I went here for State Inspection. Good quick service, polite staff. I wish the waiting area was better.There were a lot of cars on the lot, I guess, this meant it's a popular place for repair.

Golden Wrench is my mechanic. I've been using Lee for over 15 years and he runs a great team. He replaced my engine for my 2004 Avalanche which is no small task. Came out perfect! He gets busy at times because he's so reliable...

I've taken my vehicle to this place twice and have had negative experiences both times. The first time it was for a simple brake light. I should've known when I picked up the car and the brake light wasn't on not to take it back there, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Flag 1. Fast forward a few months and my cigarette lighter wasn't charging up my phone charger, and the car was shaking when i hit the brakes at certain speeds. They called me two days after i brought it in saying it was the shocks, but the guy who called couldn't communicate well, and could not explain why shocks were going to fix the wobbling. Instead of answering my questions he left me on hold while talking to someone else. Flag 2. I end up authorizing the repair through another employee, and $500 later my car was shaking within 5 minutes of getting it back on the road. My phone charger event went missing. They gave me another one, but it goes to show that their attention to detail is sorely lacking. I've called them six-seven times today and no one is picking up the phone. Chances are they may not even read this review. Beware.

Just got my bearings and rotor and break pads done. VERY reasonable price and quick!! But they do an amazing job! Wish more people would write reviews for them. Super friendly!

This shop is alright, I guess, but they did a real half-a$$ed job on the repair to my Nissan Cube. I only took it here because when I bought the car, (at the Auto Green lot next door), there was pre-existing damage to my a/c condenser and the owners of the car lot agreed to pay half of the a/c work, if I took it to Golden Wrench.They were nice enough at the front desk, but they obviously repair cars the easiest & cheapest way they can! Example - They had to remove the front end of my car to get to the condenser & they obviously couldn't get it back on properly, because they re-attached the front end by putting a SCREW through the quarter panel to hold it on! it looks horrible & there's, unfortunately, not much I can do about it other than let others know to check your work when they complete it. It may be fixed w/ tape and screws! I would NOT recommend them!Services: A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

Recently I went there to have my Toyota Camry s transmission fluid changed.They only charged me $85. I offered to pay them $100, as it cost me over $130 the last time, at a different shop. They refused saying: We just want my repeat business.

Over 10 years and 4 vehicles. That says it all. I was one of the very first customers of this business when the doors first opened. This is a honest mechanic shop with fare pricing. I have referred several friends over the years and will continue to do so.

Horrible customer service this is my 2nd time trying them out only because they're pricing is somewhat reasonable. Both occasions i was asked to leave my car and both occasions my car was just sitting there for over 3 days. The 1st occasion was for a starter i dropped my car off on a Wednesday and i showed up saturday they told me nothing was wrong with my car. I asked Trung to watch me start my car and It failed to start infront of him. Thats when i could tell they didnt even look at my car so he ordered the part and told me to come back next week. Which i went ahead with. 2nd was for an evaporation code i dropped my car off on Thursday this time, again i had to show up on Saturday after not hearing from them to find my car just parked.

I had previously taken my car here, any time I had a problem, as it's close by. I usually had no issues---except the lack of communication over status of repairs, they are pretty bad at telling you unless you call. Now, a problem that was supposed to be fixed in four days has had it there for two weeks, (an emergency we were told after the appointed time and we pressed) and ...were told it was going to be finished today, but instead it is still just as damaged as it had been before, no repairs have changed anything! We have to tow it to someone else, with no clear answers as to what was the problem to start with, after all this time! I would suggest you find another place to service your vehicle, spare yourself the frustration and time/money spent.

They do a great job, great work on my BMW 7 series and on little ford back up car. Great price great work. Be nice to them and they will be nice to you.

Avoid like the plague! They fix my fuel pump and broke the fuel line when reinstalling it... the check engine light popped on and I returned it to them. They said the gas cap was the issue. I took it to another mechanic for a second opinion and discovered the issue. When all said and done spent over $700 because of this issue. And they were not willing to make it right. Do not come here!

First of all let me say I don't write many reviews but I believe that this shop deserves attention and credit. My 2006 BMW 325i was have a burning smell, so I made an appointment with Mr. Le. Luckily he was able to schedule me in the next day. When i arrived he quickly diagnosed the problem within minutes I suppose from master technician experience. Turns out that it was just a bolt jarred loose in or around the valve cover gasket. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. In addition he only charged me 39.50 which is a blessing considering the amount of oil in my driveway. Fact is that he could have been like others hungry shops that over charged me in the past for similar repairs to other vehicles I've owned in the past. Thank you Golden Wrench for servicing our community well.

This place is a fraud. They took my $1200 but couldn't fix my car. They guarantee it would work after replacing new fuel pump. But after months going back and forth, my car's problem still hasn't been fixed. I guessed I lost my money. I'm gonna just file for fraud/scam to Federal trade commission.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

Really reasonably priced for their work. Mr. Lee is a very reassuring that they can do it, and by golly he can do it for less than was originally thought. Very honest man, I highly recommend this shop

They damage the frontend of my Mercedes while it was sitting in their shop. They did not say anything. I left my car there for three weeks and they didn t even work on it and they damage my front bumper. I do not recommend this auto shop.

If you call for a quote, they won't call you back and if you take your vehicle to them, they'll fix it without you giving them permission and charge you a ridiculous amount. Be careful.

They ONLY speak Vietnams and they're not on top of their game in my experience, and their prices are not reasonable. I wish we did not bring the car here. Please practice to speak more English when customers in your shop.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

Had to redo their work just to get the car running right.They change my ecu and key immobilizer with a check engine light code.I replace it w/ another one and everything was fine.It took a month to get my car back.Totally bad experience.I d think twice before coming to this place.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical
