Everyone should have a knowledgeable, professional and just plain good car guy in their life. G&S Automotive is that guy! AJ and his team are honest, knowledgeable and professional. He makes sure you, the customer, understands exactly what is wrong with your vehicle and how he will fix it. They get you back on the road as quick as they can and smile while doing it. This is the kind of service that is so very hard to find these days. I especially recommend G&S for single women or women who don t have a car guy husband. He will not take advantage of you in any way. Go see him for your next oil change or repair. You won t regret it!

I found G &S Automotive Services through great, positive reviews. I feel like I have a friend who owns a mechanic business. I can trust the work, and I always feel like the prices are fair. I m writing this review so that others can also feel like they have a friend in the business and take their prized vehicles to a company they can trust!An extra bonus is the comfortable customer waiting room! I wasn t ready to leave when my car was ready!

I inherited a BMW that needed lots of work. The dealership s quote was very high. G&S was almost half. I m never surprised about the quality of work of G&S. It s ALWAYS top notch. But what I appreciate most is that the customer service, attention to detail, integrity, and professionalism of G&S.

I have been a loyal customer to AJ for the past 5 years. If you're looking for a place that is friendly, accommodating, and does AMAZING work, G&S automotive is your place. They're a family run business with two great locations. As a single woman, I greatly appreciate AJ always taking time to explain to me exactly what he's doing and why. His honesty, SPECTACULAR work, and friendly environment keeps me coming back!

Had work done due to accident after Christmas and did completion today by replacing struts . So glad I found this diamond years ago in my own back yard . AJ, Bertha & the entire great staff are top notch ! Put their number in your phone - no one wants to need but if your car needs help, look no further. Honesty & Integrity right here.

Honest mechanics. They were even lower than the estimate. Needed extensive brake work and they fixed me up! I would send either of my daughters there by themselves and would not even worry. Blessed to have a mechanics shop that actually cares about its reputation.

It's tough to find an honest automotive service under any circumstance but especially in a new town. G&S was recommended by my college network. Well done! AJ and staff will treat you right. I can't recommend them enough.

I recently had my car serviced here and I highly recommend G&S. The staff are all friendly and honest and communicated with me thoroughly about everything. My car was finished same day and everything is running great. If you re looking for someone to service your vehicle G&S is the place to go.

A. J. and his mechanics always try to go above and beyond to get you back on the road a.s.a.p. Always upfront and honest which speaks volumes about the integrity of the shop. Won't let anyone else touch my family's vehicles.

To sum it up: friendly, affordable, fast! Highly recommended. I took my car here based on a recommendation from a family friend. By far, the best experience I've had with a mechanic shop! I was met in the parking lot by a very friendly young man who listened to my concerns and explained the process very well. Then, I got very honest information on what was needed and what I could wait to fix. Everyone I talked to was super friendly, very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain things. AJ really went above and beyond for me and my car and I'll definitely be going back!

Finally, an automotive shop that is trust worthy with great customer service. I got all 4 wheels alignment, front brakes, and LED headlights installed on my Toyota Sequoia at a reasonable price. The LED headlights are SO bright!!

My whole experience here was amazing!! From the moment I drove up, to the minute I drove off.AJ and his team, are very professional, honest and transparent with services and cost. They walk you through everything and explain in detail. (Something not all mechanic shops do.) I literally had a horrible experience elsewhere, and trust me, I will never make that mistake again.I m very impressed and pleased with their customer service and with all the knowledge they provided me. I greatly appreciate it, guys. Thank you so much!! > Ohhhh and their waiting area it s so cute and comfy. You ll feel like you re home. Super cute!Highly recommend G & S Automotive. The owner is a thief and arrogant. Do not believe anything that he says. Be careful they have two locations one on Gessner and other near Witte Road. If you are not white or you look poor, they will tell you that you must make an appointment before they can talk to you. They will tell you they charge $120+ per hour but they would not tell you how many hours it will take to fix the car. Then the owner told me best to throw the car away. Needed a new mechanic after my old wasn't cutting it anymore, found G & S Automotive through online reviews and they have been amazing. My new favorite auto repair business. They were professional, gave me all the information to understand what was going on. Even though they were busy they made our repairs a priority because we were getting ready to take a trip. :). They were a fraction of the cost of the dealership. What a blessing! G&S is the BEST! My daughter s brakes were failing and we needed someone reliable and trustworthy. Based on feedback and reviews, I decided to take her car to G&S. I was nervous about being taken advantage of based on poor experiences with other mechanic shops, but from the moment I arrived I felt at ease. I have taken my truck to G and S automotive to fix my brakes and my A/C. AJ the owner, is very helpful and willing to explain everything and will do what it takes to help you. I have been to him multiple times and he has really helped me out with a lot of work on my Ford Ranger. He fixes everything and stands behind his work. I can't say enough great things about this company, their work, and their employees. My daughter's car broke down in Houston, and they took care of her like she was one of their own. G&S Automotive is the place to take your vehicle for your automotive service. The staff (Bertha and AJ) are kind and informative. They provided the service I asked for and fixed another underlying issue I knew I had but couldn't figure out the cause. The price, affordable and the time it took to service my vehicle was just one day. AJ was very helpful and honest. Love how transparent he was with my cars issue and how he wasn t trying to rip me off, as well as the level of professionalism! They have such a cozy lounge area and really go above and beyond. The issue with my A/C was fixed in literally like 2 or 3 hours and it works amazing now. Will definitely be referring friends and family to their business and going to them when I have car troubles!

Honest & Trustworthy!We've been taking our cars to G&S for a few years now and every time we go the staff is friendly, courteous and honest about the issues we are facing with the car. AJ will do his best to get you the best price and keep you and your passengers safe. I'm so happy to have found this business. My family has been a customer of G&S for a couple of years now recommended by my brother. I wish I would have listened to him sooner. This is a family run business and AJ is a Spring Branch native. G&S is everything I believe car owners want in a mechanic. He s honest, approachable, very knowledgeable, and cares for your car and your family s safety. He loves cars and it shows and can fix anything from the smallest repair to matching numbers restorations. His wife is fun to deal with and honestly it s fun to watch them work together. The whole team is polite and wants the best for you the customer and your car.Thanks to the whole team at G&S for taking good care of us as customers.

The company I work for uses G&S for their vehicle repairs. I recently took my personal vehicle in. AJ is always very fair with his prices and provides excellent customer service along with his wife and staff. They all do a great job and I would definitely recommend using them
