I took my truck to Tommy Vaughn for service. There were some issues, and they ended up with the truck for 6 weeks. When the rental car had to go back, they gave me a brand new bronco to drive for the remainder of the time the truck was in the shop. Let s just say I had a really good time driving that cute little thing! When I got my truck back, one of the service items had been missed and wasn t working. When I called, my service consultant, Liz Bell, was so apologetic and offered to pick the car up from my home and delivered it back in one day! What amazing service ! When I replace my platinum expedition, I will only go to Tommy Vaughn. The customer service is old school, and I was more than impressed. I am a customer for life.

Convenient, average priced, great customer service. They arranged for someone to pick up and drop off my car along with an itemized receipt and I was able to pay over the phone. I needed some recalls fixed, an oil change, and I bought an air filter and just needed someone to do it and I was only charged for the labor fee (and oil change). Dealerships always try to sell you on something extra but it was smooth sailing. 10/10

The Tommie Vaughn Ford Team have always come through with thorough diagnosing & execution of my repairs. Mr. Martinez helped set up my appointment & KC Mings is always thorough and helpful. He took care of me as soon as I arrived on Tuesday AM and he and their team resolved the issues with my Ford. As they always do Thank you for your great team & service there Tommie Vaughn!

The tech that came out to service my vehicle was ultra professional, super pleasant and answered all of my questions and explained things in a way that I could understand! I am so thankful to Ford for the traveling service department. I just had a stem cell transplant and it is best for me to stay home and not be in public places as my immune system is compromised. So to be able to have Ford's outstanding service team be able to come to my home made a world of a difference! I know so many people that will utilize and benefit from Ford s traveling service department.

Checkout service was excellent! The person who closed the transaction was the best example of excellent customer service. I brought in my Dad's vehicle for an oil change. There were some questions about the rewards program and the person closing the transaction was great at answering every question with patience and courtesy. This was greatly appreciated.

A lot more expensive than we expected, but trust our vehicle was in good hands and Tommy Vaugh has been highly recommended. Had to have my airbag replaced under warranty. They reached out and made scheduling very easy. Even sent a tech to my house to preform the service on site. Service guy was friendly, competent, on time to the minute, and efficient. Couldn't have asked for a smoother experience.

For a few years I've been using Quick Lane at Tommie Vaughn Ford to do maintenance on both my vehicles. At my last visit I was greeted by Ron who got the repair started right away. During my visit I was pleased that Elizabeth was there to answer any questions I may have had concerning the contingencies of the work performed. Her experience and customer care made me fill that the service I received was fair, unquestionably. I would highly recommend this Quick Lane to Friends and anyone else that needed service performed on their automobile.

Made the appt over the phone with Ramon, got right in, and out quickly. Oil change, tire rotation and air..The coke/water machine was broken in the waiting room, the free water in the refrigerator was bare, but I walked over to the next bldg and was given somewater. Maybe stock more?Over all, a good experience!

Bobby Harold is my go to service guy! He prioritizes what needs to be done immediately and what can wait until my next service. This is extremely helpful for a teacher like myself, my pocket book appreciates his honesty! The best time to drop off for service is first thing in the morning when they open. If you plan to drop off and then return to pick up your car, they will schedule a Lyft or Uber to drop you off at your next destination. Overall, I've been very happy with the service I've received for my Lincoln.

A mobile unit was sent out to my house for a recall part to be installed. The technician/mechanic was very polite. He showed me the part he was changing and explained what exactly that part did. Outstanding service department! I requested a battery replacement late at night online. At 7:30am the following day I was scheduled for the vehicle to be picked up at my office at 9am. Communication was great and the vehicle returned to the parking garage ready to go. I highly recommend Tommie Vaughn Ford.

I drive by this dealership all the time and even bought at this point two cars from Andy Ortiz in the New Car section, which I loved and has helped me and my recommendations perfectly. So I figured I d give their service center QuickLane a shot with my Gen 1 Toyota Tundra, which needed four new tires Ross and Lisa were fantastic. They got my truck in the day I called, price-matched the tires from a local ad, and ordered them before I even brought my vehicle to them to decrease the wait time. I couldn t have asked for a better experience. Access to a shuttle was much nicer than just waiting in the lobby like you would at one of the big tire shops. The service staff were professional and considerate. It took only 50 minutes for the mechanics to complete the service. I ve had my mustang serviced here since I bought the car here about 7 yrs. ago. Fraud. I went in to change my battery and said my screen stopped working when my battery died. They insisted on doing diagnostic. They said I had to get something done other than change the battery to fix the screen. I opted to only get the battery changed. They changed the battery and the screen started working. They still charged me for the diagnostic that was wrong and not at all necessary to get my screen working again (my whole reason for going in in the first place). There are tons of Fords around. Pick a different one.I also called multiple times, spoke to multiple people, and emailed. I kept getting a "we'll have to get back to you" and then they never did.Adding insult to injury, they returned my car extremely dirty.

Ford Service is terrible. They replaced the wrong part and didn't care to fix it. They stated they had the tooling to change the tires on carbon fiber wheels, they didn't. A 4 month wait for a simple emblem change.The wait didn't bother me as much as the lack of communication. Furthermore, the service writers hide from problems. They lost my wheel locks and have take another 2 months "looking for them". It was just a bad overall experience.The car has soul. The dealerships ... especially this one, doesn't.Pathetic.

The sunroof on my 2018 Ford Edge was cracked by a rock that fell from a truck. On February 14? 2024 I took my SUV into Tommie Vaugn Ford s collision center and met with Genaro. Tommie Vaugn s quote to replace the glass was the highest of the four other glass companies I called. But because I had insurance, I decided to go with Tommie Vaugn. That was a big mistake. Genaro never responded to my many phone calls and vm. Genaro never responded to my emails except once. After a month of waiting, I drove to the collision center to speak with Genaro. He had me waiting for a long time despite his glass office sitting right by the waiting room. I felt like he was trying to avoid me. He claimed he never could get in touch with State Farm who is handling the glass repair through their third-party administrator, Sunroof Express. This, despite the fact that I had emailed him all the information from Sunroof Express, including the address at Tommie Vaugn that they had already emailed authorization for the repair. Finally, after over a month and a half I went with Atlas auto glass on West Dallas. In less than an hour Auto Glass had contacted Sunroof Express and gotten everything ready to replace my glass. I will never go to Tommie Vaugn Ford again. Also, I tried to speak to a supervisor to complain about Genaro and Tommie Vaugn did not have any supervisor to voice my complaint. They obviously don t care about customers.

Paula was awesome. It was tough to get scheduled but she got me in before the thanksgiving holiday. Unfortunately when I came to pickup, the paperwork wasn't updated and Paula wasn't sure if the work had been completed. She took care of me and released the vehicle then called to follow up once confirmed. She even waived some of the fees for the inconvenience. This is an excellent company who knows how to do business and I will absolutely be coming back.
