Johnathan and his dad provided great accurate service! They helped me with my Elantra on its last leg. They helped me get it back up and running with electrical and brake work and I was able to get it traded in (on their recommendation) for a new vehicle. When I need service again weather scheduled or emergency I ll be back for years to come.Services: Electrical, Brakes

I knew my car needed a lot of work, I haven t been taking good care of it. I explained how much I could spend this go around and asked if he could prioritize things, and I come back in a few months. They totally understood and worked with me on importance , timelines, and things I could do until I bring my car in next. He turned it around in a day and a half. Even buffed out my terrible headlights. As I was leaving they noticed my break light was out, and knew I would be getting an inspection soon. He called me and told me to whip it back around and they fixed it in less than 10 minutes.Communication 10/10Repair time 10/10Customer service 1000/10I will be taking all my cars here, and recommending to all my friends and family.

I live in memorial, but work in Katy, so my car s health is very important to me. These guys have always spotted my car every-time I needed repairs on it on short notice. I truly appreciate all the work they ve done thus far. I can say these guys are extremely reliable and will tell you what needs to be done in the long term as well.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I went in to get an estimate for a headlight repair. He was very rude from the start. Pushing my headlight and insulting me, and my intelligence. He slammed my car hood down and kept pushing the front of car, insulting my car again and making rude comments!!! Service here is rude and veryvery unprofessional!!! In my opinion he was just racist against me, his angry come from hate against my religion. I did nothing to this man, other than ask for an estimate wearing a head scarf. The treatment I received was very unnecessary and immature. Not professional at all!

Just like to share my experience with G-Man Automotive. From AC issues to Water Pump they have taken care off all needs for my vehicle. Both G-Man Pops as well as G-Man Jr. have outstanding customer service. Both times they address the issue with my vehicle and had it back in reasonable time. Last visit they hooked me up with an Oil Change. I recommend G-Man to everyone for any vehicle problems. I give them and easy 10/10. I will continue to bring my vehicles to them for any upcoming issues. Go check em out . You won't regret it.Services: Air conditioning, Oil change

Wonderful shop with wonderful owners! Mr. Gonzalo was kind and gave me prompt fee and costs. They finished the bodywork on my car and on time! I definitely recommend them for bodywork and other services!Update: Went to G-man again for a body work and they never fail to provide quality service. There was a time when this establishment provided good service. But, not now. I would not recommend them to anyone. Jonathan, the son was very rude and very very unprofessional when attempting to have a conversation with him & get an understanding about an issue. If you want to be treated with respect try another mechanic shop.

After reading reviews online, I decided to bring my car here. Staff was super friendly and willing to look at my car right away. They began work right away, and I was able to leave with my car repaired 4 short hours later. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations, as did the cost, very fair prices. I have never seen my engine so clean. I highly recommend this place. Honesty and quality are a rare combination, but they are present here.

Was recommended to Jonathan at G-Man Automotive by a friend. He replaced an oil pump, cracked oil pan, and timing chain service on our Honda accord. He was doing things only as needed and wasn't trying to upsell. Since then I've brought him two more vehicles. One for a valve cover gasket, the other to replace the tensioner and idle pulley. Reasonably priced, and will continue to bring my vehicles here.

This is one of those reviews where the service is so great you literally want to write the review before you leave the establishment. I stopped in Saturday mid-morning because my car would vibrate at an accelerated speed I knew for sure I needed brake pads, but wanted to be sure(I like many others read all of the positive reviews and decided to give it a shot). I'm greeted by G-man's son Jonathan, who listens, checks out my car, and instantly quote me on the best pricing you'll find for brake pads and new rotors! Even though I didn't have an appointment he let me know he could easily fit me in and within an hour I was done.Great service! Great work! Great everything!You have a lifelong customer....

I've been to these guys 3 separate times and each time they have done exceptional work. I highly recommend them. Great attitudes, great service and they will get your car back to you in a timely fashion. As long as G-Man Automotive is in business I will be a loyal customer.

Awesome service with great prices! Jonathan was very nice, friendly and explained everything very well. Honda was going to charge me twice as much for a windshield repair. G-Man was able to find an affordable route for me. The best part is that they helped me with transportation to and from my car! I m very happy with the repair and will definitely be coming back for any future repairs!

G-Man Automotive & Body Shop is by far one of the best shops in Houston! I have been getting my car serviced here for seven years, and as a woman with no substantial knowledge of vehicles, they always ensure that I am receiving the best quality of service every time! Jonathan is very knowledgeable and exceeds my expectations. I only trust G-Man with servicing my vehicles. I always go to G-man automotive for my oil changes but recently my car was hit and the back bumper and trunk needed to be replaced.G-man did an excellent job, my car is like new and everything was done in a timely manner. Fantastic service. My car has broken down about 4 or 5 times in the last few months, it s old and worn out and has had a range of issues. They ve helped me out so much with repairs, and the pricing is great. On one repair I took it to a shop that wanted to charge me $300 more than what G man did it for. They re very honest and helpful. I don t know a lot about cars but the manager always takes the time to explain the issue to me in depth so I can actually understand the problem and what caused it. I highly recommend this place!

The moment you walk in you feel very welcomed! The staff is amazing! I took my car in for the breaks and wheel locks and the prices were very reasonable. Usually mechanic shops are very dirty but not this one, they keep it very nice and clean! I highly recommend this place! After discovering them I ll continue to bring my car here always! As a woman it s hard to find a shop that s trustworthy.... thank God for G-Man Automotive & Bodyshop!

I took my car here to have some body work done and they were absolutely wonderful about everything. I had an appointment at 8 am and the worker was running late and I had to get to work asap, but the manager took up the job and gave me a fair estimate without skipping a beat.When I had to drop off my vehicle for work, they got me a rental car very easily and took car of my car in a reasonable amount of time. I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone needing to get work done. Good customer service and great work. They really care about their customers. No complaints on my end.

This body shop is just awesome! Jonathan and the rest of the employees did such a fantastic job fixing up my car and they were very affordable. They only charged me for half of my deductible! I called every few days for the two weeks my car was there and they were happy to provide updates. When I picked it up, they had cleaned the inside and outside and it looked like a brand new car! I will gladly go back there if I need body work again and would definitely recommend them!

I frequently take my car to this Auto repair shop all year long for years now and never once found a reason to question coming back. I regularly get monthly car services from oil changes to general car maintenance issues and minor and major car accident repairs, and I never had anything to complain about. They provide great service, and guarantee honest feedback and detailed quality work at more than a convenient and timely manner. They're very friendly and easy to talk to. I have been more than pleased and satisfied at G-man Automotive repair shop and would highly recommend them.

Awesome service! The manager has such GREAT customer service skills as well as everyone else that works there. He told me that the job would be complete by morning and he called at 8:30 am telling me to pick it up!! Definitely recommend, they are not here to steal your money but here to make sure you get top quality service and that you aren t coming back in two weeks to a month for the same problem!! Thank you G-Man Auto and keep up the good work!!

I ve know Gonzalo and Jonathan for many years. They are exceptional!! Can t trust anybody else like I trust them with my cars. I know the quality of their business and service, their ethics and high standards. They are like family to me and that s how all their clients view them.

I've known Gonzalo for years and have always brought my cars to him. Recently, I had G-Man Automotive repair my harmonic balancer on a 2006 Mini Cooper S. I don't know much about cars... all I know is that I saved roughly $1000 in repairs by bringing my car here after getting quotes from two other places. They are fast, friendly, and most importantly, honest. To me, it's hard to find honesty in this type of business, and these guys make it easy for me to completely trust them. You will be making the right decision by bringing your vehicles to this shop.

G-man Auto was the second repair shop I brought my car to for transmission repairs because the first shop mis-diagnosed the problem. As soon as I walked in, I noticed a clean and organized waiting area. Gonzalo (G-man) immediately introduced himself, was very friendly and seemed genuinely concerned about customer service. I needed a ride to work that morning, and G-man happily offered me a ride. Just a few hours later, I received a thoughtful diagnosis, explanation, and repair options without any pressure. Not only did they complete the repairs effectively and on-time, they also washed my car. All around customer service from all members of G-man Auto staff was top notch. I will be recommending this shop to all my friends and family.

Unfortunately I have bad luck driving in Houston .... my car got backed into at a red light (crazy I know!!).. the adjuster gave me the option to chose where to take my car so I chose G-Man because of the reviews. My car looks better than it did when I first got it ! They were super nice .. they even gave me a ride to enterprise to get my rental. Everyone there is super nice and I would highly recommend this place to anyone that needs their car fixed.! I will definitely go back to them if my car gets messed up again.Thank you !!!!!!
