If you wanna talk about a fair place to get work done. This would be the place. I used to own a Paint & Body shop years ago. I know how these places operate. These guys here were fair and they did good work. I would be happy to recommend this place to anyone that needs to get bodywork done for their vehicle. I bumped into a lady in a Lowe s parking lot and scratched her car with my tire. This could ve taken advantage of her and me as many places were trying to take advantage of our situation. But this place and the people that work here are definitely honorable people with integrity and I would be happy to recommend them.

I had such a great experience getting my car fixed here! Couple months ago, I experienced a hit and run and required a good chunk of work. Ray and Abraham were really nice and thorough with looking at what my car needed. I liked how they gave me 2 different prices for dealership and aftermarket parts. They worked with me to give me the best outcome for the least amount of money. They also make sure to give you updates on the progress of your car while it s getting fixed, which i really appreciated. I wouldn t recommend going anywhere else to get your car fixed!

I had an excellent experience with Fry Road Collision! This was my first car wreck - and I am a woman that does not know much about cars - so I searched for a great place with positive reviews from women that had a similar trait/worry. I found this business, and Ray had a tow truck come to pick up my car within 15-20 minutes of calling! He took care of everything, kept me updated via text, and handled things with my flakey car insurance representatives. Ray, Abraham, and all the other hardworking staff made my first experience of a car wreck a lot smoother than I expected it to be. I highly recommend checking this place out if you need collision repairs!

I have never written a review for a body shop before, but Fry Rd Collision Center deserves some genuine praise...they exceeded my highest expectations for honesty and integrity. The work was done quickly, exceptionally well, and the cost was literally thousands of dollars below what I expected.I cannot say enough good things about Ray and his crew.He repaired my 2019 Ford F-150 as promised and well below the cost I was expecting.If you have body work needs, I highly recommend visiting Ray at Fry Rd Collision Center

I asked someone I trusted if they had a recommendation for body work on my car. They highly recommended Ray, I read other reviews as well. Ray was beyond wonderful. Quoted a fair price, sent pictures throughout the process and actually came in under his quoted price. The work was excellent and his professionalism was beyond. Side note: I accidentally sent him a text regarding funeral services for someone and realized immediately telling him wrong person. That sweet man sent me condolences and prayers. Wonderful experience getting my bumper replaced! Very professional and welcoming. Everything was done quicker than expected! No hidden costs and I received my car entirely cleaned inside and out! I HIGHLY recommend coming here!

Wow! Super great collision shop! So my car had two different dents on each side and my insurance would only cover the cost of one dent, so I brought it in to have one side fixed. Well when I picked it up they had fixed both sides with no extra costs, and I found the inside of my car cleaned and vacuumed and the oil changed with also no extra costs. These guys go over and beyond expectations to make their customers happy. As bad as having a car problem is, these guys turn it all around to give you a positive experience that you will not find at any other collision shop. I would definitely recommend!

I want to start off by saying that Ray and his staff are God sent. From the day I had to bring in my car and having work done on the body of my Kia telluride ,Ray and his staff were exceptionally awesome. They even returned my rental car for me. if you re reading this review and thinking of calling them, don t think just pick up the phone and call right now. He will take really good care of you. Ray is amazing and offered regular updates on the phone. We were never put on hold or kept in the dark about details. He even sent us two photo updates until all the significant repairs to our car were completed for a very reasonable price. The car looks and feels great, but, more importantly, we strongly recommend Fry Road Collision Center because of how reassuring and professional this service is! Our heartfelt thanks to Ray!Update: Came back here to say that we returned to Fry Road Collision Center today to fix a minor issue in our car. Ray just asked us to walk in, had his stellar staff fix it in a few minutes, and refused any payment. This kind of service is incredibly rare in the 21st-century.

I had my car repaired here back in September 2022 for an accident. Ray was very professional and helpful throughout the whole time my car was there. He would always answer the phone and give me weekly updates on my vehicle. He offered me to use a loaner car he had available and it really helped me out while I waited for my car to be done. My car now looks brand new again!The process took almost 1 month for it to be repaired, but I did not mind. He mentioned that some parts were taking long for them to get delivered to him, so I understood that it was out of his control. Greatest body shop I ve ever been to, I hit a semi truck tire on the freeway and messed up my front bumper, fender, and skid plates. Dropped it off to them and had the car back the same week, with my stripes painted on. Looks straight off the assembly line, and I will most likely be going back go have my vinyl stripes taken off and painted on instead!Service: Body & Trim

They repainted my old 2012 car and detailed it. They even cleaned my car door that was stained at no cost. The result is magnificent considering that their price is fairly low. I have a 2000 Ford Ranger and was in an accident that damaged the left front fender, door and wheel/suspension. As you can imagine parts were difficult to find for a 22 year old vehicle especially with all of the supply chain delays but Ray was very persistent in sourcing all the parts. My repaired truck looks fantastic and the cost was very reasonable considering all that was needed to complete the repairs. Fry Road Collision Center is the best collision center in Houston hands down! Mr. Ray and his team are professional, honest, efficent and timely.Being a woman, I'm always concerned about dishonest businesses who tend to take advantage. That was not my experience here. Mr. Ray gave me many options and was always available if I had any questions.If you need collision service on your vehicle Fry Road Collision, look no further, they will take good care of you.

I found Fry Road Collision Center by doing a Google search and was drawn by the great ratings. Sure enough, I had an excellent experience.I went in to get both headlights replaced (the whole headlight piece, not just the bulbs) and Ray, the owner, was very professional, very attentive, kind and accommodating. I had gotten 1 price from another establishment and it was outrageously high. Ray's pricing was competitive and fair.He also made sure to accommodate for same-day pick-up when I expressed that I needed my car the next morning for an appointment - he assigned 2 of his guys and had it ready within just a few hours!The job was done very well and I am very satisfied! Definitely recommend them as your trusted go-to!

Ray is the best and will recommend that you pull you to his shop for your repairs. Every time I called he answered the phone and gave me updates on what was going on with my impala. I work on the road and asked could he deliver my car to my home when it was done .. no problem and put the plates on for my wife. If you have any car issues insurance body work just call he will answer and the detail work was fabulous.. I had my car worked on here, I called and asked if they had any availability and I was welcomed within the hour of my call. For all the damages, my car was repaired very quickly, and they even detailed my car! I don t think I will ever go anywhere else besides Fry Road Collision! 10/10 recommended.
