Well my catalyst converter was stolen on my car and boy was I upset! Well thank god for Haas and happy face car center! They got my car fixed and even got me in a rental! They literally saved my day! They did excellent work and fast! Highly recommend coming here! They do it all even state inspections!

Hello everyone. I went in for a headlight replacement on my bmw 3 series only. I dropped my vehicle off on Thursday and the owner called me on Friday and said the light is working. However, I ll need a new battery and alternator. I did but understand why I needed replacements considering the fact I just drove my out of town and back! Nothing was wrong and I did not have any lights on the dashboard concerning this matter. Once I arrived at the shop they had 3 batteries on the ground by my vehicle, a charger under my hood, a blown 40 fuse on the passenger side floor. I didn t make it 3 miles up the street before I needed a tow. I called the shop back and the owner said, I told you, you need an alternator replacement. The owner Hass tried to get over on me by having me to pay extra for his shade tree practices but he did not prevail. Once I was able to look under my hood I seen plastic tape covering wires and a battery that was not my original. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The mechanics has to YouTube almost everything and are not well trained to work on foreign vehicles. This place should be called Sad Face Car Center ! You get no paperwork or receipt.Service: Electrical repair

The worst place to go to. If they can t overcharge you for parts they will overcharge you for labor. They quoted me 3500 to do low arm controls and tire rod ends and I ended up getting it done somewhere else for 1000. The owner Haas is so unprofessional no invoices so you can see what you re actually paying for you just have to take his word. Shade tree mechanic

Big Haas is the boss. Hes the owner of happy face car center. Great person to work with, honest, straight forward, affordable pricing not price gouging. I trust him with my cars. Very top quality service overall. Five stars. Highly recommended.

Killed my battery and alternator then tried to act like I already had problems. I only went in for them to correct my headlight bulb. Service guy looks on YouTube because he s inexperienced. I do not recommend.

Hass is a wonderfully generous, understanding, and understanding individual. His team is dedicated to giving you the best quality repairs and adjustments needed for your vehicle. I crashed my car and had a broken right axle, bent frame, a crunched wheel, and more. I was provided with a more than fair price, great work, and a reasonable timeline. I will definitely be visiting this car center again for future vehicle issues. Happy Face was also able to get bodywork done on the affectes side! Could not recommend more.

Had a vehicle there for over 2 months because it had electrical issues. Came to pick up vehicle because I was told it was ready and it died before I could leave. They say oh you need new battery so I leave the vehicle there until I can get a new battery. Get them the battery, cranks up, drive to office, then I can't start the vehicle anymore. It seems like it's dead. So I tell them this is a new battery they better come get this vehicle and figure out what's wrong with it. Vehicle is still there so maybe they will find the issue maybe not.

10 STARS! Quality work, nice staff...they replaced my damaged bumper, paint job smooth as a baby's skin and matched my Nissan perfectly. WOW. Great place for all repairs!

Huss and staff are very professional and I was really pleased with the service..From California visiting Houston and my air conditioning system flipped a script. But thanks to happy face I HAD A HAPPY FACE WITH THERE SERVICE. . THANKS AGAIN HUSS AND STAFF . FORD FLEX LADY

Didn't actually get to go. Just drove by at 6:20 and found that the place is not open till 8. It closes at 6 p.m. and all the gates were locked shut when I drove by. Was trying to get my inspection

I had the worst experience with these guys. The boss Hass is so unprofessional. If you bring your own parts for a job he will get so upset.
