I started taking my car for service at Happy H Karz on 7/27/2022. Thus far I have taken my car there five times. The last time was 2/8/2024. The service(s) provided have been done in a timely manner, and without any problems. Alex conducts his business in a professional manner. One of the reason I started taking my car to this location is that I experienced multiple times issues with other car services locations (Firestone, Midas..) with the outcome of their service. For example, two times they left tools in the engine compartment and when I told them about the issue. They just could care less.With Alex I do not have to worry about this happening.

I love this place Alex Is an angel!!I come here for an oil change and also will be coming for other work as well everyone working here is knowledgeable and know what they are doing! I love the honesty friendly environment and overall good work on my car I will always come here for my oil change! Alex goes above and beyond to help you with your car he s an angel on Earth

If you ever need them to replace your hybrid hydraulic brake booster please come here! I ve called so many places all over mid west houston and I finally found this place on yelp. The service was great and very cost efficient! I will be back if I have any other maintenance issues with my Hyundai sonata hybrid.

My car is an 2010 with 183K miles so there is always maintenance and wear items that need replacement. Alex has always been thorough, prompt, and fair. I don t go anywhere else.

Had a coolant leak, the found the problem and fixed it, no more coolant leaks. Happy Karz also replaced seals which stopped oil some oil leaks and the repaired my driver side window.Happy Karz does the work right the first time and tell you the what the work will cost beforehand.Trustworthy and efficient. Had to have the timing chain on my truck replaced. It wasn't cheap but when I checked their estimate I found it was very reasonable. I have never had a problem with the work they do and they are always friendly. It s hard to find a good honest shop Alex and the techs have a wealth of knowledge and experience! I have been here several times, always a great experience. They are timely in fixing my issues and reasonably priced. My car has 244k miles, anything can be fixed . Always fix just what is necessary.

This was my first time going to happy h karz and do not regret my decision. The job was completed as scheduled and at a reasonable price. also, they cleaned up the area where my truck was leaking as promised and really appreciate that. I ve been going to Happy Karz consistently for all of my car needs throughout this year. I was referred there when I started having some mechanical issues with my older Honda Accord. Every time I ve gone, Alex has been such a pleasant person. He explains everything, and is very transparent. You can tell he s confident and knowledgeable in his work. This is something I appreciate as a customer, because I don t want to shell out money feeling like there is a possibility it won t be fixed correctly. The first time I had my car serviced, they provided a comprehensive breakdown of my car. What might need to be fixed soon (brakes, lights, etc) There was never any pressure about these services, just informing me. My starter had gone out in my car leaving me stranded on a Friday, Alex was able to refer me to a very reasonable tow service. My car was done the next day! I can t recommend this place enough.Besides the excellent customer service, the waiting room is SO clean and comfortable. I never have a problem waiting because they are pretty quick and accommodating.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Brakes, Oil change

Update. Since my original review four years ago, Alex and his team have continued to provide outstanding service. They are honest, reasonable, and I ve never had to return for a reservice on what they have repaired.Great customer service and car repair services! I know I can trust their evaluations for quality work at a very fair price. I can confidently refer them to family and friends.

Took my acura rdx for for an air conditioner problem. The a/c vents on the drivers side were putting out hot air, while the vents in the passenger side were putting out cold air.I dropped off the car late Thursday afternoon and it was ready mid afternoon the next day.The rdx was low in freon. They remove the old freon and replaced it with fresh freon. All the air vents are putting out cold.Happy H Karz does good work and are reasonably price. I highly recommend them.Service: Air conditioning

My parents recommended Happy Karz to me because they have been going there and I cannot imagine going anywhere else. Every time I go, I know I can trust that I won't be leaving with a hefty bill full of non-sense charges because you can tell the owner genuinely wants to help. They are fast, efficient, and give great reliable service. The owner there is very personable, kind, humble, and HARD-WORKING.
