I highly recommend this collision center. They were professional, they did a great thorough job repairing my Alfa Romeo Giulia. It is like new after a minor collision issue. They kept me informed of the progress and even completed the repair ahead of the promised date. As a first testament of my satisfaction, this was not the first time I used them, and I keep returning to them.

Excellent work! Friendly customer service! They gave me a quote over the phone and it was the same when I went to drop my Jeep off and when I paid the final bill. Before driving off I notice that the inside of my door had not been properly placed. One of the workers noticed me looking and came over amd asked was everything ok. When I mentioned the door he promptly corrected it.

Had major damage to my 2014 4Runner lift gate. Alec Rosenbaum was my rep at Helfman and he is nothing short of amazing. He handled my insurance company beautifully so I didn't have to deal with any headaches. He and the manager Greg Luther also worked together to get the costs where I needed them so I didn't have to come out of pocket. My car is back to perfect and I couldn't be happier with how well they took care of me and how quick they got everything done. Family owned is the way to go. Been going to the Helfman since I was old enough to drive and I am a customer for life.

I worked with Richard Medina to purchase my 2020 Jeep Wrangler. He did an amazing job searching for exactly what I asked for and stayed within my budget range. Richard does a great job at keeping in contact even after I purchased my car.

Thank you for your excellent service! I got my car back and it looked like brand new. They went beyond and above to helped me with the repairs, especially Alec. The owner was also super nice. They worked around with me to get the repairment done. Very responsible and reliable.Will definitely come back!

I was contacted back quickly when I inquired about getting my vehicle repaired from an accident that I was involved in. Alec was very kind and knowledgeable when giving me details about the process. While my vehicle was being repaired I was given updates along the way. I am very happy with their customer service as well as the finished work of my vehicle. I am so happy that I decided to go with Helfman Collision and Body Shop. In my opinion it s the best body shop around and I highly recommend them!Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

Claudia in collision deserves 6 stars Jeep was repaired way before expected and looked dealer showroom new. Claudia was responsive honest friendly and a customer focused person who knew her business and her customers needs. She never hesitated to get the updates out and coordinated with service to do maintenance, also mush quicker than anticipated. Team Helfman has an asset in Claudia. I hope I never have to use the collision department again but if I do I will be back and request Claudia as my rep. Daniel

Alec and Chris were amazing to work with - I highly recommended. After an unfortunate event, I needed body work done on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. They made what started as a stressful situation, a very efficient and simple process. The team was communicative all along the way and they did great work. If you need any body work, 100% go there for the best experience possible.

I was very impressed with the responsiveness of my service rep Alec Rosenbaum. And , the one time he was not available his boss immediately stepped in to assist. They were professional, prompt, kept me informed on parts, time for repairs etc and got my car returned to me MUCH quicker than promised after a minor accident. Helfman Collision did a great job repairing my car! It was done great and professionally...looking brand new again. Repairs went faster than expected, and my estimator Ira, was fantastic!!! Kept me up to date and informed every step of the way. I couldn't have been happier with the entire experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful! Will definitely recommend to anyone in need of car repairs. Wonderful place to do business with!!

I would give them 10/5 if I could. My beautiful Alfa Romeo was involved in a hit and run. Not only did they do a fantastic job on repairing the damage but Alec was fantastic and helped me throughout the entire process. He worked with me and really had to do a lot to get my insurance on the same page. For such a stressful and disheartening event, they made the process much less painful! My vehicle (Chrysler 300S) was brought to Helfman Chrysler for an estimate of collision repairs after being hit by another driver. I was assisted by Josh, who was very attentive, available, proactive and professional. Josh worked effectively with my insurance company and was very good about keeping me in the loop whenever any changes arose. Great service overall and my vehicle looks brand new!! Great customer service. Alec was super helpful getting my Jeep repaired. While it took a few days longer than expected, I was updated nearly everyday of the progress and that was much appreciated. They even vacuumed and cleaned the inside of the car as an added measure.

I was in an automobile accident that required major collision repairs. It was the other person s fault and their insurance provider recommended Helfman Dodge (she said they are the best in Houston). It was close to my house so I went with them. I have never had a more positive car repair experience in my life.David Sedam was the Helfman rep who handled my whole case, and wow, I was blown away by how awesome he was! He handled all the insurance details, the vehicle rental (they have Enterprise on-site), coordinated the repairs, and kept me in the loop all along the way. David has a perpetually positive attitude and balances his professional demeanor with a genuineness that is hard to beat. By the end of the process I felt like David was an old friend I could catch a beer with.The repairs on my car are perfect! They basically had to replace the whole right side of my car. The paint matches, the doors open and close seamlessly, they even replaced an internal door mechanism that wouldn t have been caught by the mechanics if David didn t make a point of doing the inspection himself.I am more than pleased with the service provided by Helfman Dodge, specifically David Sedam.6 out of 5 stars.Service: Body & Trim

I came here as it was recommended by my dealership, but there was lack of customer service skills from the agent that was helping me. I told the insurance I was selecting this place and the agent probably thought it was a done deal, so his attitude changed and thought he could talk to me however he wanted. Their warranty on parts they use on your car is verrryyyyy limited. I was willing to overlook that, but his attitude made me walk out, get on my car and call my insurance to cancel payment on this shop and chose another one that appreciates me as a customer. I told him via his text message service, and never heard from anyone again. Take your vehicle elsewhere!

My experience consisted of: over the top customer service, consideration, and care. Laura and the team did a fantastic job ensuring my Jeep was repaired like new and wouldn t think twice about taking the extra step necessary to make that happen. Josh was fantastic about dealing with the insurance and keeping me informed every step of the way. You never want to have to get your car fixed but we trust Hellman for their quality and attention to detail. They have fabulous customer service and do great work.

Entirely professional and worked hard to get the job done right on my car. They understood how to take care of a model that isn t made anymore and weren t willing to compromise on quality of the parts. Frequent communication made it easy to know the progress all along. Alec Rosenbaum at Helfman Collision did an excellent job in repairing our sport sedan. He set my expectations appropriately, gave consistent follow up, never misled me and most importantly, returned a new car to like new conditions by my "must have competed" date. It's never fun dealing with a wrecked car but Alec and his team delivered on my high expectations. We are pleasantly satisfied. Thanks Alec.

My Rep Josh was very thorough in his communication from start to finish. He explained every aspect of my repair and made sure that I felt comfortable with every option presented to me. My car was returned to me in a very clean manner too!

My experience at Helfman Ram was extremely positive. From my first encounter with Laura, I felt that she was very attentive and she kept me updated as the repair process was moving foward. When I went to pick up my truck, I took a second vehicle to get a repair estimate on a bad scratch down the side. Ira took one look at my damage and went to his car and came back with a bottle and a rag. He proceeded to completely remove the entire scratch, leaving a very small dent that didn't show. He ask me if I could live with the results as they were? I can't imagine another repair shop going to this extra effort, which saved me a repair bill. However, it doesn't stop there. "Chicken" followed me back home to drop off my second vehicle. On the drive back home, i ask Chicken about his experiences working at the dealership. He told me that he was only part time, but that the dealership had been very good to him and he really liked working there! Upon arriving back at the dealership, I tried to give Chicken a tip for his efforts late on the Saturday afternoon. He refused the tip and told me that it was his job to assist me. Are you kidding me; an employee that speaks nicely of his employer and treats the customer with care and respect. All three Helfman employees are great employees and the managment of Helfman deserves credit for hiring three great individuals! Oh and by the way, my truck was restored to its 100% original condition and was returned spotlessly clean. Thanks, Jim Bennett
