Gas Head Motorworks has been the best auto shop I have had the pleasure to do business with. Clint is thorough, honest and very efficient with his diagnostics and performance of maintenance on my 1997 Miata (which he specializes in). I make an appointment, he diagnosis the problem with in a few hours and usually I have my vehicle the very next day depending on what needs to be done. I not only plan to take my Miata to Gas Head but also our family vehicles.I am very grateful I found Gas Head Motorworks and Clint Host. I have a 91 Miata that I purchased as a project car for me to work on, a year later it turns out I didn t really have the time or patience to learn how to work on it. That being said I did some research and found out about Clint on a Miata forum. He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough when it comes to his work. He got my Miata running perfectly and I couldn t be happier! After Eric s Car Care on Kirby quoted me over $8000 to fix my wife s fiat 500, I contacted Clinton at GHM for a second opinion. He did his diagnostic test and was able to fix the problem for $400! Professional and honest business from Clinton at Gas Head Motorworks. GHM gets an A+++ 100% recommendation from Me! My wife is back on the road getting 28-35 mph

I've brought three Mini's now to Clint at Gas Head Motorworks and every time the experience has been beyond expectations. The attention to detail and the quality of work performed is unmatched by any mechanic I've ever done business with. They use only top quality parts and fluids, the pricing is fair, and I'm floored every time with the improvement in behavior of the vehicle when it's been to visit them. Highly recommended and strongly encourage anyone trying to get the best out of their performance or daily automobile to give Gas Head a try, as you will not be disappointed.

Clint has been maintaining my Miata for many years. There is NO ONE on the planet, not even the Mazda engineers, that knows these cars better than he does. The service is quick and accurate and the price is always fair and competitive. There is NO reason to take your Miata/Lotus/Mini anywhere else. To make the point even more clear, local Mazda dealerships have brought cars to him to troubleshoot problems that they couldn't figure out. To me, that says a lot. Clint is the most honest mechanic in the industry, bar none. Can you tell I am a happy customer?

My 2000 Miata has found a new garage, when it needs repairs. Clint took my car in, replaced the timing belt and other repairs that were needed to keep it running brand new and he was done the following day. In by 10 am Wednesday, done by the end of the day Thursday! Picked the car up and the engine was clean, even more clean than the day it rolled out of the plant. Beyond reasonable pricing and very professional. Thanks Clint, the car works great. Jamie

I'd had my Mini into a couple of shops for alignment and they couldn't get it right. Clint figured out the problem and got it perfect. I needed some other deferred maintenance work done and it was done right, quickly, with a fair price and no oversell. I'm very satisfied and I see where all these 5 star ratings come from. By appointment but well worth the wait.

There is a reson you will see nothing less than five stars as ratings for Gas Head. They earn every star. I heard rave reviews for several years from all the other Lotus owners who had taken their cars to Gas Head, but had not taken my Elise there because their location is just not convenient for me. Now I am a convert. These guys are the real deal. They know what they are doing. They are honest. They will tell you what they can do and when they can do it and be absolutely right most of the time. They will also advise you what they think you should not do if they think it is not good value for you. They care about each car as if it was their own and their lives depended on things being done right. If I could give a higher rating I would.

Took my 92 miata in for the rear main seal, crank seal, cam seals and oil pan replacement and a couple of other things Clint found needed replacing and I'm glad I did. Clint knew exactly what he was doing and gave me a good price, will definitely be coming back here. If you have a miata Clints the guy you want working on it.

Clint is very trustworthy. He doesn't just work on Miatas though. That's how we found him originally, but he works on everything :)His rate is the same as taking my car to the VW dealer, except that I have more faith that his work is solid and done with pride.

One of the best mechanics I have ever dealt with, and I grew up in the business. Honest and exceptionally good. Last work I had done there involved electrical wiring repair. His finished work looked like factory original, except he actually made it better than factory. Outstanding.
