First time here and it was amazing. Friendly and fast service. I was there less than 20 minutes. They offer complimentary coffee, sodas and snacks. Pretty clean and organized waiting area. I ll certainly be back soon.

This is my first time ever coming here because of the reviews , I chose to come here instead of a dealership. Though it costed more I do get more miles before my next oil change. As a young female the dealership tries to get over on me but this location didn t !! They even had Dr.pepper and pop corn ! Definitely coming here from now on ! The cleanliness of this place is also so clean !!

My experience was 10/10! I spoke with Greg and he helped me throughout my experience! It was first time there. I was getting my inspection done and I didn t even have to stay in my car!! I went into the lobby and had some snacks while I waited. Will definitely be back!! Thank you for a smooth experience!

I needed to get my car inspected and I did a search, and based on the reviews I selected your company. When I arrived, I was immediately greeted by one of the technicians who was very friendly and professional, and courteous.I was instructed to wait in the lounge which provided a variety of snacks and drinks at no cost.The shop was clean as well as a snack area.My inspection less than 15 minutes.Basically I was in and out and that seem to be the norm for the other people that were waiting as well. I like the board that displays the countdown of the time you ve been there on the 15 minutes. You will receive a dollar off for every minute they go beyond the 15.Who knew get my car service could actually be an enjoyable experience.I highly Recommend them for your service needs. Also, I want to add while I was there. There was a customer who needed some additional work done of a flush or something for the power steering or I cannot remember what it was exactly. Anyway, the customer did some research and they were right within the guidelines in fact a little less than competitors for that service. Not only do they offer great service, but prices as well.

Called about a state, the gentleman was extremely friendly. Just my luck I pull into the parking lot and do an internal check to make sure my emissions have ran their tests since i accidentally overfilled the yank this morning and the tests were incomplete. I'll definitely be back. Definitely won't be on a Monday though lol

Popped in for a quick oil change last Friday afternoon. The staff at Grease Monkey-Houston were respectful, professional, and had my vehicle done in the time frame they promised. Very pleased. Thank you.

This Grease Monkey location is fantastic! The staff are friendly and helpful. The prices are great! The waiting area is clean and there are plenty of snacks should you get peckish. The bathroom is impeccably clean as well. I HIGHLY recommend taking your car here for oil changes, brake work, state inspection, etc.Edit: 9/21/23 Kevin was really great on our last visit. He checked our oil and informed us that we were still good for 3,000 miles. He topped off our oil and fluids and put air in our tires. Another visit with great service.

I went in for a simple oil change and for them to check my a/c because it was only blowing hot. It would have been $139 for them to fix the a/c on top of the oil change. yikes . but once they were working on it and looked further, it turned out it was just a faulty connection and reconnected it properly. They were honest about the bad wiring and didn t just make me pay $139 for nothing and they were really nice with great customer service

Went for an Oil Change, really good service, it was quick, employees were very nice and helpful. Good costumee service. They also have a waiting room with snacks, coffee and stuff to eat for free and a little table with toys for those who have kids. The oil change service included inside vacuum of the car, tires check and windows wash. I'll definitely go back there.

I always have a great experience at Grease Monkey for oil changes. They are always willing to help and answer any questions or concerns I may have. They are an honest, pleasant, great team with comparable prices! I recently started working from home so this location is not as convenient any longer, but I still prefer Grease Monkey and will drive the extra miles. There's nowhere else I'd rather go for oil changes and other maintenance concerns. Thank you!

I came in 30 minutes prior to closing with my daughters and was worried I might be turned away. Instead I was assured it was not a problem in the slightest and the work began almost instantly! The guys were amazing, efficient, and FAST!There was a minor issue but the staff corrected it with clearly heartfelt apologies and made it beyond right with me.I would recommend everyone RUN (or drive fast!) to this place for your vehicle maintenance needs. They will take care of you and make you feel valued and cared for. The prices are very reasonable so I will definitely be taking my truck back for years to come!Also, may daughters loved the snacks and treats available in the lobby! ;-)

The service center is relatively new, nice, and in good repair. The staff were very personable, clean, and helpful. I took my truck there for the first time to get an oil change and was very happy, so the next day I took my wife's car to get an inspection and oil change. I will continue to use Grease Monkey into the foreseeable future for standard maintenance activities. Thank you Grease Monkey for doing a great job!

I ve been coming here ever since they opened for every one of my many oil changes. I ve never had a bad experience. The staff and service has always been TOP-NOTCH!!Aaron and Dan are the best and you can tell they really care about their customers and always go above and beyond to create a positive experience.I have gone to them for any and all vehicle related services and they are always honest, friendly and professional. Yesterday I received a full tune up, as well as other services, and got some much needed maintenance and TLC for my 2011 Honda Accord with over 180,000 miles.Mechanic Louie (hopefully I spelled that correctly) performed a thorough inspection and let me know the best recommended services to keep my Honda truckin for another 200,000 miles. He made my car run like new again and I couldn t be happier. And I didn t break the bank considering all the services I actually had done.It all took about 3 hours, which I was correctly quoted it would take (3-4 hours) and couldn t be happier with the service they provided.There s many reasons why this place has SO many 5-star reviews, and it s not just for the great snacks, cleanliness and comfort of the waiting room, which is definitely the best I ve ever been in. It s also their customer service, honesty, professionalism, friendliness, and most importantly, the incredible knowledge, skill and combined experience in the work and services they provide.Sorry I made this so long. I never write reviews but I ve been so happy with my experience at this Grease Monkey that I felt it was absolutely necessary to give this team the kudos they deserve. Thank you guys and keep up the outstanding job!!!

Oh WOW....these guys are great! First time there, both of my sisters referred me. Arron was very helpful as well as the other two men. There diagnosis was spot on. Took it to Prime Auto (another great place) and my truck was repaired in a day. I'll definitely use this Grease Monkey again. Thanks guys

I've been to this location a handful of times for oil changes and state inspections. Their excellent customer service has been consistent every single time. They are kind, respectful and very good with communication and follow up. Not that it matters because their service is so quick, but their waiting room is clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this location. Their service levels has made me a repeat customer.

Been our first time there they treat us very good. I went for sticker inspection and didn't pass. He as us if our vehicle was for repair? We said yes we wore on a hit we just got it back from the collision. They let us know what's wrong with our vehicle.He told us have something with the computer system. He went a reset it. He show us they care about customers service. We just need to run the car more and come back to do the inspection sticker. Thank you for great service.

I love this Grease Monkey the owner Greg always takes care of you. The manager Erin is a great guy and so respectful. I ve been coming here since they opened. The place is clean and comfortable. My whole family goes there my sister, nieces and my son and his wife. I will always go here.

I called last minute to get an oil change and I arrived 30 minutes before closing; they got me in and out! Not only was the service professional, but it was also very fast and they even applied a coupon to my bill. I ll definitely be returning and recommending others to this location.

I went to Grease Monkey on 02/27 for an inspection. I was given an estimated amount of wait time, and the technician, Aaron, was spot on! It was a quick and attentive service, with the addition of friendly demeanor. I definitely recommend this establishment!!
