I recently visited Firestone Complete Auto Care for a front-end alignment on my car, and I must say, I am highly satisfied with their service. They completed the alignment accurately, ensuring my car drives smoothly and handles well on the road. he staff at Firestone were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They explained the process clearly and answered all my questions, making me feel confident in their expertise. Despite their busy schedule, the wait time was reasonable, and they got the job done efficiently without compromising on quality.

So the company worked for rent a truck from the enterprise car rental. I take it to Firestone to get the check engine. Light look bad front end alignment looked at and to rear tires for place. I have 2 cans of Copenhagen low cut in the center council. It took the information 8 o'clock in the morning to 3:30. To get too tired, fixed, nothing to do with the check engine light running not done. They said it enterprise said they would no K so I asked you must it so it took you 8 hours to do 2 times when we were arguing with? Like, man, I don't want to hear that. Getting In the center console to get me a King of dip and it's not there so I call up there and I asked the guy to speak with the manager very rude starts Cushing at me so I called enterpri. I wonder how the regional manager responding like this. I want reimburse for 2 cans alone cut Copenhagen.

Went in to get a tire pressure meter sensor programmed and the team at this location was super helpful, friendly, and quick! They explained some issues they encountered with my specific tpms model, but took care of me and made sure to resolve it. I m really glad I went here and I would definitely come back again!!

Employee was told to do an annual vehicle inspection, which was not done, and have a tech look at the a/c or radiator fan, which when the vehicle was dropped off the employee heard the knocking sound from the fan, but stated him nor his tech could duplicate the sound. They then said they test drove the vehicle to see if the sound would come back, but odometer was reading the same mileage as when it was dropped off. When we picked the vehicle up, 5 minutes after driving it the sound came back, so we immediately took it to a different mechanic, and the problem was diagnosed immediately. This firestone will not be receiving any business from me or anyone who asked for a referral

My recent flat tire was a bummer, dropped my car off and was back on the road within in reasonable time! The service at this location is great! Always feel like the technicians do a good job with communication and provide fair repair estimates.

Just called and spoke with Jason about a caliper replacement. Explained the pads are a month old but I couldn t afford to replace the caliper at the time. He told me due to policy they wouldn t be able to just replace a caliper they would have to do the pads as well. You re out of your mind if your expect me to pay extra to replace brand new brake pads.

Took really good care of my truck, if this is the one by Almeda Mall. Although, the lady at the front desk was salty. I don't understand why people with bad dispositions even apply for customer service jobs. And it makes me wanna holler and throw up both my hands , cause they expect to be treated waaaay different than their actions. It's the audacity for me.

Also, had the pleasure of interacting with Evan as well, he was very accomodating after I missed my scheduled appointment. Made an appointment for AC at 10Pm had to wait days to get one. I came in and was told I d have to leave car and that they had no idea when it would get looked at. I don t understand the idea of making an appointment days in advanced for just a diagnostic test to be told they have no idea how long it will be. The tech was cold and callous. If you do use this place make sure you got plans for an Uber or a spare car lying around.

Extremely slow and overpriced services. 850 for a brake job which should have been priced at 500$ at the most, according to the multiple mechanics I ve talked to. Have been trying to get my vehicle from them for days now since I cancelled the overpriced service. They ve left it on their carjack for days and have known about my cancellation for days. Do not go here. They will waste your time and your money not to mention customer service is a joke. This place is a laughable excuse for a car shop. My brake job should have taken 3 hours at the most as well. Customers are always unhappy and complaining when I ve been in. Such a joke.

I needed 2 front tires balanced. I went on Thursday, and they were too busy so they scheduled an appointment for 10:30 Friday morning. I arrived promptly at 10:30, and was told that the employee who did that job was not scheduled to be there until 11 am. Why was my appointment scheduled for a time before anyone would be there to do the job? I don t know, wasn t given an explanation but I waited anyway. At 11:45, I asked for my keys back because I couldn t wait any longer. They gave them back and told me they were just getting ready to get my truck in the bay. I had been there over an hour with a scheduled appointment, and my truck still sat in my original parking space. Can t speak for the quality of work, but unless you have the ability to drop off your vehicle, and have someone pick you up and bring you back, I would NOT recommend going here. Don t trust the appointment process, it s a lie!

Great service. Got there last night Ute as they were closing to drop off car for tire repair. They allowed me to come in and set up the repair for the following day without using night drop box. Repair completed the next day in timely manner and spare place back in its spot.

My experience is horrible. I spent over 400 dollars for brakes rotors and inspection. All I got was new parts same problems. Went back the same day job was done and told them. He drove the car and heard the problem. The same problem that supposed to be fixed with new parts. Was told they had to order the right part what they put on was wrong part Come back three other times they super busy as they say.!Last time I went @ 12 told them that I was there for the issues that supposed to be fixed. I left about 10 to 3. And the words was to come back due to busy. While I was there I was told it was my brakes and pads on back. So I asked why they didn t find the first time that s what they was paid for. No answer. Quick to take money but not fix the problem.I m tired of trying to free my schedule for them and still get nowhere.Nerves to drive my car and now I have to find someone to really fix the problem so I don t wreck or cause one.

Takes longer than 2 hours to get a 5minute service done. Even after scheduling and showing up for a simple 5 minute oil & filter change. Car sat on the parking lot for over an hour before anyone even started any work. There are employees just sitting in their office doing nothing. Only reason for bringing the car for service at this location is because it was recommended by CarAdvise. What is the point of making an appointment for a simple 5 minute routine service? Employees just milking the clock untill end of the shift. Absolute waste of time.

Dropped vehicle off at 7:30AM told them I needed new shocks. Took them 4 hours to get it back to check if I needed them. Turns out I did so I told them to replace them since Ashley told me they could do it same day. Go back 4.5 hours later at 4pm and they tell me the parts warehouse never brought the shocks over and now the tech is leaving so basically too bad so sad. Absolute joke customer service.

To my fellow community members , please avoid doing business with Fire Stone Complete Auto Care (El Darado Blvd).Brief summary of my experience; dropped my car off at 9AM on 10/27/21 . Called to check on my car at 1PM on 10/27/21. Ashley (with her terrible nonchalant attitude) insisted it would be 2-3 hours before a tech would inspect my car.Since I live so close by, I decided visit the shop again and retain more information about my vehicle repair.Not only did they lie about the cost of repairs , they insisted I needed way more work than necessary.All my car needed was a coolant flush .. to there tune of $404.00 .Avoid this dishonest establishment

They went to my job and did the whole service of oil change and filter change to my car. All I needed was to just come out to pay when they were done, for like a minute. Great service!

Unfortunately I am not going back. I understand that as the big corporation that they are they don t care. Ashley who works customer service in 2 occasions has shown how much she hates her job or customers not sure which one. She is condescending and truly not helpful at all. I understand that the store is always busy and I have in several occasions received decent service specially from Keith,I think that s his name (the tall guy with gray hair ) except today. Again,I can understand being busy and having annoying customers but not once I was rude or condescending towards him today while we spoke over the phone,yet that s how he was speaking to me. I know State Inspections are not as profitable for the store and that s why you give customers such a hard time to get one but stop offering them and problem solved. I try my best to be nice and respectful and that s all I expect in return unfortunately I didn t receive that yesterday while I spoke with Ashley and this morning after speaking with Keith.

Don t bother scheduling an appointment online with them because they won t honor it. It will still be first come first serve. I brought my car in for an oil change, emissions check, and alignment. It took them 7 hours and they still forgot to do my emissions check. I was told the person who does those was gone for the day and wouldn t be back for 3 days. The whole reason I went to begin with.
