I was referred to hardy collision by the manager at discount tire. He was concerned about me getting quality service concerning my front bumper. I am thankful that he did. Customer service and support is excellent. Friendly staff with a caring attitude. I spoke with Alex about my bumper and he said let us inspect it and see if we can adjust back in a better position. It took maybe 10 minutes to adjust it back. I am so thankful for the blessing that he did for me. Thank you Alex

I love this place so much! Someone rear ended me in a hit and run and I made the claim with my insurance. This place was provided as an option to take my vehicle to get fixed and I m glad I chose this location! It was even close by my house! The repairs and repaint was quick and looks incredible! There was an option to check the status through a link while the car was gone and they even provided plenty of communication throughout the process. They offered a rental, but I didn t need one. They were really nice and had drinks available in office. I think they even vacuumed my car out or washed the outside? I swear it was cleaner upon pickup. I really appreciate everything, they even sent all paperwork needed to my insurance and handled that on their end for the most part. Thank you so much again! I m back on the road.

Hardy Collision Center is AMAZING! The service repairs are fantastic. The customer service and support is unmatched. Andrew was absolutely wonderful with keeping me informed every step of the way. The repairs were finished ahead of the original estimated time. Would definitely recommend a 10 out of 10.

Took in my Ram and they did a phenomenal job! Did body and mechanical work. I couldn t even tell how messed up my passenger side was before I took it to them. Came out looking better than when I purchased it. 10 out of 10 stars! Thanks Alex

Hardy Collision was suggested to me by a friend and I m quite glad they pointed me in their direction. From the first point of contact to picking my car up after repairs, the folks at Hardy Collision were responsive, friendly, communicative, and most importantly did an amazing job with the repairs. My particular car is an older 90s Honda with some paint fade in certain areas and I m floored by how they were able to match the color despite the car now being not really any factory color option. There are no signs of the damage that prompted the need for repair. In fact, the whole area of repair looks better than it did prior to the damage.Their facility is very clean, large, and I felt well treated from start to finish.Alex, his family, and his team have got a really great thing going here! Highly recommend Hardy Collision for any of your collision related needs!

I literally have no complaints. They did their big one with the repairs of my vehicle. The system that sends you updates is perfect. Andrew, amazing! Super attentive and informative plus kind. Pick-up was seamless and super easy. They even cleaned my dirty interior (I have toddlers) so yoh know it was dirty lol. Thanks a million guys.

Such great and wonderful staff. They are always quick to update me on my vehicle and always on top of everything. Picked up my car and it was in great condition. Even looked brand new. Like it never got hit. Highly recommend this place!

They did a very thorough job and even replaced a AC temp actuator for no charge they had a little problem with painting the hood but they kept it a couple extra days and it turned out great sometimes things happen but to end results very satisfied plus the detailed the truck

This is a family owned business who really cares about their customer's satisfaction!! Even after a couple of things went unplanned, Alex and Maria made sure to go the extra mile to get everything right. I've been an automotive industry for 35 years and it dealt with body shops more times than I can remember, With that being said Hardy collision goes above and beyond with daily text updating me through the whole repair process! After I picked up the car I went over it with a fine tooth comb and could not find a single flaw!!I would recommend them to my friends, family and anyone that is a need of quality body work!

This place was referred by my dealership. I spoke with Alex first and he was able to get me right in for a quote. The office is very clean and inviting. There was more damage than first expected but I was called by Giovani and given updates every step of the way. They had to fight with my insurance company, but we able to get most of what we were wanting, and I did not have to do any of that. When I came to pick up my car, the work was perfect and the detailing was exceptional. There were a few small things that I was not expecting upon picking up my car, but Alex and Maria really helped out and went above and beyond to make it right. I hope to not be back soon, but I will definitely use them again when needed and will be referring everyone here. Thanks again!

Hardy Collision is amazing! They handle everything from the tow truck in the beginning to the turning of the rental in the end. They did excellent work! I would recommend them and will to my family.

I am searching for a body shop to do my vehicle. I came by this place to see a consultant to review my car. He basically gave me a run down of whats on our insurance estimate. I wanted him to give me a qoute of his own of what he might think it might cost .....because it dont matter if its more of what my qoute says because I rather have some one call me back and say hey its going to cost less than what I qouted you. Rather then me hearing ... hey we found this and its going to be more. But they have good warranty on there work which I very much liked. I like there snack section which was realky generous of them to give us. Place looks like it was recently remodel too. I would say they just need to work on winning the customer over and they would had had my vehicle there today.

Think twice about coming and bringing your car in here for body work . My car bumper was replaced by them07/12I m just now seeing your updated response what does anything you referenced in that response have to do with my bumper not being fully replaced after I picked my vehicle up from you guys . Seems like your response was a lot of etc rather you bein specific on the bumper . Like I said don t come to this body shop my bumper wasn t fully replaced right after I picked it up . And never was I even notified that I had to come back for a part you guys never put on there , until after the fact I came up there and discussed multiple issues that my car had after the job was done . If you have anything to discuss I can come visit the body shop and discuss whatever you prefer ALEX or you can give me a call. Thank you have a great day man

Great Service!! They repaired the whole passenger side of my truck!! Very proffesional they definitely went above and beyond to take care of my truck!! Also the receptionist is very kind and helpful :)!!!! I definitely recommend them!! Great Job!!

Kept in contact with me through out the process had a set back on headlights and they managed to get me different type of headlights that i liked Pleased with the work,They sent me pictures threw the process Great work and turnaround despite the setback on lightsWill be back to color match the grill soonHighly recommend great quality work hard to fine these days

I had a small issue on my grill, that most likely would get worse while I get on the road for trip. Alex took restored and had me back on road in about 30 minutes. Now get this, Alex did not ask to be paid!!! I will be back!!! Thank you and everyone I encountered was very friendly!!! The office is very clean!!!

Hardy Collision is newly remodeled and spacious. I was assisted by Maria, who was courteous, professional, responsive and detail oriented. Andrew kept me informed of the progress of the repairs which helped immensely in planning, and my car was returned detailed and in beautiful condition.
