If you haven t got custom work done by Gas Pedal industries then you haven t received true quality work and excellent customer service. I ve taken multiple of my trucks there and every time have been nothing but happy. Chad and his team are a solid set of guys that keep an open line of communication from the time you drop your vehicle off, to the time you pick it up. I highly recommend these fellas. The photos I have added are a recent build Chad completed on my work truck.

Chad is the man! Only person I trust with my lifted trucks. Super honest and reliable. Had an accident happen in my favorite truck and had no idea where to even begin! Chad acted quickly and got my truck to his shop, and with the help of him and his crew they came up with a solution that would put me back on the road in no time. Super grateful and can hands down say this guy makes miracles happen! Thank you so much!! You have a customer for life!!!

I bought a warranty for the 4 new Good Year tires that I purchased with Gas Pedal and when I needed a tire to be repaired, because of a nail it had they said they had to give me another tire because the tire could not be repaired because of the place where the nail was. I waited more than 4 weeks and they didn't call me so I called and they told me to wait longer, when I called back they said they already had it. They gave me a used tire that is not Good Year like the others and they also told me that they no longer have the warranty program so the other three tires lost the rotation, repair and replacement warranty. It's unfair because I paid for a warranty that was supposed to last for the life of the tires.

Always a great experience at Gas Pedal. Chad knows his stuff. Great guy and great team. Very knowledgeable. He is willing to go the extra mile and will even still work in the shop so his guys can have vacation.

Just picked up my truck from the guys at Gas Pedal yesterday and let me say hands down best in the business not only did I get the truck back on time as promised but there was full communication throughout entire process! The brand of tire I selected originally was backordered and Chad called me to inform me and asked if I wanted to reschedule or change to a different tire in stock and I opted to go with the different tire! Upon picking up my truck i was not only given a discount cause the tires were less than the ones I asked for originally but Chad took the time to walk around the truck with me and answer all my questions! Hands down will send everyone his way! You guys rock thanks Gas Pedal!

Always receive the best service when taking our vehicles in! This is the second truck we've brought to Gas Pedal and they do not disappoint. The owner, Chad, is very knowledgeable and helps to ensure you are getting the best quality parts for the look and budget you are working with. They took our vision and parts choices and helped us get exactly what we were looking for! Parts came in fast and they kept us updated on the progress since the truck would take a few days to complete. Took our new stock 2019 2500HD and completely transformed it! 10/10 would recommend Gas Pedal Industries!

Gas Pedal Industries came highly recommended so I went and talked to Chad made arrangements to bring in my truck . I paid for a BDS 6 in lift , wheels tires , Icon Upper control arms , fox coilovers 2.0 remote res , fox 2.0 on the rear . What I got was a ProComp lift that was put on incorrectly. There was a shield for something that should have been removed when the lift was done . It screetched and made racket when I turned into my driveway. I took it back to get everything torqued back to specs after 1500 miles . That was not done the banging was not addressed . After a serious internet search I finally found someone that had the same issues . So I looked at his set up pictures and looked at what I have . They were a match . Since I paid for a BDS lift but got a ProComp lift the front coilover springs are being hit by the Tie Rod ends . The receipt was not corrected nor the prices so my guess they ordered shocks to fit a BDS lift not ProComp so everything is out of whack . I spoke with ProComp sent pictures of the control arms that were installed . It was sent home with one dust cap because the Uca on the passenger side the dust cap would not fit . I had to buy the dust cap from ProComp nobody seemed interested at Gas Pedal was interested. I spoke with Chad about it and he said bring it in he didn't do business that way . I told him every time I have been there it was worse when I left so i would have to pass . I was not told that the ProComp lift and UCAs were installed until the parts were installed and the choice was no longer mine . If the mixture of parts would have worked together i would have no problem with it . But they were not compatible with the shocks . Fox shocks for a BDS lift don't work so well with ProComp lifts . I was charged premium prices for less quality parts that were defective or not compatible with the other components. There are significant price differences in BDS and ProComp no refund was given just ignored . Today I am having a BDS lift put on and the ProComp garbage taken off . I have filed complaints with the Attorney General for fraud and doing faulty work . Also considering legal action . I took a brand new 2018 F150 in for the lift it is 2023 now I only have 12k miles on it because it was embarrassing to drive and probably dangerous as well . If you decide to go with Gas Pedal Industries for your lift check every part , make sure you get what you paid for . I am a disabled veteran and saved a while to get the King Ranch edition and was going to have my dream truck but Gas Pedal took my dream truck and made it a nightmare. I have replaced the no name upper control arms with Icon Aluminum billet djs the no name ones are in the bed of my truck . ProComp said there were NOT ProComp upper control arms so no suprise the dust caps didn't fit . I am tired of forking out big cash to fix Gas Pedal negligence. If you pay for specific parts and equipment you should get what you paid for .BUYER BEWARE

I was referred here by Tim at Texas Truck Tires and had no expectations of what to expect. This place was a joy to do business at. Who knew spending money could be so fun. I chatted with Brent for a solid hour and he listened to my needs and wants and we were able to narrow down the right solution for my vehicle. He wasn't your usual salesman that tries to shove every modification and upcharge down your throat. This place does amazing work and they went above and beyond to fit me in their busy schedule. I added a 3 1/2 lift to my truck and it was just enough to fit those beefy ford raptor wheels and tires in! I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Their passion and love for the work they do is clearly apparent in the attention to detail and their interactions with their customers.

Very happy with my experience with Chad and his team. I had several aftermarket upgrades done to my truck, all work was completed with top rated equipment that was recommended by Chad. I agree with other reviews that have credited this business with the best value in Houston - I completely agree!!

Went with my son to pick up his newly built Ford F250. Owner was extremely nice. Took my son all around the build to show him what they did and how/when to maintain the new features. Very personable. Other employees very attentive to last minute details and making sure things were correct. Highly recommend this business!Jason Wallace

To first off add context I have never left a negative review for any company before. I sent my truck to Chad s shop for a 6 lift, wheels/tires and electric steps for my 2018 GMC 2500. On the sale of the service Chad went above and beyond. We scheduled my truck once the parts came in weeks out in advance so that they can ensure to get it done in minimal time as to not have my truck down longer than needed. I dropped it off on a Wednesday evening right before they closed so they could start first thing in the am. It was supposed to be done the following Monday. Fast forward to 15 days later it was finally done after all the yea it should be done tomorrow several times throughout the 2 weeks. When I got it back there was a significantly loud clanking noise when going over the slightest bump, the truck had a terrible alignment and one center caps was mismatched from the other 3. I brought it back twice to them and they could not figure out the clanking noise and in fact Chad said I don t even hear anything. All I can figure is he must be deaf. I have text him several times about the center cap and it has been the same response each time let me contact my wheel rep and I will get back to you. Of course I am still waiting on that phone call. I finally gave up on Chad and his shop and brought it to Cutten Customs. They knew exactly what the noise was and took care of it immediately. I would not use Gas Pedal ever again. They apparently lack the knowledge needed to install lift kits and service after the sale.

Gas Pedal has always treated my family and everyone I have referred there like family. From lifts, to performance upgrades , and general repairs. Top notch customer service and more then helpful staff. The owner Chad goes the extra mile to make sure your experience is enjoyable and your vehicle leaves the shop over your expectations. There s a reason you were referred here, quality work and customer service

Top notch service and quality. Brent and Chad are both very knowledgeable and helpful. I absolutely love the quality and attention to detail they put into their customer s vehicles. My Jeep looks amazing and drives better now than it did when it was all stock.

I cannot give enough praise on the quality and expertise of the Gas Pedal crew. Ever since getting into the aftermarket truck lifestyle, Gas Pedal has been my one-stop for everything. There is nothing they cannot do. I've had other shops and dealerships screw me over, whether it be to take advantage of my ignorance of a specific situation in hopes of overcharging or overselling, or to hope I come back with future problems they saw coming. That's not Gas Pedals' way of doing business. They go above and beyond, no matter how big or small. Whether you need a simple oil change, or a complete rebuild, they treat your vehicle as if it were their own. Chad, Brent, and the rest of the crew treat you like family. They have earned my business for life and I would not recommend any other shop or business over them! Keep up the excellent work guys!

These guys did awesome work to my truck. They have a ton of experience and captured what I was looking for, even though I wasn t exactly sure what I wanted at first. Their knowledge and recommendations were exactly what I needed to hear. They are perfectionists and very meticulous about every detail like they are working on their own trucks! Excellent work and warranty. I had a pair of fog lights installed and LED bulbs installed by Gas Pedal. I had some issues and had to return my truck for them to check it. It ended up the issue was unrelated to their work, but they still offered to fix it. Good people that back up they work.

I have been bringing my vehicles here for years. The staff is super helpful and very professional! The services are priced right and very competitive. I won t bring my car anywhere else. It s noticed that quality work is hard to come by these days but with Gas Pedal you should have zero worries. I had a ton of questions and they were super patient and friendly. To me that s important I didn t feel I was being taken advantage of as a female because I don t know much about vehicles.

This place is great. Took my 19 2500hd in for a lift wheels and tires. Chad ans Brent they took care of me, I was a little worried because is was a brand new truck. I was wrong to be worried, they did it right and stand behind there work. Im used to never paying people to work on my trucks, but gas pedal will get my money when I can afford it. This place rocks, 10/10 will recommend to anyone that needs lifts or just any custom or simple work on trucks done.

My husband s Jeep was repaired at Gas Pedal 4-5 months ago with a radiator replacement that was too small and held in with zip ties. The line, we found out later , had disconnected and we had to be towed back 60 miles to our RV while on vacation. The vacation ended and we repaired the radiator ourselves. We just arrived in Georgia and couldn t drive the Jeep when we unhooked it from the RV. We had it towed again to a well know Jeep shop 35 miles from here. Unfortunately, the front and rear gear differentials replaced by Gas Pedal ( at the same time as the radiator) came apart due to improper parts and installation. The work is being redone, this time without zip ties, with proper lock down of bolts and appropriate parts. We can t recoup the loss of funds in this whole process but we know the mechanic or group of mechanics at Gas Pedal can t be qualified like they say. I am sure we aren t the only ones out there. A final note, we did try to contact the owner before and he would not respond to the phone calls. That might have been polite after $5300 plus new repairs and towing.

I hade to share my dealings with this company. My son bought a jeep from a guy and was told these people would send a new gate lock for it.Chad, whatever his title is has ZERO I mean zero customer service skills. Has a huge chip on his shoulder, constantly giving an attitude on a problem I did not create. We spent over a month trying to get a response from them and for them to ship the part I was told they would. They then shipped the wrong part (which was also broken), which I had to call many times, email many times to get a response. Response was I needed to buy a different bumper, which I did not put the one on it. Chad called it an "internet chinese bumper". LOL. I have no idea where it came from, but you shipped a part from your company, and quoting chad "doing a friend a favor", (the previous owner must be the friend) then realized it is not the part I needed, and it was broke when it arrived. I had to ask if they wanted me to ship it back to them many times, to get a nasty childish response that if it was going to be that much hassle "DUDE" don't worry about it. Ha. Have not been called a "dude" in many years in the customer service industry. I wasn't that worried about it, but I just wanted a dang response to do them a favor to ship it back. I did ask for them to send me a shipping label. Why would I pay for something to be shipped back that I did not incorrectly send out in the first place. Please do not deal with Chad, if you get a response from him. Brent is the person that can atleast provide some customer service from my son and I experience. Terrible.

If you don't mind geing an estimate than once you save up your money later on, getting a second over $100 higher estimate for the same job, then by all means, use these people. Also, they charge sales tax on all auto repair labor which I believe in the State of Texas isn't correct. Also, they did the repair but neglected to tell me that the aftermarket part they used would forever require me to modify other components in the jeep which will no longer fit as a stock OEM item. If I had know that, I would have went a different route to repair the jeep with a stock OEM part.
