My experience at this location was phenomenal. The manager Francisco Flores definitely left an impact. I went to the little York location and was told it would be a 3 hour wait and it just so happens that Francisco was at the location picking up tires. He told me I could come to his store and he would take care of me. I arrived at his store and was greeted and helped immediately.Francisco came from the back and personally asked for my keys to change the tire on my vehicle. He inspected the vehicle and saw that other tires needed to be changed as it was a safety hazard so took it upon his-self to also change those tires as well. The process was expedited and I was comfortable in the waiting area. The staff was friendly the entire time. I would recommend this location to anyone.

Always a great location to go to. They always answer my questions accurately and efficiently. They are considerate of the time frame I have , if I come in last min. & let me know if they will be able to accommodate me or not. Patrick makes sure the whole process is smooth sailing. I believe the other guy I work with as well name is Francisco ?,but overall, All of the workers are great . Definitely would recommend!

I Arrived at 7:30 am and the place had 3 people on site and told me it would be 30 minutes before they could get to me , I went to a 1 person independently owned and he got to the car immediately.I think these style of business are on their way out of the market.Someone said these places are for American women!

We've been going to Firestone over 14 years & 3 cars have always had great service. Francisco Patrick & Eddy are great mechanics. Honest smart & working hard to fix your autos. They show & explain repairs to you & always go the extra mile to help customers with a friendly smile & Earn our repeat business. Haven't been to Firestone in a while, all new staff. Went in the afternoon while there were several people ahead of me the wait was not to bad. I was able to get the service that I needed. Everyone was friendly.

Tried to sell me wipers when i just bought new ones the day previous, tried to tell me a battery i just bought was half charged. The labor they wanted to charge me was $957 on parts that were$1500. I just had a high mileage oil change&tried to tell me that they had to top off my fluids. I made an appointment online but silly me thinking that when you make an appointment you will be actually seen at that time... I didnt get out of there until a lil after 2 pm when my appointment was@11am all for them to try and overcharge me&they had to do their diagnostic when i had the printout diagnostic from autozone that they did for free however they wanted to charge me$116 for that but they halfed it for me cuz i sqawked about how outrageous this all was. Also their computer was down to do state inspections which was what i thought i said multiple times but then lead me along&last minute tell me that it's not working... Then maybe don't advertise that you do that if it's not working so save people stress+time+money from your crooked enterprise.

Dropped my car off at 10:30 & only got done checking the issue at 5:30 even though I was told there was enough time to check & fix the issue the same day if they have the part. Wouldn't have used them otherwise. Then got quoted an $800 part & wouldn't use a $300 part from Auto Zone even if I took responsibility for it. If you have a check engine light just go to Auto Zone to get it checked for free, buy the part yourself & go somewhere else to get it fixed. Going to Firestone is no different than going to a dealership & getting ripped off.

Last week, my wife had the engine shield come loose from under her car while on Beltway 8 and it caused her quite the scare due to all the noise and not knowing the extent of the issue. She exited and turned into the first auto/tire service place she found. They did not have the time to help her even after it was clear how much distress she was in. She next came to this Firestone location, where I was able to meet her to help out. By the time I got there, they had already quickly put her car on a lift, diagnosed the issue, and zip tied the engine guard back where it belonged. They were fairly busy but showed great customer service and the compassion to help someone out. I can t express how much I appreciated the way you treated my wife and quickly got her back on the road. For those that are looking for a business that you can trust and will treat you well, please consider this a strong endorsement. Thanks to the team at Firestone!

I brought my car for service. When they delivered, all the lights on the dashboard were on. they couldn't fix the problem and they caused me problems. I will never go again! If you are going to go, know what you will encounter. Never again!

The customer service is amazing. I went to get an alignment for my and get a brake check as well. Every time I go into that store I get a sense of peace. I will and have recommended my friend and family to this store. Firestone on 249 keep up the good work.

took them an hour and 30 minutes to replace 1 tire, when I asked why its taking so long for 1 tire he replied with "you dont tell a chef how to cook". very disrespectful and do not recommend.Service: TiresService: Tires

Patrick was so helpful today. I replaced 2 tires, replaced brakes and had suv inspected. The need for a brake job was unexpected. He took the time to show me their condition. While waiting, he suggested a nearby restaurant. Delicious. Friendly and knowledgeable service.

Came in here to fix a flat tire. Even though the nail was well within the center of the tire, they claimed it was unrepairable because the angle of the nail was too high for a simple flat repair. I had never heard this being a reason, and believe they made this up. I even asked for them to send me official docs stating that the angle of a nail was a reason for not repairing a flat - they never supplied that documentation. They upsold me a new tire, but I asked to keep the old tire. Got the flat fixed later at another Firestone that didn't mention anything about angle of a nail being a reason they couldn't fix the flat. Called the owner/manager and they did not do anything to fix this issue.

Our 2015 Acadia SLE was shuddering on the highway, and - I'll keep my explicit thoughts clean here - lo' and behold a simple spark plug change is not so simple on this vehicle, so I brought it in. We just paid this truck off and had a lot of deferred maintenance, so whether we kept or sold it, I figured get the full tune-up, rotors, brakes, alignment, etc. All the work was generally satisfactory and very reasonable in terms of cost and time for everything that was going to be done; dropped it off around 8a, picked it up around 5p. The Acadia started shaking harder, so we took it back in and they discovered a spark plug cable had a loose connection, which is understandable given the poorly-designed engine layout and obstacles to accessing the spark plugs and connections. But the guys at Firestone figured out the issue and took care of it promptly at no charge given it stemmed from their prior work. Could've been a solid 5-stars if it were done right the first time, but I really can't complain. They were professional the whole time, and at no point were they trying to sell a service or product that wasn't needed. I'd rate 'em 4.5, but decided to round up.On a different note, I took my '98 Town Car here several years ago to see if they could address a steering/alignment issue that seemed to evade at least 4 mechanics/shops that my brother and dad had taken it to before I came into possession of it. They had spent about $2,000 at other shops trying to resolve the issue. The guys at this Firestone location figured it out the first time, with labor & time totaling about $200. Royally ticked off my brother when he found out the landboat could still drive like a dream and for far less than what he had spent trying to fix it.I have a few shops I go to for minor stuff on the backstreets in the Inwood area, but given availability and scope of work, this Firestone is probably my top choice as far as major auto-repair chains go if I need a lot done in fairly short order.Services: Electrical repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Oil change

Went in to patch up a tire and it took between 2-3 hours for them to be finished. I saw the service area and there were only 2 other cars there. Not an ounce of empathy on having me waiting for hours with no update in between. No time management and employees are unbothered to care about it. Customer service is terrible and the work done is mediocre at best.Service: Tires

These days no one wants to help anyone out for free and even air can cost way too much since COVID began. I was very pleased to find that Firestone aired up all 4 of my tires for free. I'll definitely be coming here when it's time to replace those tires! Thanks y'all!!

Francisco and his Team is AWESOME!! Their Customer Service is out of this World. I went to a competitor and they had no concerns of the Customer s Safety so I left and arrive at Firestone met Francisco and he had no idea of what I just experienced but gave me the Service like I was the only Customer that mattered and it was the end of day.Thank You Francisco.
