I absolutely appreciate the professional and attentiveness that Jeff and his team provide. My car needed brake maintenance and these guys were able to get me in and out with a fair price . They never disappoint. Thanks for all you guys do. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an honest fair price auto care spot!

Love THIS Firestone! I have a Firestone near my home and this one near my work. I specifically choose this one every time because of their exceptional service. Jeff is the best and will take good care of you and your family! His advice is always fair. He's honest about what needs to be done now and what could maybe wait until next time. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Jeff, Ozzy, and the rest of the Firestone team are fantastic! They go over and above every time I am there. I have a fleet vehicle and can take it to multiple places but I always go back to Jeff and the gang. They are fast, reliable, and trustworthy! I cannot say enough about the great service we receive at every visit.

AMAZING customer service, had two flats and had to get an alignment unfortunately but coming here was well worth it. Jeff was the person who helped me & all i can say is that he will forever be the person i go to for any car issues big or small. This Firestone & AAA will always be my go-to s!!

Jeff, I believe he is the store manager. He was extremely helpful and knew hot communicate effectively which made me feel comfortable to leave the service in his hands. He did what he could to help and answered my question in a way in which is understandable.

Called to see if I could get an oil change because I was way overdue. The guy who picked up the phone (Mark) ensured me that he could fit me in and get me out quickly too. Got checked in quickly and while I was waiting I couldn t help but overhear the conversation with another guest who was having issues with her car. Mark was going through her problems, listening, and explaining the different case scenarios to help her make the best choice. Hearing him being open and honest with her; who obviously was stressed out and worried about cost, made me feel at ease that they weren t going to suddenly find something wrong with my car. I think I was there for maybe less than 30 minutes. Extra bonus points because I got my car back clean without oil prints all over my car. Will return and recommend

I have been using this location for the past 12+ years. The guys here are professional, efficient, courteous, and able/willing to explain/answer any questions I may have about my vehicles. I trust Jeff and the guys here to take care of my vehicles and do right by me.

Brought my vehicle in for a full service, wippers, and inspection. I was told it would take about 3 hours and that someone was going to call once the vehicle was ready. I called after 6 hours and I was told that it was almost done and that someone would contact me within 30 minutes. 2 hours later I called again and I was told the vehicle was ready for pick up. Once I showed up, the registration was not done, but I was charged for it. I had to wait another hour for this to be completed. Unfortunately, I ran into some rain the next morning and my wippers, to no surprise, had not been replaced.

This Firestone location always attend to my car needs. The staff members are always courteous and professional. They call to let me know when my car will be ready after drop off, and it's always ready when they say it will. I also want to say that I have never had anything stolen from my car. I drop it off without taking anything out and my car is always returned to me exactly same way I left it to them. Thank you Romeo (Location Manager), Mario ( Service Manager), and the entire staff at this location. I have peace of mind over my vehicle.

Yet another great experience with Firestone at West and Hwy 6!! We have been coming here for the past 20 years and never had an issue with staff, service, cost etc. Thank you to Jeff and crew for always taking care of our vehicles. Keep up the good work!

I can t even describe how disappointed I feel right now. I took my car in for an alignment and tire rotation and balance. I left the place because I had errands to run. Thirty minutes after I was done I did a thorough inspection of all four wheels and they re all scratched and knicked around the lug nut area and center caps. To top it off whoever drove my car in and out stained my ceiling too.How can they be so careless and not use proper tools to do the job right ?Very sloppy work here.I would like a response from the store MGR or someone in corporate about how this will be handled.

Went in yesterday for an oil change, the store manager Jeff I believe that s his name helped me through the whole process. He was very helpful and had an overall great experience, I would recommend this Firestone to anyone.

I went into Firestone today unsure of what was wrong with my car. The man in the front (I forgot his name) was beyond helpful and nice. He assured me that his team would be able to fix my car. I wasn t there very long and the checkout process was easy. Car troubles are never easy, but I left less stressed.

Counter guy says I don t know why we booked an appointment for an alignment. . I do it all the time at other Firestones. It s done so customers and staff keep everyone happy and productive.Got here at 10:20am for 11:00am appointment. At 12:08 they barely finished the state inspection. I know they put a vehicle with lots of problems on the rack without an appointment. Now I have wasted my only free time to get things like this done. And the store wasn t even busy.Don t buy the Lifetime Alignment unless you are always by a store that honors appointments.

I took my truck to a different location to fix my issue. They were unable to identify where the problem was coming from. The technician at this location , identify the problem and had my truck back on the road the following evening. Waiting on the parts took the longest.

I recently had the most horrible experience with the manager of the store. I went in for my yearly inspection. While there I asked them if they diagnose why my key fob wasn t working. I explained to the guy at the front I just purchased a brand new battery from Autozone from across the street for the key fob and it still wasn t working. The guy agreed. When it s time for me to pay the bill. They charged me $20 to tell me the key fob wasn t working which is what I stated from the jump. I spoke with the manager about what transpired and he could seem to careless and proceeded to charge me for something they didn t fix. Then after he realized how stupid he sound. He tried to make it up by telling me if I came back he wouldn t charge me for the battery. That place is a joke. They are clearly out to nickel and dime customers. I will NEVER in this life or the afterlife set foot in any Firestone location. I tried another Firestone located on 1960 and they charged me $800 for ONE oil change. Of course I disputed that off my credit card but it is clear to me Firestone isn t a company that hires people with integrity.

Quality products sold and backed by a knowedgable staff both in service and sales. Worked with me to find the best replacement tires for my Mazda CX-30 and available promotions available through Firestone. Installation was clean and the alignment has my vehicle tracking true and handling beautifully. Also, the peace of mind of free rotations, alignments, and air pressure checks. Firestone has had my family's business for years and I have been truly pleased.

I came here for a state inspection, oil change and alignment. The tech told me my left brake light was out. I paid fire stone to fix this. Drove 10 mins down the street and realized the light is still not working. I came immediately back and spoke to Jason, service rep. I told him that I just paid for the brake light and it still wasn't working. He goes into the mechanic bay for 30seconds. Then he comes back and tells me the light is two parts and that one part is corroded and the mechanic "cleaned it". I asked why was I charged to fix it and it's still not working and he says that the mechanic "thought" it was the light and would work. I then told him again what was the point of me paying for a light and its still not working and then asked to speak to the mechanic because that makes no sense. He then told me that the mechanics are busy and can't just come up to talk. Let me be very clear that I have spoke with mechanics here plenty of times and as a matter of fact, I spoke with one of the mechanics earlier today for one of my other vehicles. So that's a boldface lie. I then tell him to give me my money back and he goes on to say his manager is on vacation. I ask him who they report to when the manager is out and he says that that person is also out and he can't call them. So I say okay when yall call out and the manager isn't here who do you call?! He then says again that he can't call anyone. He then tries to argue with me that the light was working when I left. I am exactly 8 minutes from this location. And as I told him, you're not going to tell me that it was working and then 8 minutes later its not. As I sit down to look for corporate number, he tells me that he put it "in the group chat" and that" I have to return tomorrow for a refund." After calling to file a complaint, I ask him can he not put it in the group chat to figure out how to give me a refund and he says that's where he got that I would have to return in the morning when his manager is there from. Everytime I come here recently it's a problem. This is unacceptable and I don't recommend them to anyone. They are price gouging to get their numbers up for the month and lacking in quality and service. Once my issue with my truck is fixed that again I paid 650 for 3weeks ago and have had to come back twice because they messed something up and get my refund I won't be returning to another firestone. This is my last straw and I spend too much money with them to have these problems and deal with piss poor custom service.The guy's name is "jason" supposedly. I will be forwarding my review to corporate as well since I can't get any resolution in store.

Went in to repair an air leak in my tire. Guy says I need a new tire because it couldn t be fixed due to its location. Proceeds to tell me that I needed to buy another tire, for opposite side, so car would be balanced on both sides and not listing due to difference in tire tread!!!! (Tires not worn or needing replacement due to tread) I might be an older woman but I m not stupid!! Took it to a different shop and the leak was able to be repaired without having to buy a new tire.

My truck was shaking on the front right passenger side, so I took it in for assistance. They offered me an alignment, and i paid, but the truck still shook, so I had to go to another shop for help. Turns out the tires just needed to be balanced. Yes, I needed an alignment, but the $100 price didn't resolve my issue. Another shop resolved the problem with a free tire balance. Even without actually solving the root cause, they did do a good job on the alignment l, but they tried selling me 4 tires with the alignment, so a $1000 price point to fix a $20 problem seems a bit ridiculous. They were very friendly and worked quickly, but the upsell kinda made it easy to decide not to go back to this shop.
