I had such a wonderful experience getting my CX-90. I spent only 2 hours in the dealership from start to finish and that s with a trade in. My sales guy, Michael, was honest from the start, very informative and helpful throughout the process. I m a very satisfied customer and will be back there for my next Mazda. Thanks.

I was so pleased with Michael s professional attitude during our negotiations. He did not waist my time which I was in short supply of. He even helped get my new car ready when he found the service dept was short a man. He took time to explain the ins and outs of all the new things my car could do and I appreciated his thoughtfulness. I was very pleased with this dealership.

EDITI gave Greenway a second shot for an oil change and multi-point inspection. They recommended sway bar links for a rattle, even though I had just replaced those. Other than the expected higher prices, I found out that they let me leave the shop missing the top brake caliper bold on BOTH front calipers!! I had tried another shop to finish the work at half thr cost and they easily identified this problem. They fixed it and what would you know, the rattle WENT AWAY! After two visits with not only sub-par service, but allowing me to and my teenage son to drive the car in such an unsafe state is appalling. I will not be returning here, if I need a dealer, I will absolutely go elsewhere before coming back.INITIAL POSTI had recently purchased a used Mazda 2 and wanted to get everything fully inspected to make sure everything was looking good and that i wouldn't have unexpected repair costs or unnecessary damage by ignoring a simple problem. I came with a list of concerns and asked many follow up questions regarding diagnosis details. The general steering/suspension concerns were addressed well enough, but anything past that fell short. When the outer tie rods were recommended for replacement, I asked if the inner tie rods would be good to replace at the same time and the service advisor didn't know if the car had inner tie rods and never followed up on answering this question or most of the other questions/concerns that I had. The service advisor was very professional and nice, but wasn't knowledgeable enough for me to be satisfied with answers to my questions. I didn't see an option to choose a service advisor when scheduling my appointment, but I was looking forward to Chris Branch, based on all of the positive reviews, but wasn't so lucky. I was also there for about half a day and based on vehicle location information, it took a couple hours just to get it into a bay for inspection/service. I am considering going back for my first oil change to see if I can get all of my questions answered and see about a more thorough inspection.

Brought my car in for service. Sean explained everything to me in detail, and very straightforward, and simply. The video that I saw of the work that they were recommending was clear and useful. I was totally satisfied with my visit. I get all my work done at the dealership.Sean did a very good job!

The service advisors there are amazing! My advisor Christopher made sure I was taken care of. When the car was brought out and had not been washed, he took it back and made sure they washed it for me. I also like that they send you a video while you re waiting of the vehicle inspection. They don t try to sell you on what you don t need or pressure you into extra services. Great experience for my very first visit. Definitely returning in the future for my next service.

Julian was such a great salesman. We enjoyed the whole car buying process and we really love our new Mazda CX50. We also enjoyed the financing process with Steve Mendez. Christopher was very helpful, understood the problem I faced & resolved it. He is definitely a great asset for Mazda. Both Rickcase Mazda Atlanta & Roger Beasley Georgetown Austin made life threatening mistakes during my car service of cx9. I actually lost trust on Mazda, but Chris changed my opinion. The Rickcase didn t do the oil change properly and Roger Beasley topped up the oil, but missed to put on the cap in the engine. The car might have caught fire on the highway, luckily I stopped before.

I took my Mazda 3 in because an earlier repair they made on the core was malfunctioning. Apparently a part they used was defective so they needed to repair it again. Luckily it was under their 1-year warranty.The issue is when I came to pick up my car 5 days later, there was a huge crack in the windshield. When I showed Sean, the manager, he said they'll have someone fix and replace the windshield. I call back after 2 days to see what the status is and I'm told he'll call me back. I had to call back another 3 times, the last time waiting on hold for 30 minutes to get him.He finally comes on and says they've changed their mind and will not repair it. He said they were not at fault. I don't know who else it would be because I certainly would have noticed a 3 ft crack in my windshield when I dropped it off. I understand mistakes happen but you should take responsibility for them. You would think after spending $1,200 on a repair, they would do right by their customer and fix the damage they caused. Absolutely unacceptable.I will start taking my business to other establishments where they treat their customers with respect and integrity

I only service my CX-5 here at Greenway Mazda. I've had the pleasure of working with all of the service team. I've worked the most with Chris who is very knowledgeable about cars, and on more than one occasion he has guided me in the direction of spending less money rather than more on service I didn't need. None of the service team is pushy on getting things done that you don't need. Even when they recommend a service you decide not to use, they don't try to push you on it later. This is very appreciated.Most recently I worked with Crystal who was fantastic. She set me up with a loaner vehicle when the parts they needed were not in stock, and she even helped me move my car seats from my car to the loaner, and then back again when I came to pick up my vehicle.Can't say enough good things about the service team and I will continue to come back!

Christopher on the service side took care of my car battery replacement under warranty and walked me thru the steps. They even gave it an inspection and topped off my vehicle fluids. Love the warm welcome from Christopher and the team. Good job folks. Worth every penny spent.

I asked for a warranty coverage and when take my car for service I was told that the piece needed had a delay and my car was not going to be ready on following days. The dealer is 45 miles from home, and to be fair I was very upset about it. The guys of service took care of this as expected, explained what happen, make it easy for me to have a transport and don't lose too much time on my daily activities. This would have been a very bad experience, but was handled properly. For me, honesty and responsiveness are valuable assets of people taking care of the car I use to transport my family. I'll be back for 25kMi service!

The entire crew is sooo emotionally invested and want to do what is best for the customer that they overlook the fact that many people live on a fixed income. I go to Greenway because I know I m going to get a sufficient maintenance completed on the car. At times when I ve told myself to go elsewhere because I felt disregarded I circle back. Therein lies an issue to have compassion . Therein lies an issue to be driven. We all have boundaries that shouldn t be crossed. We all should remain mindful of our delivery. We all deserve to feel valued, appreciated, and respected @ the end of the day. However, my heart tells me the crew mean well so I circle back.

We arrived early for our first scheduled service. We were greeted immediately and shown what to expect and given an estimated departure time. While our was with the service tech we received a car service video and detailed paperwork showing our cars status. We were in and out. Great service all around. Woke up to find a large nail in my tire near the sidewall. Was able to get online and book a 7 am service appointment that same day and was able to pick my man Chris as the service technician.Drove up around 6:50 am and was greeted by Chris who after a brief conversation took care of everything. They couldn t get my tire in till midafternoon, so Chris set me up with a loaner and I was headed to the office shortly afterwards. He insured that my tire warranty was used to replace the unpatchable tire.While they had the car Chris noticed that I was very close to an oil change and a few other maintenance items, so he managed to get them all addressed and my car back the same day.In traveling to pick up my car I ran into some issues that made me miss the pick up window, so they extended the loaner till the next day.Awesome service and I never felt pressured to get a service item. Chris and the Mazda team came through again
