I came to Good Tires to get a tire replacement. I ended up just needing to patch the one I have. The ladies at the front desk were super friendly and accommodating. Prices are very fair and I was in and out quickly. They do a number of services not just tires so I ll definitely be returning for any tune ups or issues.

Highly recommend Good Tire! You won t be disappointed! All four of my tires and wheels got stolen and Mohammed and his team were super kind, quick and did a great job getting me back on the road. Who knew a tire shop could make you feel like your own family was taking care of you!? Thank you again so much!

Amazing service and customer experience. They were open and transparent with answering my questions and guiding me through the knowledge of getting my tire s rotated along with an alignment and fixed a tire I had came with that had a nail in. Beyond grateful for the service and hospitality as a new customer

These folks are great! They should also have good people on their logo. I had a flat which still had warranty from another company. They took off the tire and replaced it with the spare.at no cost. Thank you Leonardo!

My 16 year olds son has his first car that needed its first maintenance that required brakes, then it started shaking! I initially went to a place that wanted to charge me $700 just for the brakes and then listed off about 15 other things that MUST be done that totaled $1400! I was not about to pay that much to say the least and then felt like there was an extra charge for me being a woman! Welll the issue begin to worsen over the weekend which led me to having to make some tough decisions fast to ensure the safety of my kid, so I Googled The best tire shops and GOOD TIRES popped up.There were only a few reviews but I am so glad I used those as a guide and came over. AS SOON AS I got here they greeted me with kindness and eager to help. Do you know he mentioned because I am a lady he wants to make sure i am safe he gave me a discount! He informed me the need to have a couple things that needed to be done but provided me order of importance to save on costs. When I tell you they gave me front brakes with rotors, pads and 2 new tires for less than what I was going to be charged just for the brakes!!! These folks REALLY REALLY GENUINELY care about their customers to ensure the car is safe with economical value. They ordered my brakes and had them delivered so no two or three day repair. Then to add a cherry on top they gave me a discount to return to get the work I wasn't able to get today at a lesser price only because they said it's so important for my safety. Get this the service is usually about $150 at normal places and they are giving me almost 50% off but understand that is their NORMAL price.I don't know what work you need done to your car today, but if you want a place with amazing customer service with unbeatable prices, then look no further than Good Tires! They are an ALL SERVICE mechanic facility, tires, brakes, oil changes, even major work..stop in today, you will find your new one stop shop for all your car maintenance needs. It is definitely the spot we will visit each time we need repair!Thank you Good Tires for such great service!!

Came in to check on another car when the guys there noticed our tires were pretty bad off.They got a full set installed in about 5 mins and even noticed one of the rims was damaged.They also let us use a spare for free while we got the other one replaced or fixed. Decency in business is rare now. These guys had us covered the moment we drove in.

Good Tires is the best Tire and mechanic shop in the Houston metroplex! It s a One Stop Shop as well! They have new and used tires for reasonable prices and can handle all of your car repair needs. Why go anywhere else?

Seriously one of the best customer service I have had in many years. I was sick and got a flat tire they came to my rescue put on a spare until I was able to go back in the next morning. Talk about knights in shining armor!I will be recommending Good Tire to anyone who wants great service. Amazing prices and honestly in a businessLove these guys

Review of Good Tires services and customer relations all the way from Jacksonville Florida. Avoid this place they take advantage of women customers do not do business with them. My daughter had me on the phone while this place damaged a donut tire over tighting the lug nuts and then charged her over $200 to replace the broken lugs they damaged. Avoid at all cost...

This place is absolutely amazing. The tires are SO cheap and I've honestly never had a better auto experience. Every time there's something wrong with my tires, I bring them here whether I have a flat or need a replacement. They go above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied, and if there's ever a problem they'll take care of it personally.

Attention Houston Texas Resident. ( Women in particular) Do not waste your time are money at Good Tires. The Owner is very nasty unprofessional and a unfair individual. He placed a temporary donut on my daughter car and charged $30. After placing the donut. It was discovered the bolts were place on the tire to tight causing the bolts to be script. This unprofessional dude denied doing anything and charged her over $200 to get brand new bolts for her vehicle. He got in her face as if he wanted to punch her. This guy is VERY RUDE to Woman. Women stay away from this place he will take your money and deny everything.

My wife and I needed a tire early Friday morning before our road trip and decided to check this place out. They did not disappoint. Incredible service. Awesome energy. Everybody there was polite and very helpful. Highly recommended. Oil change and body repairs done as well. Definitely referring them to family and friends.

Bad customer service looked at a facebook market ad and raised up my price more than it was promised bad place do not come here they will take advantage and the accept Zelle but charge tax with Zelle. Don t come here SCAM!!!

Kat & Nacho were amazing! I initially only went in to get a wheel and tire replaced but Kat took initiative and saw that I needed some body work done on my vehicle and recommended their shop for that service as well. To be honest, I wouldn t have known they did body work if she hadn t told me. Nacho worked on replacing the wheel & tire and did a great job.

Debo & employees are amazing! The overall quality from the initial phone call, labor services and customer service exceeds my expectations. He takes his time with you and listen to your concerns. I had a tire malfunction on my way to work before places are open. I called Good Tires, after finding them online and was surprised to them open and ready to help. Debo knows his cars because I was scared I wouldn't make it and he promised i will just drive slow. I can t Thank him and his expertise enough after a stressful lonely morning!I m up and rolling!!
