Quality Service! Helped me save $500 on Deductible. They gave me an estimate on my damage vehicle and convinced me to get two more quotes before making my decision. I did, just that. No other shop explained the estimate in detail and how the insurance work in tandem with the estimate. They also provided, an Uber to my job. As a single mom, this came a long way. $500 back in my pocket. Don t think twice !

Had my car brought in to fix a scratch on my paint. The front desk staff was very friendly and professional. The manager Eduardo was very helpful when I had questions and they had a fast turn around time! Would definitely recommend this auto shop if you ever need work done on your vehicle.

At first I was a bit regretful for taking it here after my accident but at the end they did a really great job. There was a few touches after words but they handled it well and fast. Eduardo and his brother are great hard working people! Definitely would go again

Outstanding service and beautiful work. They mistakenly repaired the wrong section, and took the loss before I could ask how we d handle this. Owner was super cool about it.I was surprised that they also detailed my dirty vehicle at no charge. They covered my deductible as USAA member. The drive from Clear Lake was absolutely worth it and I ll be back if I need body work again. Everybody there is helpful and friendly.

Disregard Yelp reviews!Eduardo runs a tight ship.I came in with some damage done to my passenger rear side quarter panel and his team fixed it. I've received compliments from even the most scrupulous individuals (or so they claim haha). For the price I was charged he made sure to do a bang up job.Glory to Fix My Car off Shepard!

It takes BMW dealership weeks to fix something but they were able to get my car looking brand new in just one day. Very professional, very friendly, and did an excellent job!

The team was very courteous and helpful. Dealing with insurance companies can sometimes be frustrating but their kindness and understanding made the experience easier to deal with. Took my truck in for a small fender bender and and I knew it would take a while to get the parts because of the age of my vehicle so I asked them to paint it also. My truck looks like it did when it was new. The entire crew was wonderful to work with.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Ms. Maricel, and Ms.Cristina gave me peace of mind and great service replying to me when I called or left a voice mail. When I got my vehicle back it was better than before and clean. They work with you and they also wave deductibles. I ll most defiantly come back in the future and recommend friends and family.

Karla and Christina were very helpful !! This shop is very quick to begin with claims. Updates and communication was sharp and up to speed. They even did a vehicle detail prior to returning me my vehicle. Highly recommended!!

Got us in cause they reached out to us saying that we didn t have to pay our deductible which was true. My son car was there for about 2 weeks. The day to pick up my son car they call and say something wrong with his battery . First of all nothing was wrong with his car they were to replace the driver side door and the back passenger door. So they actually switched my son battery and placed it in someone else car and gave him a defective battery and they told us that they could order us a new one for $250.00 . We wasn t having this cause you tell me we go out of town and our cars sit up for weeks at a time and each time we need to replace a battery Aht Aht not true at all. So the manager replaces the battery by purchasing one at Auto Zone for $113 and that s including taxes. But they wanted me to come out of pocket with $250.00 to order one, make it make sense. So we get the car home no problem then all of a sudden my son say his check engine light is on like WTH we never had any problems out of his car and send it to this collision shop and it come back messed up. They did something to his car and this will not be the end of it. I wouldn t refer them to my worse enemy. Do not take your cars here pay your deductible and get better service. The young lady that sit at the front desk was very nice but the other young Hispanic lady was very rude and tried to flick my auntie off but it was a no go. Be careful who you let do your repairs, I should have known something was shady about this place when we pulled up to drop off the vehicle they had over 100 cars on their property talking about they are busy. Yep busy scamming people and taking good parts off of people cars and using it for other cars. They probably didn t do half the work they got paid for through the insurance. NEVER EVER USING THIS COLLISION SHOP AGAIN. No GOOD LUCK WILL COME TO YOU ALL MESSING OVER PEOPLE LIKE THAT. GOD NOT SLEEP AND THATS FACT!!! They play a good game of caring to get you through the door but honestly they don t give a care about you or your vehicle and I m quite sure they have been doing this for some time. Yes I did leave a review yesterday and came back today to correct myself. My son haven t had his car home 24 hours and his check engine light is on. This is a very dirty scamming company with ugly hearts.

I found this place by accident. I went in to ask about my driver side door not opening, customer service was very dry. I felt so out of place as if I wasn't welcomed to be there, I kept it kind but the energy was tense. I was quoted 640 dollars for my door handle, and a another part plus labor, I went to another business and they checked my door and it was only loose wires. Charged 40.00. Fix my car will never get my service, they showed me that They're about getting money not providing service.

Honest shop that performs excellent work! Above and beyond all reasonable expectations. Fix my car has been my go to auto body shop for years. They communicate very well and they have never been late on any of my jobs. Very highly recommended!

When I say RUN. I mean RUN!! This place is a scam, they scam insurance companies for more money. And they get you in by saying you don t have to pay a deductible. They called me and convinced me to switch to their shop that they work with geico. LIES. They had my car 30 days. They did not order my new grill till 29 days. They did not replace half the things the insurance paid them to. When we got there my husband started asking questions and they said everything was good but let me go back n check the oil and everything. They brought my car back out and spray painted the entire bottom of my car to make it look like it was new parts. Thinking we wouldn't smell the paint and my husband wouldn t look. Wrong. He said if we have any problems he will come tow our vehicle back to the shop and fix it. Well next day my air wont work. Because they never changed the condenser like they were paid to. Now here I am out double my deductible would have been for a real shop to do it right the first time and still no new grill. This place is a bunch of crooks. The woman that called me, and acted like a huge help. Does nothing to help now. Honestly this shop needs to be shut down. RUN.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Air conditioning

This place offered excellent customer service! The communication before, during, and after the repair is outstanding. They send you text to let you know the status of the repair. Also, if you need to rent a car while your vehicle is repaired, Fix My Car will provide one. Fix My car washed and detailed my car inside out upon completion. I am 100% satisfied with the work done to my vehicle. Thanks Tania and EduardoUpdate: I ve never been here and never left a review. I m not sure how this got on here

The worst car repair experience I've had in 35 years of driving. Job wasn't done correctly the first time and trying to get warranty work scheduled has been a pain. 3 months of trying and I can't even get a return phone call from the owner. Not only unable to fix a car correctly, but fail at basic customer service as well.One star only because I can't give negative stars.Service: Body & Trim
