I recently moved in the area and decided to support a local inspection business near me. The customer service was outstanding, the owner even replaced my windshield wipers for me. My tint was too dark to pass inspection and he suggested for me to take off and he charge $60 to remove it so I could pass emissions test. I appreciate their kindness and will definitely continue to support this establishment.

HICKS DOES IT AGAIN!Car inspected Car cleaned I am so proud to say that I support this business. It makes my heart smile to be able to patronize a reputable black owned business that I am extremely pleased with.Mr. Hicks and his employees treat you like you are family.I LOVE THIS PLACE!THEY ARE STUCK WITH ME!

If I could give zero stars I would. This lying old man tried to charge me 60.00 extra dollars for my LEGAL tint. This is why it s hard supporting black owned businesses because every chance they get to screw you over they will. Not to mention Harold Hicks the owner is VERY rude. 10 years of going to this place with all my vehicles is now over. He needs to sell. Old but is too rude and don t know how to treat clients.

This 1 star is only bcuz zero was not an option. The old miserable guy was very rude and disrespectful. I pulled up, and he told me not to ask me questions, just pull up ok. STRIKE 1. He cursed me out and tried to charge me for a service he did not due and finally said ok just go. Don't recommend at all.

Most places will still try and charge you and give time to fix the issue which I guess is just part of the business however they don't they actually tell you the problem what to do to fix it with no charge and bring it back they are 100 in my book and that was my first time dealing them but not my last.

I went to this location about 3 weeks ago. I arrived about 1 minute to closing for break time and the gentleman working that morning came out to help me with my package that I was struggling with. I was so grateful for him doing that cause it was a struggle being that I had a cane & trying to carry my package. It had then started drizzling too. Thanks to him he ran in with my package scanned it in & brought me out my receipt so I didn't have to climb the stairs.

I visit Hick's Service for my auto inspection. The staff is always courtesy and respectful. The customer drives there vehicle into the stall for the inspection. And backs it out. The staff never enters the vehicle. And they off amazing auto wax jobs. And there is a bar- b- q trailer on site serving delicious, hot Texas style meats.
