Amazing crew... helpful and professional. I won't be going anywhere else for alignments. I have a lifted SUV and they dialed it in with ease. Would give 6 stars, if possible. Thanks guys!

5 star service from the entire staff. They are friendly, helpful and do great work. My 13 year old little red Miata rides better than ever after my alignment. Gerand hits a home run in my book by reaching out after every service to see how my car is running. I want to commend this level of excellent customer service. Keep up the great job! I will keep coming back. I highly recommend Gulf Coast Alignments.

Had my vehicle towed here for a repair on suspension. Had a buddy go drop off the part I've already purchased & had them replace the part in no time with a very affordable labor rate. They even worked with my schedule as I was unable to come pick up my vehicle on time. Very good, straight up shop. If you're looking for good work done on your car & don't want to spend an arm and a leg, this shop is for you.

Gerard and his team are amazing. They went out of their way to PATIENTLY explain what was wrong with my car and discussed my options with me and was able to decide best and affordable option for me. By the end of the day my car was driving like a brand new one. I would recommend this to family and friends.Thank you Gulf Coast. We will be back

I always receive great service at Gulf Coast Alignments. They troubleshoot, get the parts in, and get me back on the road without a long wait. They do all of this without the astronomical prices compared to a dealership. Thank you!

These guys were great! They were fast efficient very professional. Explained everything to me that I asked about. I will be bringing my cars here from now on. It is worth the drive if you are within 20 miles from this place.

I called this place last minute for auto brake repair! The receptionist was very friendly and the mechanic, Larry was very informative and honest. The prices are affordable, and the service is quick, and efficient.Great customer service! First time trying out this place for a strut/shock replacement. I had my own parts and many places I called would not do the job and if so they would overinflate the price. I stumbled upon this place and was skeptical but was worth the trip. As I come in, the phone would not stop ringing and the waiting room was getting full. Those are usually good indicators for a successful business. They were able to do the replacement at a fair price and completed it same day. Their wheel alignment machine is also state of the art. You cannot beat a pleasant and quick experience with a positive outcome. Must go if in the area and need suspension work.

I was told by Jiffy Lube that their brakes starts off at $350 and I thought that was normal. Come to find out, it wasn't normal from this company that only charged me $53 for rear brakes (I bought my own brakes) and they checked everything to make sure all 4 wheels were working properly and told me everything that was wrong.After getting the work done, my car is nearly perfect now and then they messaged me todsy to check up on me to see how my car is working. I have never had a company do that before and found it extremely wonderful to have that level of customer service.Will definitely go back to them in the future!

These guys were super busy but allowed me to make an appointment for my desperately needed alignment.I showed up a little early and despite the craziness, my needs were handled fast!I was out in 30 minutes - great attitudes, great work ethic, great experience ... Thank You, Gulf Coast Alignments!!

I went to GCA because my A/C stop working because of a leaky hose. Honda was going to charge me nearly $800 and GCA charged 1/4 of the price!!! They also used the parts I purchased.Larry worked on my car and you can tell he is passionate about his work. The service was fast and before I knew it I was done and blasting my A/C down hwy 45!!!Services: Auto A/C replacement, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

Went today to get an oil change. I was bit late for my appointment and the reception guy was completely nice and very courteous. I got recommended by my car place to come here for an oil change and what use to be an over 2 hour for an oil change at my car place these gentleman had done in less than 30min. They make you feel welcome and are incredibly kind. Would recommend! Thanks for the fast and friendly service guys!

Great work and best price in town period. They got my corvette going straight again, the dealer couldn t even do it right. These guys got it on the spot and now my car drives amazing again. I d recommend this shop for any alignment needed for your car. They have top notch equipment as well and the staff is really friendly. 5 starts well deserved.Service: Wheel alignment

Quick and easy. Even with one person ahead of me. I was in and out fast. Price was awesome. I have a lowered car, and they were able to get me on the ramps, and aligned within specs with no problems. I will be bringing all my vehicles here from now on. Also, their equipment and facilities are nice and clean. Great experience.

I came here with an alignment issue that I've had even after I took it to a company twice and different locations. They aligned my vehicle and stated that my vehicle was aligned but would still have a pull due to him noticing a slight wear on one side and a building bubble on the tread itself. Sure enough, I had it replaced and my alignment problems went away. The other place was saying that my suspension needed to be replaced in order to get it right. This place was honest with me and to the point. I will be coming back here in the future. Update: Have been coming here since my first experience and still always done good work.

Where to start... these guys are simply amazing. From their friendliness and legit interest in my vehicle, to their hospitality letting me check out their personal vehicles and more... this was easily a 10/10 experience! I was referred by a friend named Jovan and I am so glad he told me to come here. I refuse to go anywhere else... $60 flat after all said and done.... most places in the area are charging almost double that and they don't even know what "camber" is on a car!! There is not a single employee over at Gulf Coast that doesn't know what they're doing... they know everything there is to learn, and they've perfected their trade skills. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I will remember this shop forever.BTW 30 DAY WARRANTY!!!! WAY longer than what I've previously got warranty wise.Service: Wheel alignment

As the old saying goes you get what you pay for , I m reminded how true it really is. I was a bit weary of the cheaper than normal price, but decided to have my modified BMW aligned anyways. Upon completion, the technician took my car for a spin . As I was sitting in the lobby, I heard him accelerate very rapidly and go through a few gears. In prior experiences at alignment shops, I ve observed technicians performing a normal test drive to make sure everything is okay. This was not the case. The technician told me everything was straight and that my car is very fun. As soon as I started driving the car, I noticed the car still pulled to the right and nothing was different. In conclusion, I don t recommend coming here unless you want to pay for someone else to take a joy ride in your vehicle.

Gerard and his team are tremendous and I highly recommend him. His quoted price was lower than some others I received and they performed very good work. Gerard is a small business owner who wants to deliver good service to have happy customers.

I would highly recommend this business! You know the quality of work by the little details. Just pulling up to the shop, it looks really clean and well maintained. Prompt service and car is running like new!The guys told me how long it would take and they went above and beyond. Y all have a customer for life!

This place does a great job and honors their warranty. Got an alignment 10 months ago with their 1 year warranty. Went back today to get it checked again and everything was fine. A very slight misalignment on the rear wheels but they corrected that in no time. A recommend these guys 100%.

My car broke down on a Sunday. Monday morning I was able to speak with Keith he was empathetic to my situation and helped me out. He was able to get my car up and running less than an hour. Gerard is always making sure things are working good with my vehicle. Definitely highly recommended!!

Going to repeat what everyone else has mentioned. Customer service is above and beyond!! My hubby has been coming here for our alignments and recently my vehicle was making a popping noise. Dealership alone would have charged just to take a look at it... at first they checked and saw nothing wrong with it but upon exiting they saw the part that needed to get replaced. They looked online and told my hubby not to pay more than a certain price for the part too, dealership was trying to overcharge for part too (not surprised). They were very informative and made sure everything was taken care of. They are not just going to be our go to place for alignments but for everything else now for sure!
