless you man.

Do not recommend what so ever! Owners are thieves and were very rude to me. They sale no name tires here for such a ridiculous price that don t even last. You can find a better place with better quality tires for a lot cheaper.

Communting from New Orleans, La I had a tire blow out on the freeway. Came and got a used replacement tire. Service was quick & perfect. After arriving to my hotel safely, that evening, I came back to my car with a flat on the SAME tire they JUST installed. My spare tire was placed on my car until the morning when it was safe to drive to possibly correct whatever issue that was wrong. When I arrived, they remembered me from the day before. I explained what happened and found out I rolled over SOMETHING ELSE that punctured a hole into my new used tire . (Crazy weekend I was having, right? Lol) Being a woman from New Orleans, La I'm use to pot holes & bumps in the road. Never would I have guessed a tire blow out PLUS needing to get that same tire plugged the next day. They did it free of charge! Not only did I thank them, but I tipped them as well. It was a Blessing in disguise and I made it back to New Orleans,La safely. Thank you! If I am ever in need again in Houston, I will ALWAYS come support.

I thought this place was good when i first started going there, but then i bought my old four tires there and after 5 months, my car had a big problem because of the tires. I went to talk to them and the old lady was talking to me as if i were stupid. This place sucks. I will no longer be going here and I defenitly DO NOT recommend.

Low air symbol came on. Took it to shop where i bought the tires originally to determine the problem tire. Wait time was1-1/2 hour with option to buy a tire. Left to look for a independent shop. Found Holland Tire Shop. Told mechanic the problem, he tested the air on all 4 tires immediately. Found 2 tires extremely over-aired. 70 PSI on one. He taught us that over-airing caused tiresymbols on dashboard to come on. Felt relief n happy to find a good honest tire shop

Takes them 45 minutes to patch up a tire, they are very rude here aswell. Do not recommend, the tire shop by Walgreens on Market ST has better service and is much cheaper.
