Over the years I ve had several experiences with collision repair shops in the Houston area. None of them were positive. When I found myself in need again, believe me I was not looking forward to another round of false promises, endless excuses and disappearing customer service reps, so when I pulled into Elite Collision Center I was prepared for the worst.Pulling in I immediately recognized the lack of wrecked vehicles scattering the parking lot, street, adjacent vacant lot or ditch as it is with so many other repair shops in the area. I could see into the shop area and it was well organized and amazingly clean, especially for the type of services being performed there.I was immediately greeted upon entering the reception area, which pleasantly resembled a high end automobile dealership customer service waiting area. Tamer Zahran introduced himself and we proceeded to my vehicle to assess the damage. Tamer was extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and absolutely amazing to deal with. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.Since the damage to my vehicle was somewhat minor, Tamer ordered the parts and contacted me to schedule dropping off when the parts came in. What? You don t want to keep it in your lot until parts get here from China? How unusual! Parts came in in a matter of days, I dropped it off, Tamer kept me updated on the progress and I picked it up a couple days later. It was actually completed the day before I was able to pick it up.I would definitely recommend Elite Collision Center! 10+ stars! I had a palm tree fall on my Honda Civic completely shattering my sunroof buckling parts of the roof knocking off my side mirror cracking my windshield and several dents and other interior issues that were the result of its impact.Elite collision center sent a wrecker within the hour to tell my car to the shop.The manager, Tony, was super helpful and walked me through the process of what needs to be taken care of and what the insurance will cover. He talk to me straight forward with no BS making sure I was clear on what needs to be taken care of.All the work was done in a very timely fashion. When I got My car back, it looked like brand new.Not only had they repairedWhat was damaged but they also gave it a complete wash and shine inside and out!Not to mention the amazing waiting area.They have a Keurig coffee machine and they also offer hot tea and cold bottled water. And a nice big screen TV to keep you entertained while you wait.And I m a stickler for bathrooms and theirs was very clean and smelled nice.I could not be happier with the service I got from Elite Collision Center.Everyone I interacted with from the girls at the front desk to Tony and Tamer, we re extremely friendly and welcoming.This experience has been above and beyond what I have EVET gotten from any other auto body shop.This includes all the dealerships as well.I felt like part of the family !it was amazing and I will definitely be sharing my experience with all my friends and family! Was rear ended. Brought my 2020 GMC Sierra 1500 AT4 to Elite. Tony and staff did a fantastic job restoring to like new conditions. Ayda was outstanding in keeping me informed and contacting insurance Co and rental car agency. Couldn't be happier. I had a BEAUTIFUL experience working with Elite Collision Center. I got in an accident and Elite Collision offered me the BEST price around, fixed my car QUICKLY, and gave it back in damn near mint condition. The repair is flawless work, my car drives like a dream, and the entire process was quick and painless. I will absolutely be coming back should I have any further Auto work needed to be done. Took my Audi to Elite collision, someone scratched my car on the parking lot. Elite did a fabulous job, looks like new again. Great customer service, and the car was ready for pick up, as promised. Amazing body shop. Leroy helped me out and he was great at explaining everything. They fixed my car quickly and left it like brand new again. This will be my go to body shop from now on.

Overall satisfied with the service Elite Collision has provided. I was involved in an accident and chose Elite Collision as the repair shop for my BMW. They worked well with my insurance and made sure to add in all damages resulting from the accident. I will say I was initially displeased with the amount of time they had my vehicle. However their customer service support made up for this. Since having received my vehicle back I can now say that I am pleased with the overall work completed.

This is a great auto shop. Everyone was very professional and everything required to get me back on the road was fully explained to me before the work was done. No hidden surprises at all. I was referred by a friend and now Elite Collision Center will be my go to shop for all my auto needs. Just watched their tow trucks rip through public property, destroying it in the meantime. This is NOT how you drive, nor is it how you treat the property of others. If they treat your car the way they treat public property, GO ELSEWHERE.

This place was amazing from beginning to end. They did a great job fixing my car. They let me barrow a vehicle until my car was ready after my insurance paid the max on my rental and could no longer extend the rental. They kept me inform about my vehicle status all the time. The owner and the team are super nice and made me feel they actually care about my vehicle as much I do. I would definitely recommend Elite, they made this process super easy.Service: Body & Trim

From the initial tow until the call for pickup, the most Professional. COURTEOUS Service I have ever experienced at a Body Shop! Great Customer Service!! The staff has shown nothing less than great assistance!! The quality of the work is awesome!! Ms.Christina and Ms.Lynn was extremely resourceful and understanding!! Mr. Tony was very pleasant and reasonable with the pricing. In addition, the parts were provided with warranty!! Lastly, the work was done a timely fashion. And no additional expense were charged. I am definitely satisfied and will return again for future services if needed.

This review is long overdue. This shop does excellent work. All the staff are pleasant and great to work with. I have had work done on several of my cars and the body work is always outstanding. They worked with my insurance to give me the best deal possible. I have had other cars done under the manager, Tony at his previous place. He is fabulous to work with. Always pleasant. They gave me a loaner to use while my car was being repaired. This is the only place I will have any body work on my cars.Service: Body & Trim

Elite Collision Center was more than helpful to me. They walked me through every step of the way while my car was in the shop! Ali answered all my questions & the front desk was very flexible with me. Saying my car looked good as new would be an understatement, it came out AMAZING !! I live 30 mins away from there & it was worth every drive. I will continue to use their services! I would definitely recommend to my friends and family!

I absolute LOVED the service at this place. They are super professional and go out of their way to make you happy. Diana took it upon her self to help with my car and handled all the insurance claim details. She made it happen for me. My car looks just the way I did when I got it fresh out the dealers. They even gave me a rental. I didn t pay a dime as she took care of it with the insurance. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for above and beyond service. You will not be disappointed.

I highly recommend taking all of you auto needs to Elite Collision center. I was involved in an auto accident and Lynn helped me every step of the way with pointing me in the right direction to receive the help I needed. If you are one who doesn't know much about handling the after math of car accidents then I can assure you that Lynn will provide you great customer service and explain every detail! I am very happy with this decision of choosing Elite Collision!!

Getting t-boned certainly ruined my morning, but from the moment their wrecker showed up, and until my car was returned, it was the best possible experience. The wrecker driver told me what I should pay attention to on the cite of the accident, and kept me calm. I was given a choice where to be taken. The moment I showed up at elite collision center they gave me coffee(morning coffee is a necessity in my life), pen and paper, and told me what insurance would ask to have it ready. They rented me a car, after giving me an option to take me to any other rental place, and dealt with the insurance where I didn't have to do a thing. They sent picture to the insurance, so that approximate appraisal happened the same day. They called me twice a week to tell me what is happening. When I called them, they were attentive and gave me all the information I needed. It has been a few weeks since I got the car back, and it is absolutely back to the condition it was in, and if something goes wrong, they have a lifetime warranty on their work. Everything went so great and so smooth that I was even worried that I missed something. I didn't. It cost exactly as much as insurance said it did, the car is exactly in the condition I expected it to be, the service was stellar, and everyone is amazing. I don't recommend getting into a car accident, but if you do, I do recommend going to elite collision.

Use a helicopter to drop your vehicle off, as the complete success of your repair will have you flying, when you depart Elite Collision! Single, married, and business commuters in Harris County Texas often endure the unpopular need of a collision repair company. Can a company be "Elite" without being "Unique"? Tony and the staff at Elite Collision consistently demonstrated communicative, friendly, technical expertise and professionalism during our interactions. An unwavering pursuit of commitment to the customer first is only the beginning of the unique attributes we experienced at Elite Collision. Flexibility and availability are rarely cohesively found in the collision industry but Tony and the staff were ready to receive, diagnose, and begin work on our vehicle immediately. While battling Covid 19 travel complications and scheduled for a flight the same day - we contacted Elite Collision to repair our newer model Audi A8L. We dropped off our vehicle, received a courtesy ride home, returned from our trip and picked up a rental vehicle directly at the shop. Our repair required detailed part sourcing and on two occasions our insurance adjuster waffled on the source of our damages. The expert explanation, technical demonstration, and authentication provided by Tony became the deciding factor and our vehicle was fully restored. My review is well overdue. I first encountered Elite when my car was in accident and the front bumper and side of my car was damaged. I was met with an awesome tow truck driver who took me to Elite, set me up with a rental and worked everything out with my insurance with nothing out of pocket. In such a stressful situation Elite stepped up with awesome customer service. Part 2. I just went back to get some work done on my car with a reasonable price, OEM parts and again the same excellent service and communication as I received 2 years ago. I will be coming back for more work and recommend Elite for accident and service needs.Service: Body & Trim

Rebuilding a forty-year old car. Requested tow to make a four mile flat bed tow from home to paint shop. Used this service because I had used them before for an emergency tow, for which they charged $125. This time they switched me to a different tow service that charged $250 . I was in a bind to get the car to the paint shop while they still had a cleared bay open. Left me feeling ripped off. I will never use them again. If you have this tow service in your contacts list, delete them and find another, asking for prices first.UsefulFunnyCool

My truck had to have frame work done and headlights replaced also an alignment. Several other details were taken of, the truck was done in just a few days. Customer service was impeccable recieved calls on every issue/problem, they kept me informed. My 2020 Chevy Silverado was involved in a hit a run, Elite Collision was able to repair all damages and return my vehicles back to me exactly the way it was when I purchased. Lynn Salinas was so helpful she happened to be at the tow yard when I went to remove contents of my vehicle that was in a roll over collision. She was so sweet and polite and assisted me w absolutely everything. Even gave me her personal cell if I needed anything in the future. I hope Elite knows what an asset they have in their employee Lynn. Thank you!!!
