Made an appointment to get my new car serviced. After about 5 months it needed an oil change. I came around 2:40 and my appointment was with Ethan. Ethan was really nice. I thought I only had one free oil change, but he did inform me that I indeed had plenty more. He took care of my car. Had great customer service . And It took about an hour and 20 minutes. Excellent job Ethan!

Our experience with the Gillman Honda Houston Service Department and Service Advisor Eric Macias was top notch. From beginning to end, we had such a great experience. From booking the service to picking up our vehicle after it was completed, I could tell that communication was first and foremost in Eric s mind. I was always updated and never had an issue getting ahold of Eric. He was able to provide a truly outstanding experience. 10/10 recommend!

I will admit the service has gotten so much better. Pretty close to EXCELLENT. Vicky P, my service agent was AWESOME. I got there at my appointment time and they were waiting and ready to take my car for service. My only disappointment was the fact that I was given some complimentary services and never was I told they would expire but when I was ready to check out was advised would have to pay. A proper warning of services expiring would have been great or to honor these would have been even better. That was very disappointing, but again the Service Agent Vicky was fantastic. Car was ready in a minimal time frame. I may not come back because they wouldn't honor the service though.

I was pleased with my service experience at Gillman Honda Houston. I had an excellent service tech named Ethan. He was low key but knowledgeable and gave me an accurate estimation of the time it would take to get the service completed, as well as the estimated cost of the service. He even showed me how to sync my phone to my car's Bluetooth.

Thank you guys for all that you did for me I needed my car as soon as I could get it and you were able to do that for me I will tell everybody I know about your dealership and how the service was outstanding and also how my service advisor Eric Macias went above and beyond to make sure that I was updated and that I was contacted and notified everyday of the status of my car! From start to finish your service team was very polite understanding and caring to me! I felt that my service advisor really cared and didn't treat me as if I was just any customer trying to sell me anything that I didn't need! Thank you once again I will definitely be coming back! I brought my SUV in to Gillman Honda Houston Service for an oil change, and to have the front wipers replaced. The service representative was very courteous and professional. He also went over a list of other repairs to consider, which I took under consideration for a future visit. Overall I was very satisfied with the customer service I received, and I will definitely be back.

Usually I m not one to write reviews about businesses but I had to share my very positive and pleasant experience with the Gillman Honda Service Center. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a warm and welcoming smile, he introduced himself as Anthony Coca (Service Advisor) and immediately asked me about MY needs and how he could assist me with my vehicle. Right off the bat it was already all about ME and my vehicles needs and I couldn t begin to tell you how good that made me feel as a customer. The way he worked together with his fellow service advisors and the way the whole team conducted themselves was amazing. When he had gone to check on the status of my vehicle, another advisor approached me and asked if I was in need of any assistance. That just goes to show you how EAGER this service center is to attend to YOUR needs. Their actions really speak loud volumes and I couldn t be more grateful for that. This is my 3rd Honda since 1999, but 2nd Accord since 1998. Let me get to the point. I had numbers in my head and which car I wanted because it was in my price range, but it wasn t the car I really wanted. But after Dino, Al, and John slid me a piece paper with numbers on it. To my surprise, everything was better than what I had going on in my head. I was actually able to get the accord I wanted and still came under my budget. The fact I didnt have to talk and got what I wanted was an amazing experience and have been happy since. Thanks to the professionals at Gillian Honda.Nathan

Greetings, I happened to be in town visiting from Arizona and my service light came on?I took my vehicle to Gillman and Mr. Anthony Coca did not hesitate servicing my vehicle! Himself and his team welcomed us as locals and completed oil change accordingly and in very reasonable time!We were back on our vacation and even had our vehicle washed!! Honda is pretty consistent and i love that they are not too pushy with upselling you on additional services. They always tell me 1 hour - 1hour 30 mins however my car is normally serviced and washed in 45 mins. I have no complaints, outside of more discounts.Thank You !

One of my tires was completely flat, and the other was deflated. Mr. Ralph Galvan assisted me in making the best choices. It turned out that both tires needed replacement, and Mr. Galvan promptly guided me through the process, ensuring that the tire replacements were done as quickly as possible. I appreciated Mr. Galvan's kindness and responsiveness to all my questions during this process.

Anthony Coca in the service department was wonderful. He had previous experience with my Pilot's unusual problem (car suddenly shutting down, no sign of life) and offered to check battery terminal connections. He quickly saw cause of problem and fixed it without my having to leave the car and send it back for further diagnosis. This is just the latest example of the fabulous service I have gotten at Gillman since I purchased my car there 5-1/2 years ago.

We recently moved from out of state to Houston TX. When I called Gillman Honda for car maintenance, service advisor, Denise, made an appointment for us. She was very polite, helpful, and professional. The first impression over the phone was already a 5-star. The next morning, my wife and I took our car there and were greeted kindly by everyone we came across. Denise checked our car record and found a recall that required additional attention. Because more time was needed, she quickly arranged the shuttle service to give us a ride home. When I called late in the afternoon to check the status, she suggested pick up the following morning and again arranged shuttle service. She went above and beyond, and it was so thoughtful of her to call me the next morning to confirm the shuttle pick-up at our convenience. The whole process went very smoothly thanks to the excellent service provided by those at Gillman Honda, including the two shuttle drivers. Denise even sent a follow-up text message to make sure all is well. I would rate Gillman Honda 5-star and highly recommend it to any Honda car owners in this area. My wife and I would like to especially commend Denise for her exemplary customer-centric approach, effective and timely communications, and her kindness. Next time we need our Honda car service, we know who to call.Services: Tires, Oil change

Daniella received me at the bay, took the keys, asked how i was doing, what was I there for, assured that all will be taken care off in the best possible way, all with a great smile and friendly attitude. Daniella made the visit stress free and best part is that she asked permission before starting to job done. She also gave an complimentary car wash. I was there for my Honda Accord Oil and Transmission fluid change. Great experience. Thanks Daniella.

The man that attended to me was ok.I will be very please if there will be an amendment.If a car need to remain in your workshop, it is better you don t allow the customer to take a risk of driving it on the high way because your workshop cannot provide him with an alternative to use for the 2 days before your approval and getting of the parts.Other workshop gives you alternative till your vehicle will be ready. Thanks

Their are very few dealers who keep customer first.I had awesome experience with Gillman Honda for my 19,000, service of Van.Eric was very instrumental in providing timely updates, clarify doubts and provide world class services. The services performed were Oil change, Break fluid flush and 2 recalls.Only because of Eric I receive my car on time and everything was well taken care of.

Gilman Honda did a great repair on my 2004 Honda which needed the airbag fixed. It was a bit pricey, but it was done well. Vickie, my service representative, was wonderful to work with. Everything was professional and timely.

I went for oil change here today. My advisor was Denise. She was very good and professional. These guys offered free inspections and identified few problems which I went ahead and got it fixed with them since I was going for a long road trip. The only negative I would like to give is when I got my car back after service, it was smelling terrible. The mechanics should put a plastic bag or paper before sitting in the customers car. The smell is so strong that I had to spray lot odor eliminator get rid of the smell I am also keeping my window glass down until the smell goes away. Not the review I had wanted to post but I want them to realize this so it should be taken care for other customers.
