This is a great place to take your car. Rene and his family are honest and caring people. The work was fantastic, like it was never wrecked. The most important thing to me was getting my car back and they delivered with care and compassion.

This shop was terrible. Took my truck there because it s a GEICO insurance designation. They took almost a month to return my vehicle. When they initially said it would be a week or two max. The only reason I had any communication with them was because I had to call them several times before I got a response.My truck was delivered before all repairs were done. Repairs were below expectations. When I discussed my concerns their reply was that bothers you. My truck bed was removed and not aligned properly when placed back on the frame, the the truck was not buffed, you could see the repair work on the bed of the truck, paint was not buffed and emblems were not applied correctly. I was asked to bring my truck back on Monday for completion.Staff with the exception of the receptionist are unprofessional. From the start I should have gone somewhere else based on their customer service. However, I have them the benefit of the doubt since they were GEICO approved. Save yourself some heartache and find another body shop.

Damn artists at what they do.. They have fixed my cars for since 1988. They always amaze me. The didn't replace the panel, they actually did repair the body.. perfectly.. and matched the paint exactly.Thanks Renee and the crew

Harris County Body Shop has great service. The young lady who first spoke with me at the counter was very professional and explained everything. Then Rene came out to check out the damage, He was extremely pleasant and gave me great confidence to start with.I took my car in on Tuesday at 1100 and they had it finished on Monday before lunch! When I picked it up the inside and outside was cleaner than when I brought it and you could not tell it had been hit!I would suggest anyone to go their to get great service that s worth your money!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was recommended Harris County Body Shop through my Geico claims agent and boy I'm glad they sent me there. Dan came out and prepared the estimate for me, walked me around my car, and explained thoroughly how the process would go. They replaced my door and matched the paint so well you can't even tell the difference. The bonus was when it was time to pick my car up I was pleasantly surprised to find they had detailed it inside and out. I will definitely be coming back!Service: Body & Trim

This is the best body shop in Houston. Staff are always very friendly and keep you up-to-date on your repairs. I've been doing business with this shop for over 15 years. They are a preferred provider for Allstate and have Enterprise car rental on site.

Even though I didn't get my truck fixed here, I just got an estimate. Everyone was nice and outgoing. I even got a call the next day. Their estimate was a little cheaper than the dealership.

No one likes to have damage to their car, but Harris County Body Shop took a lot of the pain out of the problem for me. The young lady who first spoke with me at the counter was very professional and explained everything. Then Dan came out to check out the damage and prepare an estimate. He was extremely pleasant, shook my hand, and gave me great confidence to start with. Then he pointed out little things I would never have caught. I took my car in on Tuesday at 0900 and they had it finished on Thursday before lunch! When I picked it up the inside and outside were cleaner than when I brought it and you could not tell it had been hit! They even touched up a few places on my door and fender with paint.I would urge anyone to go their first; you won't be sorry at all!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Dan and everyone at this shop did an outstanding job. I had bodywork done after a collision and after getting it back from the shop, I got to give the guys in the back a shout out for getting it done right. I couldn't be happier. Quality of work was excellent, replaced and painted rear bumper on a 2 year old vehicle. Paint match was excellent and you can't tell the difference. They did complete the job in a week, took one day longer than they promised, which while not perfect, is quite timely for a body shop. They worked with insurance and the claim process was very smooth.

I used this shop to get my Lincoln MKXfixed from a wreck in December. They did a great job, matched the paint perfect. I wished they would have added the metallic sparkle, to make it match the car. I would definitely recommend them for service and would refer them to anyone. I am very well pleased over all.Service: Body & Trim

They have no time for a customer if you are paying for the damages to your car. Insurance claims come first. They didn't have time until April.

I was very impressed by the great customer service from start to finish.Communication was A+ & loved getting text messages on the progress.Quality of body work was superb. General Manager Dan Davis was great to talk to and made sure the work & everything went smooth. It was so refreshing to deal with a company that puts customers needs to a high standard. I will definitely use them again & refer Harris County Body Shop to everyone I know. Thanks to the entire staff for your Commitment to Excellence.

My wife and I selected this shop through Geico's network of pre-approved shops for auto damage repairs. After a horrible situation we worked with Dan at the shop to get our car back to pre accident condition. Dan and our Geico reps helped make a bad situation a pleasant experience. We are very happy with the repairs which were extensive, and we are very happy with the turnaround time. Fast, friendly, and great workmanship. Thank you Dan.

This bodyshop does great work and they stand by it. Had some minor front end damage and they made it look good as knew. Took a day longer than they quoted me, but that happens. After two months, the paint started to chip and there was a little flaking. I brought it back and Dan was nice enough to take care of it and even took care of some chips that weren't even related. Again, they stand by their work. It did take a little longer than expected, but the paint looked fantastic! Dan, the owner, is a very nice guy. I definitely recommend this shop.

My vehicle was returned with more damage than started, suspension and brake lights un repaired when asked why to Rene I was told take to BMW,Harris county body shop unable to checkUnsure why He couldnt add the issues.on original claim, why do I have to make two claims with Insurance I had one accident but Renee wants me to file 2 claims..... horrible experience....Renee feels because I was a woman he could tell me anything.Dont take your Bmw Mercedes or any luxury vehicle here....Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting

Forgot to share my experience with Harris County Body Shop. Someone hit my car in the back almost a year ago. I had to have the truck, bumper and few other things fixed or replaced. They repaired my vehicle on time and it looked like nothing ever happened.......even matching the paint perfectly! Very good quality of work!

Do not leave your rental car here for even a short amount of time. I picked up my vehicle on the afternoon of October 14th. I had to pick my kids up from school and was unable to wait for Enterprise to pick up my rental car. I was told by the receptionist to give her the keys to my rental car and leave it parked out front. Several days later, I was informed by Enterprise that the catalytic converter was missing from the vehicle. It had been stolen within the 2hr timeframe of me leaving the vehicle and Enterprise picking it up. I was hit with a bill for $1,700. When I called the body shop to report this, I was told that they where in no way responsible for what happened even though I had been advised by the receptionist to leave the rental car with them.

My experience here was fantastic! I came in, traded my damaged vehicle for a rental car onsite and they fixed it very quickly in exactly the timeframe they said they would. The car looks like brand new and it was detailed cleaner than I d ever seen it before, when I received it back. Quality work. Thank you.

I was so impressed with this body and Storage Vehicles facility. My senior friend had a major collision and her car was towed there. The name is misleading as they're not part of Harris County government storage. It's just their name. I have back issues and I'm a senior also. They sent someone with me to help clean out the vehicle. I've never had a body shop help like they did. The owner even came over in his golf cart LOL to make sure everything was okay and if I needed anything. They also have an Enterprise Rent-A-Car there. Awesome customer service from front to back

They did a wonderful job repairing my GMC Terrain. I almost can't tell the difference between the new replacement left side passenger door from the original driver side door. Excellent paint and finish.

I got involved in a fender bender. I was going to have my car fixed at the dealership where I brought my car, but i was referred to Harris County Body Shop for repairs from Geico. When I arrived, I met the manager Mr. Dan outside working. This is the manager of the shop working! I was greeted by Petra. She really helped me to the point that I knew exactly what I was getting done in a matter of minutes. She even went through a review of all items a person may need from their old car when they are getting a rental. She reminded me several times about my clicker that i needed to get into my home. I didn't forget it. Diane and Diana really were sweet women who knew what they were doing and they made me feel at home. Gilbert really took the cake! He was outside helping me with my car. He was on call to answer all of my questions and He made me feel like that I was his only body shop customer. Robert from Enterprise went and found me a Jeep instead of the small compact car. Erica was really helpful in handling my information. This whole shop needs to be commended on the professionalism, the attention to detail and most of all the crisis management. It's easy to render good customer service when all is well. My weather strip on my door needs to be readjusted. I called and talked to Petra yesterday and she said to bring my car in with the warranty and they will take care of it no problems. I feel like I've known these people all my life. I don't want to have another accident, but if anyone has an accident and they need body work I will definitely refer them to Harris County Body Shop.

Great place. Had my truck here to get some work done. They were recommended by my insurance company.GEICO has a rep on site as well as enterprise. Everything is smooth operation, truly.I received text alerts on the status of my truck, that was a welcome change to the norm. Also, when I picked up my truck it was fully detailed.. Not just vacuumed and washed folks.. I mean.. C-L-E-A-N!! very nice, will return when needed!
