I came in today at 6:01 pm as this shop was closing with a leak in my tire from a nail. I was prepared to be turned away since it was after hours, I lacked the tool to remove my old tire and had no spare. The mechanic, Christian, not only changed my tire with no complaints, he and his coworkers Brandon and Luis helped to find a replacement tool for me to change my tire in the future. I ll never be able to thank Carlos and his team enough for being so accommodating and helpful. I d also like to thank Red the shop dog for keeping my nerves at bay:) This shop will forever have my service and I hope they receive blessing and good fortune in the future.

This shop fixed the puncture in the rear tire of my model y with only 1100 miles on it and saved me some big bucks! Thought I have to replace a new tire. This is after I took to a nearby tire shop with good reviews for a patch but was told it's not repairable bc the punture from the screw was a bit too big to patch. EV tires are expensive and generally the warranty doesn't cover tire damages unless you purchased a separate protection plan which Tesla doesn't offer. So, next time someone told you it's not fixable see Carlos at Gulf Coast before wasting your money. Thanks Carlos!

Very good and honest service. The experts took the time to explain the repair and even showed me how to save big bucks by demonstrating how to do minor repairs and replacements on my own. I would say that Gulf Freeway Auto Care is the best value for my money!

I had a very stressful and overwhelming experience at my dealership over an engine maintenance issue. Instead, I took my car to Firestone Gulf Freeway Tire & Auto, recommended by my parents. Instantly, upon walking in, I was welcomed by the friendly staff. Carlos went out to take a look at my car. Shortly afterwards, he took his time to talk to me and explain the issues and what actually needed to get done. The prices were very reasonable. I trust his team to take care of my car. I will gladly be coming back to keep up with my maintenance check. Thank you, Carlos!

Enterprise dealership sent us here to get a windshield wiper and one of them broke like a week after using it and we showed up at 5:53 pm and all the lights were off and no one was here even though they are supposed to be open to 6 pm.

I love this place. This the second time I brought my car in and the staff have always been attentive. Special thanks to Edward who really helped me. I will definitely keep bringing my car to this Firestone location when needed.

Me experience here was AMAZING from beginning to end! I went in fearful that I would need a brand new tire but Edward was able to assist me in a friendly and timely manner. I m so grateful that I decided to come to this location! If I ever need anything else for my vehicle I will definitely be returning here! Customer service was truly unbelievable!

Highly recommend. I ve taken a few of my business vehicles as well as my own. Carlos has taken great care of each vehicle brought in. When I ve taken my business vehicle in, he s always made them a priority! I truly appreciate this place.

Absolutely loved my experience! Came here for an oil change at around 3:30 on a Thursday, only waited maybe 45 min max but I did some work in the lobby ( I was the only one in there) and the time went by really fast. They were so welcoming and helpful! So sweet, they checked all my tires, my break pads, my fluids, etc! And most importantly, they TALKED me through what they did without being condescending ! As a woman, this privilege alone is the reason I ll be coming here from now on!

Honest to the core. They stand by quality service. I have continued to bring any of my vehicles here for service for the past 5 years. I know I leave my vehicle in good hands and they usually have my vehicle ready ahead of time. This is a great place for any general problem you have. I come here for any diagnosis I need for my vehicle. I highly recommend using them. Their work is guaranteed great service.

Just got my car fixed there. Literally my car was shaking bad shape. Needed coil changed and 4 sparks plugs. Super honest fast easy to work with!! I m very grateful Firestone was there and the staff are extremely kind and helpful! 5 stars baby!!

Those people are very professional. The most important thing they are very honest.Recently I dropped off my car (2016 Mazda CX-5) here for engine issue (engine light on) and they fixed it and I never had that problem again.I will definitely come back here for any repair or maintenance in the future because they know what they do and their prices are fair.And of course I would recommend them for any body looking for good auto repair.Thanks a lot Junior, Edward and the shop's manager.

I was told at the GMC dealership that I needed to buy a new front tire because the location of the nail made it impossible to repair. At the recommendation of a friend, I brought my truck to this Firestone. They fixed my "unfixable" tire for only $25. Edward, the young man who helped me was great and very professional. I love how honest and knowledgeable these guys are. I highly recommend this place.

I have been doing business with this team for ten years there are fast ,friendly and honest. I tell everyone I know that Carlos, Jr and Edward go the extra mile for their customers. If you need tires or any automobile repairs and are on the southeast side of Houston give them a call.

These guys are AWESOME!! I had to exit I 45 in a hurry after seeing my tire light come on (8psi in a matter of minutes). Couldn t have happened at a more convenient location. I pulled in, they quickly took care of me, got my tire changed, went ahead and got my oil changed and had me back on the road within an hour. If that wasn t good enough, the polite, professional and up beat personalities topped it all.

I came into this shop for a pre-purchase inspection in a car that I was test driving. Carlos helped me and although the shop was busy, when he realized that I wasn t local, he came out to look over the car with me immediately rather than letting me wait.He was very thorough in looking at the car with me. It was obvious that he wasn t just going through the motions I would recommend him to others.

We were stranded in Houston with a smoking pickup, due to a botched repair job at home. AAA towed the truck to Gulf Freeway Tire and Auto. The owner received the vehicle, reassured me that it would be okay, accurately and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. They created a detailed receipt for me detailing the damage done by the previous repair shop including pictures. These are good, good people. I highly recommend this great repair shop!!!

Would recommend. Showed up a little more than an hour before they closed for an alignment. They still got me in and took care of me. When they looked at my car it seemed like I would need additional work and were going to give me an estimate. I was already willing to have the work done on a later date but they came back and told me it didn't really need to be done when they took another look at it. Very honest.

Definitely a 10+ review for this place. I have been doing business with them for over 15 years and it never fails every time that I visit them. Great customer service, fast service, friendly employees, clean and reasonable prices. I would recommend this shop to everyone that needs work done in their vehicles.

Had an Issue were an Auto Dealership had did Radiator repair on my Jeep. After charging me $1300+ for parts and labor, the Dealership returned my Jeep with Multiple Warning lights that were not there before as well as the Speedometer not working. They took no responsibility and chalked it up to coincidence and tried to get me to leave my Jeep for them to look it over. INSTEAD, I took my Jeep to Firestone Gulf Freeway Tire and Auto, which was recommended to me by my Father and Aunt. 5 hours later they fixed the problem and for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend these guys and I will be returning to them for any future maintenance/repairs for my Jeep.

The team and management at Gulf freeway tire & auto never disappoint. They have gained my trust over the past 10 years. The management is always punctual, friendly and knowledgeable which make auto related problems less hectic and easier to deal with. I definitely recommend this place to everyone that needs car maintenance or tires!!

Carlos and Edward are a team and they are the BEST! They offer superior customer service and and high class quality for their work. Their prices are VERY reasonable. I wouldn't trust my vehicle to anyone else. THIS is the place you need to go for any of your automotive needs.

My car had a tire issue, i took it to another shop and they were about to have me doing a bunch of extra work and labor that was not necessary for a simple car alignment, THIS PLACE SAVED Me so much time and money, edward was a great guy and he took care of me easily, my car was fixed overnight. Thank you guys, you have a new loyal customer!
