After I saw that GNS was supporting their community schools by sponsoring theater activities, I decided I would give them a try. We have used them several times and have been thrilled with the results. Their prices are fair and their customer service is excellent. Really grateful that these find folks are in spring Branch.

Gns Complete Auto Repair has been servicing our 5 used cars since last year, a Toyota, Hyundai, Subaru, Jeep, Fiat & have shown so far integrity, experience, commitment & results. BJ can work on any car. No cappuccino machine but only a small fraction of the price and do not upsell you like others. Highly recommended as the best value in H-Town for auto repair.

I have the pleasure of being a customer at GNS for over 6 years. This place is really too good to be true! they combine COMPETENCE, REALLY LOW PRICES, HONESTY and friendly service. I went to them when I had a BMW (we all know how expensive the repair costs of it is) but I was pleasantly surprised to learn about their low prices and efficiency in fixing complex stuff. Now I own a Hyundai and I still go to them. They are VERY HONEST with their recommendations and offer very reasonable-low prices for their services. Whether you have a luxury car or not this is definitely a place you should consider to repair your car!

I found GNS after googling auto repair shops near my work. Robert, BJ and Manuel were extremely helpful, patient, transparent and hospitable. they helped save me hundred of dollars and even dropped me to my office.

Honestly I was shocked, I came in knowing how expensive mechanics are generally, but coming to GNS was shocking, the customer service the way they try to fix your car like it s their own, as a BMW owner it s very scary pulling up to a mechanic shop but here in GNS It s confidence knowing your issue is gonna be fixed! Thank you BJ for treating customers like family, nothing but love to your business!

*They will take advantage of young women alone looking for auto maintenance!!*Asked for a diagnostic report for check engine light. Like other reviewers have mentioned, I got ripped off here after asking specifically for a diagnostic check but they insisted they knew what was wrong and didn t need to do a diagnostics check. The tech confidently told me he knew *exactly* what was wrong so they charged me $300 to change a Chevy Cruze valve cover gasket. super hasty and false diagnosis. I ended up getting it fixed at Firestone, it was just a spark plug issue but this place completely overlooked that. Recommend going somewhere else where they listen to your requests, not sure why it s so hard to get a full diagnostic at this complete auto care place.

If u r going to fix ur car...ask for the Arabic guy there...He is trustworthy....but was all respect, some latino Tech there ( maybe ignorant or scammer) they don't check the car well...No honesty at all... And my problem is ABC Electric issue .....no brainerLong story short ...i paid over $600 for fix can be solved by myself for $170 (without labor fee). I did it buy myself ...went autoparts bought the , ignition coil for Chevy Sonic ,2015... Watched a YouTube videos (easy fix but the original part is expensive $170)My recommendation is ask about Arabic guy for fixing it by himself

Professional and reliable mechanic. You won't end up with extra fees. You know they are honest and will do their best to save you from doing unnecessary work on your car. I don't trust my car anywhere else.

I went in today for an oil change. There was a 30 min wait time.The price for a full synthetic oil change was under $40.00 so I was more than willing to wait. I had looked at the reviews of this place before hand. They seemed to be all true.The guys there was swamped with work but it didn't stop them from getting the job done. I was very pleased with the level of professionalism I received from the time I arrived until I left from GNS.

After dealing with a huge headache with other garages because they didn t want to install my aftermarket parts to my car. I decided to go to this garage and I m glad I did! Manuel is passionate and very knowledgeable about his work. He didn t gave me any excuses on why the job couldn t be done at all! Manuel did the exact opposite from other garage around the area and helped me out. My car performance is now perfect thanks to him and his crew. As for the price, I would say they re very reasonable and affordable. I had a lot of work done to my car today (Replace a bad air intake, switch suspensions, changed the thermostat and Radiator Cooler and heater hoses on my Dodge Challenger.) would totally recommend this garage to my friends, family and to whoever is reading this. Great job

GNS is the best shop I ve found. They are incredibly honest and will go above and beyond to complete work on your car. I moved away from Houston, but I make a 5 hour drive to return here if at all possible. I ve been quoted by other shops at over double the price and GNS always does timely work with great care. I m very happy to have found this place very happy to recommend them to anyone.

Highly honest and reliable. I've been bringing my truck to GNS for years and never once have I felt that I was overcharged or charged for work that perhaps was unnecessary. I tend to be a skeptic, but in this case, I fully trust this shop. BJ (the owner) is the best, and on a number of occasions has really gone the extra mile to get me taken care of.Service: General repairs & maintenance

1 Star for the guy at the front counter for being pleasant.To do business here is to promote inflation!! I brought my suv here for a simple AC Recharge and was quoted $120 and a couple hours wait w/o appt. No problem since everything is slightly more expensive. A couple hrs later they call to tell me it'll be $160!! TF!? I complain about the inflation, so he calls the owner. Owner doesn't care and claims freon prices tripled. I reply, "you've had my vehicle for hours now. I'm not canceling to waste my time or yours, but if you charge me $160 it's the last dime you get from me, my family and friends." Needless to say he still didn't care. So be it! While they're recharging my AC I call other shop nearby. Frank's automotive charges $70 and another less than a mile away charges $100.... same exact service!!I payed nearly double to test this companies integrity. You decide if you want to test mine. Have a blessed day.

I stopped by GNS today after looking at the reviews. I must say they were efficient, professional, and services prices are reasonable. The greatest part about my visit today, is when I had to walk back to the shop and get my truck. I hadn't quite made it there and Mr. BJ came and picked me up. He and the guys at GNS went Over and Beyond. I will continue to come back and bring my vehicles here.Thank you so much!!!

The mechanics here are fairly honest and do good work especially for people who really need it I believe. The owner seems pretty cool and easy to talk to. It's a small shop but I usually don't have to wait too long. I love how fair they are about oil change prices.

Honesty! Honesty! Honesty! The people I had change my oil before put the wrong filter on and I was leaking oil fast and my light came on sooner than I expected. Of course I didn t know that coming to this place. They told me what was wrong and that they would fix it. The place before didn t have the right filter so they just put any filter on. This place could ve done that too but they are truthful people. I will always come here and recommend you do too.

Was here for Alternator installation,, drive belt replacement,,Oil change and Battery installation. All the services were great...the totalcharges was so LOW and fair enough for the amount of work . Above all the service from Mr. Manuel was so friendly and great. No doubt I left feeling so satisfied and humbled by this business.

It is hard to find good and honest auto mechanics with fair prices and service repairs that you can count on. Not only fixing the problem you paid for the first time around, but looking out for other parts that may or require service and repair soon. No complaints on my end and I am pleased with the service repairs that were provided. I highly recommend this place to others.

At first I thought I was getting a good deal and professionalism instead ended up taking my truck back two times because of their "professionalism" also got transmission fluid or oil on my carpet of my car on my door panels on my steering wheel on my center console just all around unprofessional. Also why is there dog hair in my seat I don't have a dog?

I have visited this workshop because of a misfire in one of the cylinders of my car , the owner BJ is a great guy, he explained the problem to me precisely even though I don't have a good mechanical background but he found a way to make it easy.he gave me 3 possible solutions in which may fix the problem starting from the cheaper to the most expensive, he had done a great job.. there was one problem occurred after I got the car from him , I went back to him the other day and he spent 2 hours to fix it and for FREE!I highly recommend this guy, he knows what to do and he has a great integrity toward his clients.

Inexpensive auto repair.Usually prompt (inspection takes about 20m)-on my last oil change they ran out of a part and had to get someone to get it for them.Domestic and foreign (at least Mercedes, BMW, and Lexus).Not too much accommodation when it comes to waiting room though. (Small office space with AC, 4 old chairs, somewhat cramped. Two long benches outside)

Never come here BJ switched all the fuses around to my vehicle. Which Messed up the brain of the car and would not turn on. Hopefully yall don't have to experience something like that. I wish i could give it no stars. Like for real don't come here. This place is horrible.

This workshop is great, the manger there is aware of everything, but you have to call before you come, because there are a lot of people go to him. The price was so so. His job is excellent and he guarantees his work for ya, so if something goes wrong, you can just go again for him

Ask for BJ he is the best, just an awesome shop to go to. Always feel welcome and quickly helped. BJ is the smartest mechanic ever he truly takes time to research what s wrong with your car and fix the problem as opposed to suggesting issues fixing them for no reason and hopefully the problem is fixed. I personally trust BJ with all my vehicles and go to him for any issues that complex. If you have car problem you can t find a solution for give BJ a try I recommend it.
