Sent my car here for an oil change and brake fluid exchange. What should have been a few hours of work turned into A MONTH of waiting. According to them, they couldn t reprogram my car (since it was a hybrid) and needed to send it to the dealership. Now, as a customer, I would have expected for a car shop to either be able to do work on my car or be honest that they re not able to do certain work. But within the month of waiting, I didn t get much an update from them unless I kept on calling them and in the end, I had to pay part of the reprogramming fees which should have been done in their part and NOT the customer. Now, please be cautious of sending your car here for repairs. This is how I got my car back after a month. Dirty, things stolen, things got moved everywhere, and paid more than I should have.

Had my car towed here 3 times for the same issue. Each time they had a different diagnosis for the issue. After paying over $500 in new parts (Alternator, Belt, Battery), they finally diagnosed it as a loose wire. They then proceeded to improperly glue the wire to the alternator. This mistake resulted in my car shutting down on the freeway, and me being stranded in 105 degree weather. Luckily, I was able to find a mobile mechanic to install a new wire properly!Services: Electrical, Transmission repair

This mechanic shop is not only charges you a lot but also it does not repair your car well. this Mechanic shop is not responsible for what is repaired. Mechanics are not certified, if you have good car don't go there, because they can not repair your car and also put another issue on your car because you come back again, so they make money and money. It is an illegal and bad circle to earn money. Please don't waste your time and money. Please look for honest and expert Mechanic, if you find pls let me know.!!

I had been going to this guy (Will) for probably the past 10-15 years, paid for my repairs (nothing ever done for free), annual inspections the past 10 years, had O2 Sensor Replace ($225), Catalytic Converter ($800), CV boots ($450), windshield repair ($200) and a wide range of other service over the years, easily about $5000.00 in repairs. This morning, I went in and spoke to a mechanic about my front-end struts, and having the control arm replaced. He took my keys and said he d check it out. A few minutes later, some older, unfriendly lady at the front desk (I presume the new girl ) looks at me scandalously and condescendingly said , Well I spoke to Will and he said you would have to pay $45 for us to check out vehicle. Like that would be an issue although my plan was to go on with the repairs. Because of her negative attitude, I mentioned to her that I had been coming there for repairs for the past 10-15 years. Apparently, she had called Will and lied about my being disgruntled about having to pay. When, in fact it was about her condescending attitude. With regard to any of the prior repairs, I simply told Mr. Will what the issue was, he completed the repairs and I was on my way . If he checked the issue out in advance of repairs, I was unaware. It was a non-issue because I thought there was a level of trust and loyalty. In any case, Will comes in about 20 minutes later and jumps down my throat, lecturing me about how he runs a business and does nothing for free. I bit my tongue, let him rant. When he finally finished, I asked him, When has he ever done any repairs on my vehicle for free? And gave him a rundown of the above refenced prices I paid for repairs. All he could, foolishly say was, Ok but were you happy? Dismissing the fact that he had just insulted a loyal, paying customer blatantly lying. I mentioned something to him about friendliness and loyalty and he proceeded to tell none of it matters because it was a business! Actually, I cannot say that each time I was happy! So there you have it. This is how Will and FM 529 Shell Auto Care really feels about their loyal customers. Obviously, I would not recommend using their services, ever.Services: Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Air conditioning, Oil change

Precise diagnosis and reasonable pricing. This place is not much to look at, but the mechanics and technicians know their stuff. Recommended shop. Repeat customer. Very good shop. Been here now multiple times. Highly recommended. A+Repeat customer. No make that lifetime customer!

Will is very honest and dependable. The prices are great. I can depend on him to tell me what's wrong with my car and fix it. He doesn't try to over sell me. I will never go anywhere else to fix my car.

This Owner/Mechanic, and place is absolute trash, I use to go to them consistently but as soon as I saw a few lies here and there I decided it was time to leave. They are not fair, or honest, they are straight thieves and most likely your job will be half done with you coming back for more. Their 5-Star reviews also most likely fake as well, STAY CLEAR of them.

Very unprofessional, thieves and their waiting area stinks like a barn; They told me the transmission needs to replaced for $1500. I took the car to another mechanic and all it was a sensor that had to be replace for $50.

Work was perform as requested, but they tried to upsale me by telling me I needed an oil change, yet my oil was changed less than 500 miles ago. The person was very disrespectful at the cash register. I would not trust my wife taking a vehicle to this repair shop.

Only got gas. Lol! Price higher than the regular gas stations on the street and in that area
