Fredy Kia provided exceptional service through Ashley and the Service Mechanic team. In addition to a seamless oil change and alignment update, they generously included a complimentary car detail. I called in the day before to make an appointment for an oil change and multipoint inspection for a Kia I just purchased elsewhere. I knew the car had two recalls but I didn t mention them to see if Fredy Kia would bring them up, they did and mentioned that this would take extra time and scheduled my appointment for the next day at 10am. I show up at 10am and drop off my car at the garage bay where they have the big maintenance and repair signs. The guy at the garage bays asks for name and appointment time and tells me to go inside, he never confirmed what I was scheduled for. I asked him to confirm the recall check was on the work order since I was planning on dropping off the car because of how long the recall check would take. He told me it wasn t on the work order and to go inside and ask my service advisor. I go inside and speak to one of the advisers and I m told I would be assigned an advisor in a few minutes once the car was checked in (pictures and odometer). I waited in the waiting room for an hour until 11am, keep in mind I was planning to drop it off. After the hour I then go to another cubicle and ask someone else how the process works for checking in cause this is my first time here. He asks for my name and says he is my service advisor, he never checked in with me, I had to check in with him. I told him I was there for an hour waiting for the advisor to confirm the recall check was on the work order so I could leave using the shuttle they advertise on their website and he said he would add it, this could have been done an hour ago if he would have checked in with me. I then ask about their shuttle service that they promote on their site and one of the reasons I chose to come to this dealership since I was dropping off ..the shuttle service isn t a thing. No apologies or a coupon for a minimal service like a tire rotation. I then call in from outside asking for Mike Solis who responds to the google reviews on here to tell him about my experience since I m already here and could speak to him in person and was told he wasn t available.This place is so disorganized. Lesson learned for me, I now see why people on this side of town choose Gay Family Kia instead. I ll be doing the same from now on.- in the multipoint inspection they didn t catch that one of my tires was at 43PSI when all the other are at about mid to high 30s. I only caught this when flipping through the dash info screen.- there was also spots of armor all left on my seats and door panels.- they have signs saying to present any coupons before the service is done, instead of them asking if any coupons will be used.- At check out they only take the exact cash, no change is given.- At checkout they ask for a card with a number to put in manually, this is a security risk.- the paper receipt I got was distorted from a bad/dirty printer.

Came in for an oil change and was surprised by how quick it was completed! The price for a full synthetic oil change was $50 dollars cheaper than at take 5. Every person I interacted with was very nice and professional. It is truly amazing how far Kia has come in regards to quality and having a product that is truly desirable. I have one complaint, and that is the condition of the dealership itself. You can not convince your customers that you are committed to quality if your dealership has concrete that has grass growing up in it, the waiting area has mismatched chairs, and the technicians do not have any resemblance of a uniform. These things matter, and should be addressed asap.

We love the service department at Fredy Kia. Another dealer told us they d need to keep our car a couple of weeks until they could get to it. Fredy made an appointment for two weeks later and we had the use of our car all that time. They really try to make it convenient for customers. We like them so well that we brave the drive out the Gulf Freeway.

I was automatically greeted and informed on what I need to do for my service appointment. It was my first time there so I wasn't too sure on how it was supposed to work. Ashley had such great customer service. She absolutely went above and beyond to make sure not only my car needs were met but also my needs. I really appreciate the whole Kia service team!!

My car took a few hours to fix, so I had a while to observe the workings of the service department while I waited and got some work done on my computer. I have to say these people are genuinely kind and helpful, not only to the customers but to each other. When one was on lunch break, a colleague would step up take the slack. You could tell everyone likes their job and likes one another. I ll definitely be back again.

Jay was very friendly and helpful. I went in for an oil change and I loved they washed and vacuumed my car and it looked great! However, the technician didn't resent my alert, I took it back to have it resent and I am going to have to go back because it still isn't reset.

Overall, I ve had a great experience with this Kia dealership! They have done a great job communicating anytime I have taken my car in. Ashley has been especially helpful! Sometimes they seem a little disorganized when I go in to speak to someone but they resolve any issues quickly.

Excellent customer service. Very detailed with explaining about my vehicle. While waiting, I was told by other customers, I will be back. I brought my vehicle in for the recalls. They washed my vehicle, and even told me some things I need to take care of very soon. Prices quoted are reasonable!! I ll start bringing my vehicle here from now on!! Thank you all for N amazing experience!! Isaac you re the best sir!!

I received an anti theft device letter in the mail to be completed free of charge so I called up there and set up my appointment for a week later. When I got there I was a little confused on where to take my car but easily got assistance from one of the workers there but once I figured it out everything was a breeze. I dropped my car off, Isaac Garza took down my number and texted me as soon as it was completed as well as a complimentary car wash and they put air in my tire that was previously low before I got there to go with it. Isaac was amazing and super helpful I would 10/10 recommend.

I appreciate Kia's employees. I give them a (10) for communication and efficiency in every way possible. But I think the company needs to do more. Maybe give away steering wheel locks or something with the recall. Kia,s have a target on them now and a sticker in the window is and has not been enough to deter the break-ins. So your customers with older model Kia's still have the problem of break-ins. Which means we are left with a deductible constantly. Kia, we love your cars please think about it.
