Ripoff! Rip-off! DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASHDaniel is very very rude and doesn t not clean my vehicle as agreed upon. Dropped my suV and was charged $85.00+$20.00 tips. For $24.99 at Mister Car Wash you ll get better service and respect. When I turned my AC on the windows fogged and showed smeared cleaning product all over my windshield and door s glass. Daniel was very confrontational and disrespectful when addressing my wife.Funky smell in my vehicle and carpet was almost damping wet. All my vehicle settings was messed up.I called several times to speak to a manager but never heard back. I can t believe there is such mediocre service at the Houstonian s property. I ve used the spa, club, dined in the Tribute and stayed at the Hotel several time but their service level was impressive. The BEST car detail and wash I ve ever had! My car looked better than brand new. Amazing prices and customer service as well. It was a seamless process and the employees were very efficient. If you want your car looking brand new I highly recommend this place. You can rest assured that they will take great car of your automotive and have it looking in pristine condition. My car looked as good and maybe even better than when it came out the factory. Left my Tahoe SUV for a complete exterior detailing. They did a nice job on the lower body of the Tahoe, but THEY RETURNED IT TO ME WITHOUT WASHING, WAXING & DETAILING THE ROOF OF THE VEHICLE!I suspect they did not expect me to get on the running board to inspect the roof, and thus thought they could get away without doing the roof.Upon calling this to their attention, they did agree to come to my house to finish the job. But while detailing the top in my garage, the representative flung wax/polish on my sports car!Wonder how many other full-size SUVs have been detailed by Rhinopro without touching the top of the vehicle?Ron12/31/20Services: Full body wash, Clay bar treatment, Auto detailing, Car waxing
